**What do you like best about ProLiant?**

We had some personnel changes last year, and the ProLiant team was a great help in working with new staff to understand the system and make necessary changes to better meet the needs of our organization.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

When printing check stubs under the Pay History tab, it would be of great help to be able to print more than one at a time. Having to click on each individual check to print the stub takes up quite a bit of time that we really don't have to spare.

**What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system has greatly improved our onboarding and payroll processes. Being able for each department to access the information they need to complete their job tasks eliminates the time it was taking to clear up confusion or errors.

**What do you like best about ProLiant?**

What I find most helpful about ProLiant is how it simplifies and centralizes HR and payroll management. Having payroll, time tracking, benefits administration, and HR reporting all in one system makes day-to-day operations much more efficient. The platform reduces manual work, minimizes errors, and helps ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws, which gives peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

The least helpful is the system can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users, and may require extra time or training to navigate. Some reports and customizations can also take additional steps or assistance to set up exactly as needed

**What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps solve payroll accuracy and compliance challenges by automating tax calculations, filings, and wage reporting, reducing the risk of costly errors or penalties. It also addresses inefficiencies in HR processes by centralizing payroll, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee records into one system, saving time and reducing manual work

**What do you like best about ProLiant?**

I think the customer service and the dedicated account managers are pretty on it, and they're pretty quick to respond when I have issues or concerns, which is great. The interface is decently easy to understand. I also appreciate that it can do a lot, even though I don't use many of the features.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

I think there's way too much going on and too many options, which makes it complicated for people like me who just want to keep it simple and easy. I wish the payroll process was more straightforward; like, just push a button to do payroll. Sometimes they recommend adding new pay codes or employee departments, which is overwhelming for a small retail company like ours with less than 10 employees. It feels like I need to be an HR expert to figure it out. The onboarding setup required going through lots of changes and rabbit holes to find basic things, which could be simpler.

**What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ProLiant to manage payroll and onboarding, removing worries about tax season and configuring information. It automates payroll services halfway, offers a lot of options, and simplifies paperwork and documentation.

**What do you like best about ProLiant?**

I like that ProLiant is easy to use from both the admin side and for a normal user. As a user, I'm able to go in and update or change any documentation I might have. From the admin side, it's very user-friendly for setting up events and being able to modify or change existing employee status.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

Employee workflow could definitely be a lot better from the admin side. It would be great if the operation was smoother, especially when it comes to initiating the packet out to the employee. Being able to create a document from the admin side would stop the extra stuff you have to end up filling out and make the template a lot easier.

**What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProLiant solves our payroll issues, making it easier to run payroll. It's user-friendly from both the admin and user sides, allowing easy setup and updates.

We have occasionally had an issue with the amount of time it takes to get something changed with their IT department.

Proliant is excellent to do business with. They are very personable and will walk you through anything. You can receive as much training as you need until you feel comfortable. They are always just an email away.

**What do you like best about ProLiant?**

Proliant continues to adapt to the changes within the world of HRIS systems, support is quick to respond and is extremely helpful to help guide.

I am a multi daily user of Proliant and having the accessibility of having everything located there, our ATS, benefits and time off viewer is ideal for our growing company - just have the one log in.  We continue to have more streamlined processes and the resources that Proliant offers make it easy to navigate.  Customer Support is responsive when asking a question via email and provide the necessary resources for the question asked.

Proliant continues to integrate items to make it easier for their clients to do business.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

Wish that the timeout feature would be longer - that is really the only thing I dislike since I spend a lot of time within Proliant.

**What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any problems that I have had, I have reached out to our account manager and she has guided me to the right person and path that was needed.

I have no dislikes. Overall I like the program.

The Proliant Team (set up team) was great when setting us all up and entering; at that time, close to 700 employees.    If I had any problems doing my part when we went live, they were to help.   They were very nice and very patient with me.

I have no problems, not sure I have realized any benefits other than an easy friendly program.

**What do you like best about ProLiant?**

The fact that I am able to call and get the help I need almost immediately, is very reassuring.  They will even stay on the phone with me to make sure I have solved the issue before they hang up.  They walk me through everything that I am questioning, and help me understand how the website works.  The website is very easy to follow and the many different things that are availbable to me as an employer, is important.  I am on Proliant at least once a day, chekcing to make sure things are up to date and correct for my employees.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

Sometimes the website is down for my employees to clock in, so I have to enter their time in manually.

