Visier is a great analytics tool. It makes it easy to see your People data in a centralized location and it's quick and easy to put together a variety of different types of analysis. It's also great that you have so many filtering and grouping options so you can holistically look at your data in terms of analyzing different data sets together to gain a better understanding of your business. The main issue I have with Visier is the lack of strong customer support. After joining the platform, I found it quite challenging to receive timely and consistent help. The tool itself can become quite technical, especially when working with Visier Extend, navigating business rules, or trying to understand how the data functions behind the scenes in studio. Based on my experience, their support system leaves much to be desired. Simply linking customers to knowledge articles is not an acceptable means of support. They also do not have any sort of direct support line. You have to submit a ticket and wait quite a while to get an answer which can be incomplete, and sometimes just wrong.
