**What do you like best about Sloneek?**

We rely on Sloneek for everyday HR operations, mainly when working with freelancers. Everybody uses the app in the studio every day, and it's quite simple to explain. Its Europe-oriented settings, nice mobile app, comprehensive reporting features, and straightforward onboarding process make it a valuable tool for our studio. Implementation took us about two months to fully integrate, though companies with more standard setups might find the process even faster. While there are still areas for improvement, both on Sloneek’s side and within our tech team, the overall experience has been good. Logging in always feels great, as the graphic design is pleasant and welcoming.

**What do you dislike about Sloneek?**

Sloneek is in constant development. While there are features I’d love to see implemented, they’re often too niche to prioritize for the broader user base. As a result, we occasionally need to find creative workarounds to access the data we need. Fortunately, the tech support team is always happy to help.

One area that could improve is the loading time, which can sometimes be an issue. Additionally, the workflows involve a fair amount of clicking, and when paired with frequent loading, the process can feel a bit tedious.

**What problems is Sloneek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, we tried to create our own attendance solution using Google Sheets, thinking a small animation studio wouldn’t require a larger app. However, as bigger projects came in, tracking attendance efficiently and meaningfully became increasingly difficult. That’s when we decided to give Sloneek a try, after seeing a Facebook ad, and doing a quick research of possible solutions on the market.

After several months of use, we’re happy with the results. Team members can easily track their absences, salary management has become more streamlined, and we’ve established a better system for handling documents and tools. Soon, we plan to start using the ATS module as well, further enhancing our workflow.

We really appreciate its flexibility and ability to adapt to different countries' regulations when it comes to attendance and absence tracking. Employees can easily submit leave or absence requests, and the approval process is smooth and transparent.

Thanks to Sloneek, we finally have our HR processes under control – even in a multi-country setup. No more messy spreadsheets or confusing email threads – everything is neatly in one place.

I am very positive about the Sloneek HR system. The application offers a wide range of modules and functions that make it a universal tool for managing HR processes on a daily basis.
Visually, it is modern, clear and easy to navigate, which contributes to its ease of use. Strengths include a nice design, intuitive menus, clear forms, and practical features such as AI, analytics, 3rd application integrations, and an interactive dashboard with announcements.
I also appreciate the notification options, calendar event view, and task overview. The functionality and flexibility of the system, such as the ability to add custom fields, is great.
The customer support is also very helpful and responsive.
The entire application is under continuous development, so there are always new features and stability bug fixes.

**What do you dislike about Sloneek?**

Because Sloneek is a robust system, some features are less visible and harder to find, especially the first time you want to use them.

Centralised Employee Management - employee information, payroll, attendance, assigned hardware, signing documents - eliminates the need for manual paperwork and spreadsheets. This saves time, and enhances data security.

There’s honestly very little to dislike. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and the team is always rolling out updates to improve its functionality.

Sloneek is solving several critical HR challenges for us, including time tracking, absence management, and document management. It has greatly improved our ability to track employee attendance and manage leaves efficiently, reducing manual errors and administrative workload. With eIDAS-compliant document signing, we now handle paperwork securely and faster than ever before. Overall, it increased efficiency across HR tasks, saving us time and resources while improving employee satisfaction​.

Pleasant environment and easy overview in the application. Very practical is the option to apply it to a mobile phone. Additionally, there is also the option for reports for the HR department.

We are mostly missing minor things, such as the ability to have visible notes for all other employees. Furthermore, I believe that more companies would appreciate a payroll/attendance report that they can customize according to their own needs.

Simplicity and intuitive work. When I'm unsure, the team from Sloneeka is always willing to help. The interface has everything I need for working with employee data.

Some things are still developing, and for example, it is not possible to upload documents in formats other than pdf or jpg, which makes working with templates more difficult. But apparently, this is also being addressed, so I'm looking forward to it.

**What do you like best about Sloneek?**

Sloneek is an intuitive tool for employee management, which we chose mainly due to its effective remote team management, attendance tracking, and report generation. Thanks to its clear interface and wide range of features, it significantly simplifies our daily operations. From the headquarters, we can clearly see which teams in which areas need to be strengthened or, conversely, use human resources for other purposes, which allows us flexible human resource management.

**What do you dislike about Sloneek?**

Sloneek is a useful tool for employee management, but it has its shortcomings. The creation of attendance is limited in some respects – for example, in the case of annual type, it is not possible to copy data in the case of alternating attendance, which reduces work efficiency. The mobile application is also limited because it does not allow performing all the tasks available on the computer, which can be a disadvantage for users who need to work on the go or outside the office.

**What problems is Sloneek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sloneek helps us mainly with "print administration" issues – thanks to it, we don't need to have binders in the offices because all documents are uniformly stored in the cloud. Management can monitor operations across the country online, which is a great benefit especially during inspections from the authorities. Additionally, Sloneek facilitates filling out documents for the relevant authorities by exporting customized reports.

