  ### 1. Essential Tool for Recognizing Team Efforts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhavi B. | Finance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to appreciate and recognize colleagues for their contributions, collaboration, and the positive impact of their work. Kudos makes it easy to appreciate colleagues' efforts, motivating them to work hard, and it creates a record of accomplishments and encouragement. It helps to increase teamwork and trust among colleagues. I also like that Kudos provides a transparent and structured platform where appreciation feels genuine and is visible across the organization, creating a public trail of appreciation. Kudos creates a positive work environment where small appreciations can go a long way in boosting morale. Additionally, the platform is user-friendly and the initial setup was quite easy, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There are limited customization options, and sometimes the predefined recognition categories feel restricted. Kudos can improve by offering more flexible, customizable recognition categories and editable message templates so appreciation feels more personalized and relevant.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to appreciate and recognize colleagues, making it easy to motivate them, create trust, and increase teamwork. It provides a transparent platform for genuine recognition, creating a positive work environment and boosting morale.

  ### 2. Motivational Tool with Room for Speed Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suyog G. | Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for recognizing the employees in my organization, and I like how the Kudos points can be redeemed for gift cards. This helps keep us motivated and enhances our work performance for recognition. One thing I like about Kudos is that it builds teamwork and allows you to write a speech about why the recognition is given. I also appreciate the option to select keywords like 'hardwork,' 'teamwork,' and 'integrity.' This motivates me to deliver valuable insights for the company and be recognized by the people I work for. Kudos is incredibly easy to set up as well; I just had to register my email ID and set up a password. I give Kudos a 10 out of 10 because it motivates us to work harder for our goals and helps in recognizing people, which is an add-on.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

What Kudos lacks sometimes is the refresh rate of the website as it runs slow sometimes and when you try to check the cards to redeem, the website crashes sometimes so I think it can be improved.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos for employee recognition, which motivates us, solving lack of motivation by encouraging us to work beyond our scope for recognition and rewards.

  ### 3. Essential for Building a Positive Workplace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shreyansh J. | FINANCE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate that Kudos is our company's official way to recognize and appreciate someone who helps us out during work or shows good team spirit. It's good that by using Kudos, I can really be appreciated for my work, even if my manager doesn't want to praise me in front; they can simply send Kudos, which shows that I did good work. The appreciation feature is valuable because it encourages the willingness to help others, makes people feel recognized and rewarded for their efforts, and creates a sense of motivation and positivity. It builds a culture where people are willing to support each other more and feel acknowledged. Also, the initial setup of Kudos was so easy; I got a mail from the Kudos system to set up and log in using SSO.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The fix pointer system can be changed between the ranges like 10-20 excellent and all.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos reduces refusal and encourages support by recognizing and appreciating good work, building a culture of motivation and positivity. It makes us feel acknowledged and valued, enhancing teamwork.

  ### 4. User-Friendly Kudos with Effective Recognition Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monique G. | Regional Economist Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos is very user-friendly and straightforward. It clearly tells you how many points you have left, which I think is great. It's easy to see the level of recognition you're giving and understand how much you will be dedicating to that. I think that's really good. I also appreciate that it gives you all the information upfront, so you don't have to calculate anything on your own. The initial setup was very simple; it was connected through my work email, and clicking on it signed me in automatically, letting me start appraising my team right away.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Maybe allowing us to determine what exactly you want to recognize them for. What if it doesn't fall under the themes that they provide, given that space so that we can put that in.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos provides different categories for recognizing team members' contributions like value added, impact, or inclusion.

  ### 5. Kudos Is A Quick Way To Show Thanks From Anywhere In The World

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

As a remote worker, I find Kudos to be a really easy and fun way to express gratitude via kind words and rewards to your coworkers and colleagues in all parts of the world.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I never remember how to quickly find a person I want to thank, and It's hard for me to find my post total at times.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work remotely, so Kudos gives me a more personal relationship with those that I may not communicate with often.

  ### 6. Effortless Recognition with Personal Touch

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how Kudos makes it easy to recognize people and give them something for their effort. I appreciate the messages that can be left to thank people, both in private and public mode. The public recognition allows others to see the great job someone has done, while the private option leaves room for more personal messages.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don’t like the messages or features it makes you leave, such as 'promoting trust and inclusion'. Some buttons that you have to choose from, like categories with certain messages, often don’t fit what I want to say.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to easily recognize people and thank them for outstanding work, both publicly and privately. It's a straightforward way to acknowledge effort, letting others see achievements publicly while allowing personal thankfulness through private messages.