**What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help me with so many things when I am onboarding a new employee.  From E-verify to all the tax forms.  It stores all the information for all my employees, and it is one place!  They continue to help me with issues that arrise, and concerns that I have.

**What do you like best about ProLiant?**

Proliant is a very robust platform and we have been using it for awhile now for our HR records. It's been great for entry and record keeping and our staff that is less technically inclined that work with it the most have had very little issues with it. When I have reached out to their team for support, they have been very responsive and immediately set up meetings to help me figure out how to integrate their platform into other systems our IT uses in order to automate account creation from the point of entry of the employee into the payroll system. Our staff uses it daily for all of our HR related data entry for employees including record keeping, tax purposes and payroll items. It looks like it can do much more than what our team is using it for and as a result we are looking to migrate other smaller segmented systems to this in the future so all data is consolidated for easy access.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

The UI seems a bit cluttered or unorganized at points and it is unclear how easy it will be for us to fully declare what API data points we will need to pull into other systems.

**What do you like best about ProLiant?**

I appreciate ProLiant for its ease of use, especially when it comes to inputting payroll information on a biweekly basis, which greatly simplifies my work process. Its capability to pull W-2s and previous direct deposit information is extremely useful, providing quick and efficient access to important financial data. The platform's automation of payroll tasks means I don't have to handle them manually, saving me considerable time and effort in managing payroll for the employees. This seamless process eliminates the need for manual intervention, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. I also find that the vast majority of the setup and operation aspects of ProLiant are easy to work with. Overall, I would rate my likelihood to recommend ProLiant a nine out of ten, reflecting my positive experience with its functionality and usability.

I think sometimes the representatives are delayed in responding.

I like using ProLiant for its ability to integrate with many different softwares. It's great that we can integrate all platforms into SSO, which makes it much easier for our team members. They have one login instead of multiple logins and can easily navigate to find what they need. The initial setup of ProLiant was easy, which was a nice surprise.

The way in which you have to correct 1095s.

ProLiant integrates all our platforms into a single sign-on, allowing our team to use just one login instead of multiple. This integration helps them easily navigate and find what they need.

It’s nice to be able to log into ProLiant and see all of our employee information in one place. We have a customer service rep who can support us with most requests, and they’ll guide us to the right person if they can’t help directly. Overall, ProLiant is very open to helping with any issues and concerns we have.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

The training for Administrators feels a bit clunky. As a new HR employee, it isn’t easy to figure out the system, and there isn’t much training available to guide you. Because of that, you end up relying on the customer service rep for help.

**What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a place for employees to manage their own information. We’re able to process payroll, complete onboarding, and handle most of the employee life cycle.

I like how easy it is to navigate the platform as an employee. Paychecks, employee information, tax information is readily available to the team. The customer service team responds and assists in a timely fashion.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

As an administrator, certain navigations could be more seamless, such as the process for creating custom docs to send employees. I found the required steps to be convoluted compared to other HRIS.

I really appreciate the communication with ProLiant; it makes it easy to handle updates with state or federal taxes. They are proactive about incorporating updates when they receive emails from our state, and they ensure everything is completed before holidays. This efficiency means we get our payroll done very fast and proficiently. Overall, using ProLiant gives me less worry, ensuring everything is done correctly so I don't miss anything. The initial setup was also easy, just required a phone call and some tutorials.

I use ProLiant primarily for my payroll needs and hours logged. I love being able to easily switch from my personal account to my management account. It's great to have all my company's information in one account, and I would say I use the payroll tab the most. It's simple and easy to use, with clear communication. The initial setup of ProLiant was very easy and clean, which I really appreciated. Overall, it's an easy and clean software to use.

What I like best about ProLiant is its reliability and compliance support.
Payroll processing is consistent, filings are handled on time, and the platform reduces the risk of compliance errors. The system is fairly intuitive once set up, and the support team is responsive when issues or questions come up, which helps keep payroll operations running smoothly.

The main drawback is that some features are not very intuitive at first and require a learning curve.