We use the tool for daily bookings.
We are still in the initial phase, the employees are currently testing and we will start on 1 February.
I didn't find the integration difficult, of course it's a new tool and you need time to familiarise yourself with it. However, the Sloneek team is available if you have any questions.
You have all employee information in one tool
You can build the structure of your company
You can send the documents for signature and archive them immediately 
Assign tasks and add attachments
I love the dashboard - you can see exactly who is on holiday or working from home and you can write announcements for the whole team.
There are so many features here for HR managers, from onboarding to recruiting. Unfortunately, we are still in the test phase so I can't say much about it yet.
One really nice feature is the trust box. Where employees can send us anonymous messages.
The support is amazing - you can send questions to the person and AI Boot via the tool. 
If you need another call, it's no problem - it usually happens the next day. That's a huge plus for us.

**What do you dislike about Sloneek?**

Unfortunately, users cannot customise their hours. But it's a habitual thing - as we are still in the initial phase - we find it a bit difficult.
The template creation is a bit basic you can't format much.
You can neither move nor copy the individual skills.
It would be easier if you could just select the activities that you do. 
It's like double work if you have to record the hours in the activity and also normally.

- Recording of employee hours - previously our employees had no overview of hours - as we used a tool that was orientated towards projects.

- Help for our HR - previously we used an Excel list for all employees. Now we can find all the information in the tool.

- This tool should also be used for onboarding and offboarding - this should improve our work processes.

I appreciate that everything is in one place. Thanks to Sloneek, I can set up HR processes in one program. The implementation is very nice, and I appreciate the support from colleagues during the implementation. Sloneek is very intuitive and easy to use.

The tool is very flexible and you can set up almost anything to your liking. It is also quite intuitive and takes little time to get familiar with the tool and the way how it operates. We also appreciate the Slack hook for absence management, where we get notifications on who is in the office today.
Connection to g-suite and SSO login is also very helpful, especially when you use the tool everyday.
Amazing is that the tool is updated often and they add nee features on regular basis + do webinars for customers to show the features.
Support is also top-notch - fast replies and being very helpful with our inquiries.

The Slack hook is sometimes a bit laggy, but the team is working on an improvement as we speak

Sloneek is suitable even for a company of smaller size, is easy to use for both users and admin. We could wery easily add on our current processes and make them better.

I am most satisfied with the customer approach. It's great that it's a Czechoslovak application. The overall orientation in Sloneek is very simple and intuitive. The team reacts quickly to errors, and you can see the continuous development of the entire tool.

**What do you dislike about Sloneek?**

As with any instrument, there is room for growth. In the future, I would like to have travel orders there - i.e., additional expansion modules that will make my agenda easier or a greater possibility of working with the history of a given person for managers - regarding development and growth in the organization.

Sloneek helps me enter absences and activities that the person is working on. It makes the payroll and approval flow easier for me. One knows what personal data HR has.

Awesome all-in-one HR tool that makes managing HR processes for your business easy!
One of the standout features of Sloneek is its ability to track various employee data, such as working hours, absences, and asset allocation, all in one central location.

In addition to tracking employee data, Sloneek also offers task management features, such as creating checklists, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.

I personally really appreciate the talent pool feature – you can keep track of potential candidates who may be a good fit for future job openings. This can save you time and effort down the line when it comes to hiring new employees.

So far I haven't come across any shortcomings in Sloneek. If I was struggling with anything, I am confident that Sloneek and I would figure out how to solve it :).

Keeping track of vacation schedules can be a hassle, especially when it comes to avoiding unnecessary interruptions. With Sloneek, however, it's easy to keep track of who's available for work-related matters. Another valuable feature of Sloneek is its Talent pool. As our company grows and expands, it's important to maintain contacts with skilled professionals who could potentially fill future job openings. The Talent pool feature ensures that these contacts are never lost, which could save time and effort when it comes to filling job positions in the future.

Customer Support. While the support team is helpful, the response time is not immediate.
Hardware Terminal. However initially, we were concerned about the lack of a hardware terminal for attendance tracking. However, this turned out to be a benefit as it pushed us to transition to using the mobile app. This shift has been a step in the right direction, making our processes more flexible and efficient.

**What do you like best about Sloneek?**

We can manage the entire life-cycle of an employee there, save documents such as contracts, amendments, you can hand over working tools and many more and then you find it all in one place and not in 20 different excel sheets. It´s really worth trying if you feel you need a bit of a clean up in your HR / back office materials.
I also like the Sloneek crew that is always here to help.

you still need a human being to insert all data :-)

it makes managing the absence&working hours of our employees very easy and then in just a few clicks we get a report with all the payroll data. Employees can also easily see on the main page where their colleagues are (home office, vacation etc..).
it´s also great for maintaing overview of stuff we hand over to employes - you do it in sloneek = no more hand over protocols on printed on papers.
There are also templates for f.e. work contracts/amendments that you can easily use.