Kudos is very user-friendly and a great tool to bring our team together. I enjoy the positive feedback it brings to our workday, which helps boost team morale. I like how Kudos refines my message for recognitions and is easy to log in and use, allowing me to send praise quickly. The interaction with all employees and the reward points system are features I appreciate. Kudos provides a way to thank and praise our team for their hard work and excellence, brightening one's day when recognized by a co-worker or manager. It's a valuable tool for management as it helps maintain a positive workplace flow. Additionally, the initial setup was quick, taking less than 5 minutes, which is perfect for my schedule.

I really do not have any negative comments since I am still new to Kudos and I have not completely explored its platform.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for recognition and appreciating my colleagues and employees. I like the points system and the public as well as private recognition and appreciation platform, which lets me appreciate someone's work both publicly and privately. By using Kudos, people willingly help out because they know they'll be appreciated and can receive something in return, which improves communication and positivity even across departments and teams. The initial setup was very easy since you just have to register through the SSO login option and then you can enjoy using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

For me there is nothing that don't work for me and as for the improvement maybe some more gift card options can be added in the reward section.

Kudos creates a positive environment, encourages willing assistance, and improves communication. The points system builds user value, redeeming rewards, while promoting recognition both publicly and privately.

  ### 9. Great for Team Bonding and appreciating others when you cant verbally

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It is a good way to encourage team bonding in the workplace, I like that you get a set amount per month and that it refreshes every month.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

At times it lags when sending the messages it takes a while to upload. I do not like how it shows every one in the whole company in the main page. There should be a tab to see specifically one site or highlighting the biggest shout outs or more interacted with. The AI system creates generic messages it does not enhance what you write just changes it to a blander and stereotypical message, and it always overuses exclamation points.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping ensure people feel seen and acknowledged even when there is no time to say it personally

  ### 10. Personalizes Team Recognition with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conor W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like the fact that you can add GIFs to the post in Kudos, which really helps accentuate the expression I'm trying to convey. It makes recognizing my team members more personable. Also, the initial setup was quite easy as it was just a single sign-on using our work email address. Honestly, I would recommend Kudos with an 11 out of 10 because it's really helpful in recognizing your teammates when they do something good, and I think that's important to have more of in the workplace.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think the rewards program could definitely be improved. When I first started, they didn't even give me access, so I wasn't able to use my rewards. I missed out on, like, a thousand points.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos gives me the opportunity to recognize my team members when they do some good. Adding GIFs makes it more personable and relatable, enhancing the experience.

  ### 11. Effortless Recognition Made Easy

**Reviewed by:** Shari R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I use Kudos to recognize coworkers for their strengths, and I find it solves problems by allowing me to give recognition to a coworker and letting the whole team know. I really enjoy recognizing coworkers for things they have done in the office, and it is really nice to receive Kudos. It shows me others recognize when I do things for the team. So far, my experience with Kudos has been positive; it's user-friendly for both giving and receiving compliments. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Maybe send reminders via email to use the Kudos that we are allowed to send prior to months end when the points expire.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize coworkers for their strengths and let the whole team know, making it user-friendly for giving and receiving compliments.

It helps me give immediate feedback and recognize a colleague who just helped me, or someone who has supported me over time. It creates a moment for reflection and gratitude, and it improves personal morale as well as team spirit.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Sometimes it’s difficult to send recognition to someone who isn’t in the Kudos system. I could potentially use email instead, but I’m not sure how that works or what the process is.

It helps me give immediate feedback and recognize a colleague who just helped me, or someone who has supported me over time. It creates a moment for reflection and gratitude, and it improves personal morale as well as team spirit. There are benefits for me as a person and benefits for team.

  ### 13. Effortless Recognition, Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin B. | Proposal Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how easy Kudos is to use and how it lets everyone see each other's accomplishments. The initial setup was really easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It workds as intended, the only suggestion I would have is being able to give people Kudos without having to go into the website, like through an email we could send it to.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize each other's efforts, solving the issue of employees not feeling appreciated. It's easy to use, and everyone can see others' accomplishments.

