"We recently switched to Proliant and the onboarding process was excellent!"
What do you like best about ProLiant?

Support is way above average! The agent we were assigned has been superior in helping with the setup process. I appreciate the weekly follow-calls we have that insure I'm confident that our account is being set up correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProLiant?

Nothing so far. We are just starting out so I haven't had any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You get what you pay for"
What do you like best about ProLiant?

It's extremely affordable and would do wonders at a small company with the ease of punching in and out, processing, and the account managers are very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProLiant?

The implementation phase was a nightmare. I pretty much had to guide the time and labor manager and the payroll manager through every step of the process as they messed up almost all of the steps. If you go with them plan to learn the entire system front to back. Now that I know almost all of the modules it's very easy to use. The platform is very ridged too when running reports and implementing changes. For example, minimum wage increased in the middle of a pay period but changes can only be made for the entire pay period so we had to manually edit half of our time cards so it was properly paid on both sides. If you are a company with more than 50 employees I do not recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