**What do you like best about Sloneek?**

It may sound like a cliché, but I value a friendly environment. This HR system is not about control of workers and their working time but, above all, about the cooperation of teams, users and managers.
Sloneek has a variety of use (packages) that you can choose from. So you adapt the service and features to your needs. Working hours and absences are clear to managers. Now we started using recruitment which seems to be very helpful and useful.  I also appreciate asset management, where there is a record and electronic confirmation of the acceptance (signature) of the assets. With almost 200 users, it is an excellent helper. I also appreciate the variability of the use of PC and mobile, and ID cards entering the workplace because we need all these options. And the other thing I like about its back-office help is always available. And very helpful. I highly recommend Sloneek.

**What do you dislike about Sloneek?**

I love Sloneek, but it's growing too big very fast. That's actually good, but keeping up with the news is not always easy. I recommend adding fewer features and concentrating more on reports for daily use.

Learning managers about workers and their work. So they better cooperate and plan as a team. In our brokerage profession, workers do not work in one place; they always run around different areas.

**What do you like best about Sloneek?**

We used to have all HR agenda in multiple Google Sheets. Sloneek is in one word amazing compared to that :-) It's packed with features but super easy to navigate and use for everyone. Implementing and setting it up was streamlined process well supported by great customer success representative. We use it for managing employees data, tracking their work, holidays and signing documents. All of that has now clear and simple process that helps us to have everything up to date. Very useful module is ATS and we're going to implement onboarding templates and skill tables and reviews later on.
What I really appreciate is simple pricing and customer support that is always there to help with any problem we run into.

**What do you dislike about Sloneek?**

From time to time something doesn't work as expected (but that's usually us not reading the documentation properly) or doesn't work at all (bug). But that's understandable with the fast pace the app is developing and being improved and after you report it, you know it will be taken care of.

We had multiple Google Sheets for this previously and it was very hard to navigate in all of them and keep them up to date. Also the processes have gaps partially because there were no notifications.

**What do you like best about Sloneek?**

It's a very user friendly system, which was very easy to implement - it took us a few hours and everything was up and running. We use Sloneek for HR records, documentation, timesheets, PTO - we use it daily and it has a great design. The support is always very quick to answer our queries and we have a dedicated person that solves any problems we might have. The pricing is very competitive and very scalable, being a perfect match for a startup like ours.

Sometimes there might be a bug on new releases, but as soon as we report it, it gets fixed very quickly. There's some limitations on the digital signature system, but Sloneek assured us that those missing functionalities (signature approval workflow) are coming in a new update.

We used to have lots of Excel sheets for tracking absences and time tracking, which were not very user friendly and had serious limitations. Sloneek helped us create an organized hub for our HR records.

Sloneek has made a remarkable impact on our company, helping to remove the major HR pain points with no time.

It has very user-friendly interface and the intuitive design made the transition for all users very smooth! 

I like that Sloneek is able to generate insightful reports within a second to provide valuable insights into employee absence and time management.

Also all the employees are easily informed about their vacation balance and their team mate's absences without any delay across all the team departments.

Time to time some minor bugs happen but everything is discussed and resolved with the support with no necessary delays :)

Sloneek has proved to be super helpful for our employee vacation planning. It can transparently display team absences and save time every month on generating the reports. This platform is very easy to use and very intuitive, user friendly. Nice UX and users appreciate the possibilty of having an app in mobile. The language mutation is an advantage.

We had some troubles with the first login on new user but we solved it quickly. The reporting section is little bit tought and it takes some time to get it under control.

It saves our time, it makes my team more effective and transparent. We mainly use "Absence management" to have a solid report of days off and holidays. Also for activity tracking and shifts sheduling.

I am thrilled with their technical support, client support, and continual efforts to improve the tool.

**What do you dislike about Sloneek?**

It's a young tool and is still developing. But some elements of the HR agenda, such as employee evaluations, don't exist in the full version. Therefore, it cannot be used for the whole agenda at the start of its use.

**What problems is Sloneek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sloneek has an excellent reporting module that helps to make informed decisions about staff capacity and workload. It has helped us streamline leave records, business trips, and home office. I appreciate its high user accessibility and ease of use. We can better evaluate personnel costs thanks to the Conditions and Salary section.

We have been searching for a tool to efficiently manage HR-related tasks and associated data for quite some time. Previous platforms I've worked with were only able to store data digitally and not use it for further analysis. 

However, Sloneek is distinct in its data-centric approach, constantly updating and providing methodological support. Although it requires a shift in mindset, adopting Sloneek can propel your HR processes forward.

So for me, Sloneek is an HRIS platform that has great standard features but a completely superior way of working with them. Simple to use, comprehensive in the data it gives you. This is how it should be.
