The biggest area for improvement is still the offline functionality. Even in this year, only the first 50 rows of a database sync for offline use, which is a real pain when i'm trying to review a full sprint backlog without WIFI, Also while the mobile app has improved, it still feels sluggish when loading page with heavy database relations. I don't love the tables feature because it's difficult to manipulate and often easier just to go onto Google Sheets. I wish tables were easier to manipulate and change or go beyond the normal table format that is already laid out. The biggest thing is trying to make it a bit less restrictive on the table sizing and text that can go inside of it. I wish it simulated Google Sheets in terms of manipulation, even if it means making a whole separate page rather than embedding it within the existing Notion doc. I really appreciate how Notion solves the issue of having multiple software to manage different things, making it easier to navigate by centralizing scattered information. I have my entire business documentation, meetings, CRM, project management, and AI centralized in one place with Notion. It's way easier for me to have all my information centralized. They've been including AI features more and more, and I love Notion's AI. Also, in the last few months, Notion has been improving their performance which, for larger databases we use, makes using the product way friendlier and you can really notice it in the day-to-day.

I think Notion could improve by better integrating its calendar and mail functionalities. Right now, they seem kind of separate. I would love if from Notion Mail or Notion Calendar, I could access and make changes to the Notion databases or information within Notion directly, without switching between apps. I find Notion really good for note-taking and recording meetings. It's got a very simple interface that makes it easy to use, yet it offers a lot of features. It's like a notes app but lets you do a whole lot more, which I think sort of gives me the best of both worlds.