  ### 14. Boosts Employee Recognition and Motivation Across the Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love that it not only gives recognition to our employees, the other employees see the recognition, and go the extra mile to also get the recognition...and the product!
Kudos is very user friendly, and I have yet to have a staff come to me asking how to use it, with a wide age range of staff using it.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There isn't a page (that I have seen) where I can go to see all the Kudos I have sent. Sometimes I forget if I have sent Kudos to a certain person and can't go back to check.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff recognition - staff always want to be recognized (in public) for things that they do. This is the perfect way to do it. All staff throughout the entire Organization see when someone is given Kudos and what for. They see that so and so is given Kudos for picking up extra shifts, and then they are more likely to pick up extra shifts as well. Staff are continuously doing extra and giving their 100% for Kudos

  ### 15. Effortless Recognition, Boosts Team Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for HR recognition within my organization and like that I get a set amount of points to give away each month. The platform is super easy to use, and my organization has a link on my desktop. It's convenient that I can add many people or just one and personalize the note for all in the organization to read. I also appreciate the weekly emails sent to managers about how many of their team have given and/or received points.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Because my organization sets the points on a monthly basis, I wish it would send me a reminder.... but I also need to be better about going into the platform on a more regular basis

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to publicly praise individuals who can then use earned points for meaningful products. It's easy to use, allows note personalization, and simplifies HR recognition without manual processes.

Additionally, the initial setup for Kudos was quite easy and straightforward. The platform is user-friendly, making it quick for the team to understand and use, resulting in a smooth and quick onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Kudos works well overall, but the platform could improve by making the interface more intuitive and providing better customization options. There's a need for more flexibility in notification and recognizing features to make the experience even better for users. There is room for improvement in terms of user interface simplicity.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos sends a nice and unexpected message via email to anybody. It's a great way to congratulate someone or send a virtual high five from across Hawaii. Kudos points get renewed every week, which I find really beneficial for multiple high fives. Given how our offices are spread out across different spaces, Kudos is a great way to connect with teammates that are in other spaces. Also, the initial setup was super easy, as it came with my onboarding.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I enjoy using Kudos with my work organization because it helps with recognition communication and boosts employee morale. I appreciate that it addresses the lack of peer-to-peer recognition and strengthens team connections while also increasing motivation. The reward system in Kudos makes the process fun and adds extra excitement to appreciation, showing that my organization values employee contributions and wants to reward people for doing great work. I also like how Kudos is integrated into Microsoft Teams for us, so when someone is recognized, it's broadcasted to a Teams channel where everyone in the company can see that person has been recognized.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think finding better reminders or prompts to help increase participation would improve Kudos. If employees were occasionally encouraged to recognize someone they worked with recently, it could help maintain consistent engagement.

  ### 20. Empowers Team Recognition and Appreciation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gyanam C. | Customer Success Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos is intuitive and easy to use, which makes it suitable for frequent, day-to-day recognition rather than just occasional use. The implementation was smooth, and the platform integrates recognition naturally into regular workflows. Customer support has been responsive and helpful when needed, ensuring a positive experience and quick resolution of any questions or issues.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

While Kudos works well overall, the feature set around reward flexibility could be improved. Point allocation feels somewhat limited, especially for larger or more diverse teams. Greater customization by role and deeper integrations with other workplace tools would further enhance the overall experience.

Kudos helps me remember to acknowledge my coworkers' hard work, and it motivates me to do a good job with its reinforcement system. I like exchanging points for tangible items too.

  ### 27. Motivates Teams with Public Recognition and Gratitude

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine A. | Senior Financial Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love the idea of publicly congratulating the entire community on achievements or well-executed projects. It also serves as a way to show gratitude when a colleague offers you support or assistance with a task. The visibility of good work in front of leaders is a reward for a job well done. Sometimes companies forget to congratulate employees publicly, and this tool fosters this spirit and motivates employees to continue putting in that extra effort in their roles.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Limits on points and rewards
Many users are annoyed that there is a cap on the number of points they can give. This makes the recognition feel limited.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One challenge in the workplace is that teamwork often goes unrecognized. Kudos addresses this by making it simple to give and receive thanks, which helps boost morale and encourages better collaboration.
Another issue is the difficulty in identifying individual contributions. With public recognition, each person's efforts are highlighted, leading to greater transparency and a stronger sense of team spirit.

  ### 28. Boosts Team Morale with Instant Recognition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samay P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for recognizing and appreciating my colleagues for their good work. It helps our team share quick appreciation messages, celebrate achievements, and keep everyone motivated. I like how it is easy to recognize someone instantly. The interface is simple, and it makes appreciation more visible across the team. The easy recognition and visibility help everyone see good work happening across teams. It keeps appreciation consistent and makes people feel acknowledged instantly. The initial setup was pretty self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The site sometimes slows down, and some customization options would also make it better. More options to customize badges, messages, and recognition themes for different teams.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize and appreciate colleagues, making appreciation more visible and consistent. It breaks silos by allowing cross-team acknowledgments without formal processes, improving team morale and embedding recognition into our daily work culture.

