**What do you like best about Harri?**

The schedules are really user friendly and easy to navigate. One of my favourite features is the ability to set up schedule and shift templates, which makes creating rotas much quicker and more efficient. It reduces repetitive work, helps keep schedules consistent, and makes managing shifts much less time-consuming

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

Holiday calendars - it would be better to see the whole hotel as one rather than only being able to view individual departments as some smaller businesses may not want to let numerous employees have time off at the same time  even if they are from a different department

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Harri helps simplify scheduling and workforce management by making rota creation, shift management, and team communication much easier. This saves time, reduces manual errors, and allows me to focus more on supporting the operation rather than administrative tasks

**What do you like best about Harri?**

What I like best about Harri is that it serves as a true workforce management platform rather than just a scheduling tool. It allows us to manage the entire employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to scheduling, timekeeping, communication, documentation, and engagement—all within a connected ecosystem.

The integration between WFM, Talent Acquisition, Academy, Engage, and employee self-service tools helps reduce administrative burden, improve compliance, and create a more consistent experience for both managers and restaurant employees. We particularly value the ability to schedule to forecast, manage availability and skill deployment, document performance conversations, and maintain employee records in one place. Having a centralized platform has helped improve visibility, accountability, and operational consistency across multiple restaurant locations.

For a large, multi-unit restaurant organization, having these functions connected within a single system creates efficiencies that would be difficult to achieve with separate solutions.

Harri is helping solve one of the biggest challenges in restaurant operations: connecting labor planning, people management, and execution in a way that is practical for restaurant managers.

From a workforce management perspective, Harri helps us align staffing levels with sales forecasts, improve schedule quality, manage employee availability, ensure break compliance, and deploy the right people in the right positions at the right times. This creates a better experience for employees while helping restaurants control labor costs and maintain service standards.

Beyond scheduling, Harri provides a centralized platform for recruiting, onboarding, training, communication, documentation, and employee engagement. Having these functions connected reduces administrative work, improves consistency across locations, and provides leaders with better visibility into operational opportunities and risks.

The greatest benefit has been creating a single source of truth for our restaurant teams. Managers spend less time navigating multiple systems and more time focusing on developing people, serving guests, and running great restaurants. I like how advanced the company’s technology is. The integrations work well, and the pricing is also in line with others in the category.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

At times, dealing with support can feel like a bit of back-and-forth since they’re a larger company. However, once you get connected with the right people, the process usually becomes seamless. That said, it can still take longer than it should sometimes.

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Harri helps make onboarding seamless for us. We’re also looking into their labor program and some of their other products, but for now we mainly use it for onboarding and job postings. Creating and managing job postings is easier with their platform.

**What do you like best about Harri?**

I find Harri to be a great tool for communication, scheduling, and compliance. I appreciate the onboarding features and how it works with payroll systems. What stands out to me is that Harri is specifically geared to compliance in the hospitality workforce, which most systems are not. The initial setup of Harri was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

I wish Harri had completely open APIs with payroll companies since they don't handle payroll and benefits directly. This integration should be a priority as their work is intrinsically tied to payroll and benefits. It needs to get tighter to work seamlessly, especially with systems like Velocity and ADP.

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Harri for employee and workforce management, from onboarding to time attendance and scheduling. It helps with communication, scheduling, and compliance, especially in the hospitality workforce. It's a great tool for managing these aspects efficiently.

**What do you like best about Harri?**

The Team Hub works very well and avoids any complications when signing in, there are other solutions but these would involve fobs and they can go missing, Harri offers facial recognition which never goes wrong

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

The measurement of holiday, we know this is in line with the government guidelines but we should have an option where we can choose how we would like to pay our employees. This may be functionality that comes in the future. We don't use the holiday for hourly paid team embers in our platform.

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The support team rarely resolves our issues because they ask too many questions about problems we can’t always explain. When that happens, they close the ticket since they can’t see the issue on their end. Overall, the support team could benefit from better training on the system and the issues that come with it. Harri however are adding in more functionality that we can use and have been asking for for the past few years.

