I like ProLiant’s customizable automated onboarding workflow templates. We can build tailored task sequences and state compliance form packets directly inside the platform. When onboarding a new consulting project manager, it auto-sends forms, reminders, and document collection tasks. Our lean team has no dedicated IT, so these pre-built workflows drastically cut manual HR work and help us meet tight hiring compliance deadlines. The template branching logic is especially valuable, allowing us to set conditional tasks for different employee types. This eliminates redundant manual work and ensures we consistently meet state HR compliance deadlines for every new hire. ProLiant’s cross-module reporting is limited, and some configuration changes require support tickets instead of self-service edits. Our team has no dedicated IT, so waiting for support slows us down. Built-in custom HR report builders would save us time when preparing compliance and talent lifecycle summaries. I appreciate ProLiant's excellent customer service, especially Caleb Lamb, who is easy to work with and helps us navigate complex issues, either handling them himself or connecting us to the right department. I really like the time importing and the automatic 401k and work comp reporting with each payroll process. The employee access and onboarding integration, which notifies us and allows on-site managers to onboard new employees, are very beneficial. I like using ProLiant for its ability to integrate with many different softwares. It's great that we can integrate all platforms into SSO, which makes it much easier for our team members. I like that it makes running payroll easier for our small business. As a small family business, I can make sure everything is correct on our end, and ProLiant can handle all the processing for us. I honestly haven’t found a downside to using ProLiant compared to our previous process. The only thing I can point to is that if our internet connection goes down, or if ProLiant is having technical issues, it can create a short wait period.
