Something that I do not like about visier, it could be said that it is its distribution of functions, I think it could be improved and made a little more attractive to the eye and easier to locate, at first so many functions can entangle even the most expert, so that could be grouped in a more orderly way. Visier is excellent to know the status of the personnel of any company. I find it very functional to be able to have all the staff in the same system and that all the people who need to obtain some information about someone in specific, can enter from anywhere and at any time. With Visier it is very easy to organize staff or distribute them according to the requirements by which you want to categorize them, which I like because the system is quite intuitive and guides you according to the needs of your organization. What I like about using Visier is that you can have access to staff information whenever you want. Its a little thing but the community site could use some work - and the team has been teasing an upgrade to this site for some time now (hopefully coming Fall 2020!). The current permission system, though very flexible, is not well-suited to a large variety of non-hierarchically-defined areas of responsibility. The process of entering employees data is a long and tedious process so there is room for improvements, it is not very easy to follow patterns and behavior of each employee if the user is not used to working with this field of work. One of the benefits of the not-so-structured analysis platforms is that it's easy to upload one-off metrics that can be compared to others. If Visier could make this happen, I would rely on external analyses less. I often find myself needing to rely on tools like Tableau to help me merge data sets and off-the-cuff create new metrics. Having to go through the BI team for every single item is a pretty major bottleneck.