What I like most about Harri is the outstanding support we receive from our Account Manager. He is always responsive, provides quick turnaround times, and is readily available whenever we need assistance. His prompt communication and excellent customer service make working with Harri a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

I would have to say Harri Support. While the support team is helpful, response times can sometimes be slower than expected. It would be beneficial to have a dedicated customer support phone number for administrators to contact when urgent issues arise.

Harri helps us keep track of employee documents, which has made our processes much more organized and efficient. The platform is also user-friendly, making it easy for both our managers and team members to navigate and use.

I like how organized it is in the document section, and I like working with our one-on-one representative, Andrea.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

I don't like how hard it is to navigate through different locations and active onboards. I have to go to the candidates card in the swimlane if I wanted to send onboarding, instead of doing that from the documents section.

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving onboarding issues, people are having an easy time logging in and signing the documents we send. We had that issue with the last software we used.

**What do you like best about Harri?**

The user interface is pretty straight forward and integrates with our payroll system. There are constant updates and new products coming out, which is great to see. Overall performs well, with the occasional technical issue. The support from the customer service team and account manager is very swift and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

There are times where functions are not so logical and access to settings are not consistent. E.g. more than one way to access settings for manage users and permissions, where the changes via one way is not replicated in the other settings. Or for example, smart fields being flexible and available in one area but not so in another template.

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Various problems to do with integration, address locations, ATR, templates., etc. But solutions are on going and have already been resolved if possible.

I do think the reporting functionality is challenging, and it can be difficult to find the report needed or build a custom report. In addition, changing anything within the settings or on the administrative side is difficult and very clicky.

Harri is the hris, time and attendance, and ats system for our hourly positions.

**What do you like best about Harri?**

I like the all-in-one system that Harri offers it is user friendly for admin and operators for the most part.  Harri's been making great advances by letting operators use the system from their phones, tablets, or laptops. I like the one stop shop.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

I think some of the areas where Harri could improve are the admin features and the workflows for the operators. For instance, when you terminate somebody it should remove all admin priviledges and benefit info as well.  Some of the processes for operators is pretty clunky when it comes to the Harri - ADP integration and sends GMs to separate areas of Harri such as Documents and CoreHR to perform tasks for an employee.  This should be seamless in one place.  Employees should also be able to change Direct Deposit and Tax info in a self service area without the manager having to send new forms.  When rehiring from CoreHR it should automatically ask what forms we want to send to the rehire rather than us having to go out to Documents to send them.  Admin permissions should be set based on position.

Harri streamlines source & hire and workforce management for us.

I really enjoy how customizable the scheduling tool is. I also like that I can organize my team in a way that makes visual sense to me.

I wish there was an easier way I could see how many hours an employee has for a given week, and whether or not they are at risk of overtime

Navigating the platform is very easy. I like how when there has been updated when you next log in thee a helpful popups showing hints and tips. Harri is visually pleasing and not over complicated making the process simple and easy when recruiting.

ATR forms are overcomplicated sometimes making it confusing but I believe this is in the process of being updated

ATR updates. Adding reference form options. AI being introduced to give us an overview for an applicant.

I appreciate that using Harri as our ATS and onboarding platform allows us to keep all our documents in one place while making it easy for employees to apply and complete onboarding paperwork. I also really value having a partner like Andrea at Harri who is responsive and supportive when issues arise. It's great that they take our feedback on how the system functions and work to implement improvements.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

It would be great if we could reset our employees' passwords and update their email addresses for them on our side. The rehire process is also complicated. A simpler way to rehire an employee would be great for our managers.

It is difficult to get done associates to download and use the app. Implementation is a very long process.

Harri offers a lot of customization and our current rep is great at putting new builds we are lookng for into the development pipeline.  Pricing was competitive.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

Implementation was a struggle.  The sales team promised items that weren't already available.

Harri is holding our teams much more accountable to completing paperwork in a timely fashion and has helped to integrate many of our systems.

very easy for hiring managers to use and manage the hiring process. Sending details of successful applicants to our HR system is also very easy, which saves a lot of time and effort.

You have to be pretty creative with the process. Creating brand-new roles that don’t map to the standard ones feels a bit too complicated.