  ### 29. Kudos Review - RD

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renee D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that with Kudos, you can recognize multiple people or just one person in a single post. I also appreciate that posts can be made either public or private based on what you are recognizing. The initial setup was very easy since I could sign in using Google.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish Kudos had a little bit more functionality in terms of adding emojis more easily. I know that seems small, but by typing in something like a smiley face, I wish it would recognize that instead of going to the box for emojis.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps me by recognizing individuals who assist me with work problems. I like recognizing multiple people or one person in a single post, and I control its visibility by making posts public or private.

**Reviewed by:** Will D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for sending some love to my colleagues. It makes rewarding my coworkers for a job well done super easy. I like its fun way of giving public recognition and a little financial love. It's really nice to back up some praise with a small gift that they can actually use to reward themselves. The transition was smooth from my perspective.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish I had more points to give! I also noticed some things in the store are more expensive than they are at retail elsewhere.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos makes rewarding my coworkers for a job well done super easy. It's fun to give public recognition and back it up with a small gift that they can use to reward themselves.

  ### 32. Effortless Peer Recognition Made Easy

**Reviewed by:** Aaron G. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I just love the whole idea of Kudos. It's super wonderful to recognize people at work, and this makes it really easy. I find it linked to our email, which is a really good way to do it. It keeps recognition top of mind because I see it in my email, and it allows me to send kudos without having to open up a browser. I think it's a good way to give a little bit of a reward, and the points are pretty valuable.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I just wish we had more points to give, honestly, but I think, otherwise, it works really well. And, obviously, the points are business decisions.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to make recognition easier. It lets us recognize people at work simply and rewarding, integrating with our email so I can quickly send kudos. It's just a really good way to give recognition without needing a browser.

  ### 33. Kudos: A Stellar Tool for Team Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siya J. | Senior Talent Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to reward my team members and to give recognition when someone has done well within the workplace. I think it brings a bit of camaraderie because sometimes you don't get to thank people while executing a task. In hindsight, you can still go back and thank them. I also enjoy being able to create pages for, like, call to action and put reminders of people's birthdays. Another feature I appreciate is the AI refinement of some of the messages I leave. Additionally, the initial setup of Kudos is incredibly easy, especially now with a one-click sign-in that makes access efficient. I also love that receiving kudos can be turned into cash or gift vouchers.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don't think it's on Kudos particularly, but just how the advertising of Kudos is within the organization because you find that there are some people who are in Kudos but are not using it. And then you would publish things on Kudos, so they don't necessarily see the campaigns that you have run.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to reward team members, turning recognition into cash, which feels like a monetary incentive. It brings camaraderie by allowing us to thank colleagues, even after tasks are completed, and reminds us of special occasions like birthdays.

  ### 34. Transform the Team's Motivation With Rewarding Points

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MANUEL F. | MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like dealing with all our colleagues and that they can receive scores. I also like being able to exchange those points for any item within the Kudos system, such as gift cards, items, or entertainment. Additionally, the initial setup of Kudos was very easy and not complicated at all.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

NOTHING IN PARTICULAR

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to rate my colleagues' work, rewarding them. I enjoy interacting with everyone and being able to receive scores. We can exchange the points for gift cards or items, which is valuable.

  ### 35. Invaluable for Team Incentives, Needs Better Redemption UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KAREN L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that every month I have Kudos to give to my coworkers. I also enjoy receiving them. I like that it's a good incentive for employees.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Redeeming gift cards is very complicated, the instructions are unclear and not all intuitive. I've had many problems trying to redeem my cards depending on the vendor. I had trouble logging in... in fact, now the only way I can log in is through Kudos emails and SSO, otherwise, I can't access the site. I can only send Kudos to my colleagues of my company Brandtech+; the others who are from Oliver don't appear, meaning I can only send them to coworkers in Mexico, not to the rest of my team based in Chicago. They definitely have a lot of room for improvement in their redemption points interface.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to give small monthly gifts to coworkers, encouraging teamwork and appreciation.

  ### 36. Boosts Workplace Morale and Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sydney G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos at my workplace to provide co-workers with positive feedback. I enjoy that it allows co-workers to build one another up and recognize actions that may otherwise go un-thanked. ABA therapy is often a mentally and physically taxing job and being able to call attention to positive actions or words that occur during the workday improves morale in the workplace. I also enjoy the AI option to clean up the message due to the quick pace of work. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy, taking just 5-10 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

N/A

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to provide positive feedback at work, solving burnout by recognizing and appreciating co-workers' un-thanked actions. It improves morale by calling attention to positive actions, especially in a fast-paced, taxing job like ABA therapy.

