POS is easy and fairly self explanatory. Venue Manger is also easy to use once you get the hang of it. And help is always easy to use and get back in a timely fashion! I like the videos they send to help through the issue. Staff is always nice and very personable. We started with Roller about a year and a half ago, the switch was seemless. I use both POS and Venue Manager daily. Personally, I am still learning some of it, but it seems to be easy to program it for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Seems like a new system still? It maybe that its just new to us and we are still working out the kinks sometimes. The only thing annoying would be a midshift update (cst here) and at first it seemed like there were updates weekly.
There are alot of steps to somethings; like adding stock to menu, but that may also work in my favor as a fail safe Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