I find Harri to be a great tool for scheduling and I really value the ability to use it for downloading worked hours files for all my locations. I also appreciate the features like Core HR, talent acquisition, and the team member master report.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

The worked hours reports or pay runs don't include wage rates. Additionally, when a new position is created for an employee, the cost center is not automatically added.

I use Harri for scheduling and downloading worked hours files across all my locations.

The dashboard and scheduling piece of the software are well presented and very functional.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

Integration has been a nightmare.  We onboarded about a year ago and we are still working though bugs to try to use basic functions.

It significantly sped up our scheduling process.

They are continuously developing and improving. They provide an end-to-end service, and the account management is good.

holiday plans, inflexibility - although almost solved!

Our need to use hourly holiday without looking back at 52 week working pattern or average payrates. With the new options we'll be able to bring holiday calcs back into harri.

The reporting function is very comprehensive, having a dedicated, responsive support person, user-friendly for beginners, intergrates with many payroll platforms.

regular dashboard changes after becoming used to one interface, sometimes it could be glitchy though minimal, when adding employee job codes in team live, the employee profile could become quite long

the reporting function has improved alot and having Harri academy is very helpful. using the forecasting option has also been quite beneficial for the company

It is a great Worforce Managment system. The Recruitment and Onboarding side of the systam is userfrindly, allowing many users to be involved in the recruitment process. Sending Onboarding docment via Harri is flawless. It was easy to implemen the system and the support provided by the Implemetation team, Customer Success Manager and the Online Support team is impeccapable. The System also integrates with Job boards, taking away the challenge of managing many Job boards.  Managers trained on the system finding it very easy to use and allows them to reach out to candidates fast.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

I personally do not see any downsides in the system. The recruitment process from Posting an advert to hiring a candidate is very smooth and efficent.

**What problems is Harri solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Harri solve the problem of managing number of different Job Boards, losing track of candidates, managers not able to screen and reach out to candidates and using different systems to sending onboarding documents.

Since we have Harri in place the recruitment is highly efficient and all applicants have great axperience.

It is user friendly and provides all workforce management solutions from recruitment to day-to-day management in one go. It's a platform that never stops evolving to provide better experience for both employee and employer. It's customer support team is amazing, and never fails to address issues in a prompt manner.

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

Ever changing customer support managers. 
Some errors and glitches within the system - it's not perfect but I aknowledge that Harri technicians act upon every error that is pointed out fairly quickly.
It lacks a few vital fuctions- a document space where company's policies and handboks can be stored, employee performace section. CommsHub is a bit clumsy to use hence why it hasn't replaced Whatsapp within our teams.

It saves time and errors as it replaced Excel schedules, manual onboarding, holiday approval, paper employment contracts, and clunky communication with our employees.

Very user friendly, easy to use it, quick process, great statistics, easy to manage the job advert, send emails and messages, great for adding notes and sending emails (unusessful etc).

**What do you dislike about Harri?**

Sometimes short work experience on the candidate's dashbaord is not always matching with experience on their CV.

The onboarding process is too long and too confusing for the candidates - 4 stages (1 - Turst ID check, 2 - send offer letter, 3 - send other documets, 4 - send contract), it could be shorten to maximum 2 stages (1 - trust ID check, 2 - send all documents in one go).

Messages - the unread messages should be on the top, otherwise it shows that you have undread messages, but not sure where from, when we have so many candidates.

Speed up recruitment process - all CV in one place and easy to manage, email templates are uploaded and easy to use it.

I dont like that it keeps changing. Its hard to keep up with whats changing and why, train it to 15 managers and then something else changes. New interface which is a pain to use, coreHR which i dont see much of a point to. I've been using harri for almost 10years but it feels like they're still building it. Not making it better but just figuring out how its gonna work

Using it on a daily basis, saves a huge amount of time.

You're able to message candidates directly in Harri, so all comms are in the same place - leave notes/tags against candidates profiles and know if they've enquired before. In regards to onboarding, it's compliant with right to work in the uk regulations, so its easy for RTW checks. It's also straight forward when sending documents and it's relatively easy creating new documents that you need

Unable to message a candidate from the talent pool, you have to find their official application to then be able to communicate with them