  ### 37. Fosters Team Recognition with Ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to share appreciation and recognition with my team, and I find it really beneficial. It's a good way to boost morale and encourage cross-team collaboration and engagement. I like how easy it is to use, how rewarding it is to recognize key players, and the variety of reward options provided. It's great that you can see what team members have done well and recognize those who might often go unnoticed. The Slack integration keeps Kudos top of mind, and the cash-out page provides a variety of options for gift cards that can be used for everyday things, such as quick lunches or refill purchases from Sephora or Amazon.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I'm looking forward to switching to the newer platform because the interface looks a lot more streamlined and less clunky as I think that will help people integrate the platform more in their day to day.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to boost morale, encourage cross-team collaboration, and engage my team. It highlights achievements and allows recognition for unnoticed efforts. Its Slack integration keeps it top of mind, and the variety of gift card options is great for quick lunches or small purchases.

  ### 38. Easy, Meaningful Employee Recognition Aligned with Company Values

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

What I like most about Kudos is how easy and meaningful it makes employee recognition. The platform allows recognition to be timely, visible, and aligned with company values, which helps reinforce positive behaviors across teams. Peer-to-peer recognition is especially powerful—it encourage

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

While Kudos is a great platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the user experience can feel slightly cluttered, especially when navigating between recognitions, rewards, and announcements. It can also be difficult to track older recognitions or filter content efficiently as activity increases.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps solve the challenge of timely and visible employee recognition, which can often be missed in fast‑paced, distributed teams. By providing a simple platform for peer‑to‑peer and manager recognition, Kudos ensures that contributions—both big achievements and everyday efforts—are acknowledged in a consistent and meaningful way.

  ### 39. Empowers Recognition with Rewarding Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alston F. | Digital Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like using Kudos to appreciate people easily, and it solves the problem of how to show appreciation to colleagues or managers. The rewards section is a favorite feature because I can actually redeem stuff, which is super valuable. It's not just about sending appreciation messages; I get something tangible from it. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don't like that Kudos is limited per month. Maybe they could increase the limit because it's only 150. If I give Kudos to three people, it runs out, and then I can only send messages.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to appreciate my colleagues, solving the problem of how to express gratitude. The rewards section is super valuable as it allows me to redeem stuff, adding tangible benefits to the appreciation.

  ### 40. Easy, Visible Colleague Recognition with Kudos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

The ease of being able to recognize colleagues for their contributions to the team and being able to see who is being recognized for what on the main Kudos page.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Kudos itself is great, but the points assigned to not add up to much as far as rewards go. You need alot of points to spend on anything in the online store, so if your company is not participating frequently you do not have have enough points at the end of the year to get anything truly meaningful.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not had any business issues that Kudos has solved for me, but it is nice to have a website to formally recognize coworkers.

  ### 46. Swift Reinforcement and Easy Praise with Kudos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caleb C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to reinforce behavior-specific praise, which helps increase workplace performance. I find the swiftness of reinforcement and ease of use really valuable. It's satisfying not only to receive Kudos but also to reward others. I also appreciate the visual displays and how they link our core values to the behaviors we're highlighting. Kudos serves as a great avenue for increasing desired workplace behaviors, and setting up my personal account was seamless and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wouldn't mind the ability to distribute custom point values. If that's an option already, I haven't discovered it yet. For example, I did not have enough points to give an employee 50 Kudos, but wanted to give him my remainder, which was 35. Instead of being able to give 35 in one post, I had to split it into three different posts, which was kind of strange.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to increase desired workplace behaviors by giving behavior-specific praise. It helps reinforce positive actions, is easy to use, and provides satisfying feedback when rewarding others.

I use Kudos to encourage colleagues and give them hope, especially when they're having a bad day, as it gives them something to look forward to. I think the points towards gift cards are encouraging. I appreciate being able to share with everyone how you feel about the job another person does, which gives everybody an insight into the hard work of many people rather than just keeping it in their own little bubble.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I feel like it's not shared as much with everyone that, like, it should. I don't think everybody is really involved or invested in it. Maybe some different type of advertising.

Kudos points are the most important feature of the program for me as they allow an actual reward to go with an award. Everyone enjoys being told they are doing well, and when a company can provide access to a wide variety of products to exchange for their points, it makes recognition more real. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very easy.