I find ProLiant incredibly useful for managing payroll processes. I love how intuitive it is, which greatly simplifies our tasks and provides what we need efficiently. The reports generated by ProLiant are outstanding and have significantly enhanced our capabilities in handling payroll data. The accrual data report is particularly beneficial, and I also appreciate the off-cycle payroll features it offers. Additionally, the user-friendly nature of ProLiant is a major reason why I would choose to use it again.

I am dissatisfied with the customer service provided by ProLiant.

**What do you like best about ProLiant?**

I like that I have an account manager that I can contact when I have questions or need something corrected. The ease of implementation of the software is very easy and straight forward to use. 
The integration capabilities for entering the insurance deductions, 401K and HSA are an ease to manage.
ProLiant also takes care of the payroll taxes, which is one thing less I need to worry about.
I do not need to do anything for salary employees, once everything has been entered, and for hourly employees I just enter their hours. 
We use ProLiant twice a month, 24 paid periods
It is also simple to connect ProLiant to your phone to see the breakdown of your check.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

At this time, I do not have any dislikes with ProLiant

**What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever I have a problem with ProLiant, I contact my account manager and the problem is resolved.

**What do you like best about ProLiant?**

The various modules: payroll, HR, document storage, benefits integration with our carriers, performance management and applicant tracking. Also, Proliant has an excellent customer service team. There is one main account representative, but the "My Team" page provides contact information for each module.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

Several modules are accessed through a 3rd party platform. It would be easier to navigate sometimes if ALL modules were internal to Proliant. For example, the ATS is through Clear Company and benefits administration is through Bswift.

**What problems is ProLiant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had separate tools for applicant tracking, a manual onboarding and performance management process and another payroll vendor. Proliant combines all of these into one platform, lessening the opportunity for errors, redundancy and lack of control over owned processes.

Easy to locate information.  Employee lookup.  No unexpected benefits so far.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

We were told they could do simple local taxes.  They cannot.  They state that there is a "bug" - no one at the company can provide a solution or even contact me regarding the fact that they cannot do local taxes.

They are solving zero.  Our situation is terrible.

**What do you like best about ProLiant?**

ProLiant is very helpful with paying taxes, adjusting tax rates, making tax corrections, and processing payroll.

**What do you dislike about ProLiant?**

When processing payroll, I wish there was a page that showed just the manual adjustments that you made each payroll. It can be hard to see the adjustments in the payroll register unless you check each person's adjustments. Additionally, I wish there were training sessions or videos that you could watch to teach those new to ProLiant how to use the system. Also, it would be nice if there was a way to track address changes. Once you change someone's address, you no longer have access to their old address. This makes it harder to fix mistakes or account for any errors. Lastly, I believe the reporting tool likely needs an upgrade as it is confusing and pulls duplicate lined data or does not pull data. This could likely be a user error but having new user videos or further assistance would be helpful.

We utilize ProLiant for assisting with payroll taxes and payments which is very helpful. We do also require assistance when making certain payroll adjustments and our account representative is very helpful in ensuring the corrections are done accurately.

**What do you like best about ProLiant?**

I really appreciate the incredible customer service offered by ProLiant. The support team is exceptionally responsive, and having a dedicated representative adds a personal touch that I've never experienced with other payroll vendors. This level of service is one of the main reasons I would consider choosing ProLiant again. Additionally, the ease of tracking temporary deductions like employee advances is a significant advantage, simplifying a previously cumbersome task. My experience with Proliant is that the service offered are fairly easy to use.  We have had Account Managers help out tremendously, but our payroll processing is a breeze. If that is all you are using it for, you will love its ease of use and functionality. At the price point offered, it is a very economical choice for basic functionality.
They are extremely responsive when I reach out for assistance and happy to explain to me how to do something so that I learn the process for myself. They even offer to set up a zoom meeting to share the screen for visual learning.

Upsides of ProLiant is the organization of payroll data and the ability to track enter schedules and track actual hours versus scheduled hours. Many of the defined features look promising, but our experience has been less than ideal when executing these features.

ProLiant has a lot of bugs in their software system. This has particularly been frustrating because to resolve any issue, it requires back and forth emailing with ProLiant staff and often times not having an issue resolved. Our T&L is still in test mode and we've been with ProLiant for over a year now.
