"Intuitive and comfortable design, with integrated OneDrive and excellent channel management"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I really like its design because it is very easy to use, it is very comfortable for long periods of use, and I also really like that you can manage many things with it since it allows you to create groups or channels for announcements. I also really like that it has OneDrive integrated because this helps a lot with uploading files and linking them directly to the cloud. I also really like that it has a lot of control over the things that have already been seen by others, as this way you can tell if they are really keeping up with tasks or announcements. I feel that it is a value-for-money platform because it offers many very useful functions on its platform. The support is also very good because when a problem arises, the response is very quick, and the artificial intelligence helps make tasks within the platform faster and easier. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

What I don't like is that sometimes it has errors in video calls, there are times when I turn on the microphone and still others can't hear me, also sometimes screen sharing has failed for me. I would like them to fix those errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless M365 Integration That Keeps Collaboration in One Place"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like most about Microsoft Teams is its seamless integration with the M365 ecosystem. It effectively eliminates the need for constant app-switching. Whether I'm collaborating on a live Excel sheet, jumping into a quick sync, or tracking project updates in a specific channel, everything happens in one unified interface, which significantly boosts team productivity and data transparency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

While Microsoft Teams is a great collaboration hub, I find it can be quite resource-intensive, often impacting the performance of other applications on the laptop. Additionally, the notification system can feel a bit overwhelming in large organizations. I believe a more streamlined UI with fewer clicks to reach key features would greatly enhance the daily user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralised Communication Anywhere, Anytime"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I use Microsoft Teams daily in my role as a consultant to collaborate with both internal teams and clients. This includes running project workshops, daily stand-ups, and sharing updates across different workstreams. We use channels per project to organise discussions, share documentation, and track decisions. It’s especially useful when working with distributed teams across different countries, as it keeps communication centralised and accessible. As a consultant working with distributed client teams across Europe, I use Teams daily for project workshops, sprint ceremonies, and document collaboration via SharePoint integration. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Sometimes there are technical difficulties when the system goes down, and it becomes hard to communicate with teams. It really makes you realise how dependent you are on the technology. Microsoft Teams can also feel cluttered at times, especially when you’re managing multiple projects and channels at once. Important messages can easily get buried in busy threads, and the constant notifications can start to feel overwhelming. Performance can be inconsistent too, particularly during larger calls or while screen sharing, and that can disrupt meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Work Communication Tool"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is how it brings everything into one place. Instead of switching between emails, chat apps, and file tools, I can handle conversations, meetings, and documents within the same workspace. It saves time and helps me stay focused because all discussions stay connected to the work they belong to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

What I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that it can feel heavy at times, especially on slower systems. Notifications can also become overwhelming if you’re part of many channels, and finding older messages or files isn’t always intuitive. While it’s powerful, there’s a small learning curve before everything feels smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature-Rich Collaboration Across Devices, Plus Powerful Power Apps Automation"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

It provides multiple features such as chat and instant calling, which help the team collaborate and work together. It also allows multiple employees to work on the same document or project at the same time. We can use Teams on different devices such as phones, tablets, and laptops, which helps us monitor activities more efficiently. It offers many tools like Power Apps, which can be used directly to manage employees and company data. For example, in our company we created a Leave Management System in Teams with automated task management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

When I started using Teams, I found it a bit slow and it sometimes lagged. Now that it also provides M365, I still run into issues quite often. Many times when I use it, it frequently shows errors like being down or “too many requests,” etc. Also sometime I get confused in group chat notifications and mentioned notifications. "All-in-One Collaboration Hub with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The most attractive feature of Microsoft Teams to me is that it integrates chat, meetings, file sharing, and collaboration in a single platform. It simplifies the process where teams can find it easy to communicate in real time, hold meetings and collaborate to work on documents without always switching between various tools. Collaboration is also made a lot easier through the integration with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The only aspect of Microsoft Teams that can be irritating is that the interface may look a bit cluttered, particularly when you are a member of lot of teams or channels. Notifications are also overwhelming when they are not handled effectively. Sometimes the app may be a little sluggish or heavy on resource load especially on older systems. "Easy Navigation and Seamless Calling for Remote Work"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

That everything is easy to access on the left hand side of the screen, and quickly can swap between chats & calendar, for example. I also like being able to call/videoconference from the chat. Being a remote employee as I am, makes sometimes difficult to use the telephone to reach my co-workers. I like to keep visible my calendar at all times on one side of the screen so I keep track of my pendings and meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I find the alert & sounds not very loud or visible. Sometimes I miss messages that I see minutes after when I check my screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Connect with your team, your family, or anyone else. Wherever they may roam!"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams is a great program on the market if you are looking for something to replace Slack, Zoom, Skype, or one of the many other products that recently flooded the internet due to COVID-19. When it comes to Microsoft Teams, some of the things that they do really well would be the fact that this program integrates really well on a Microsoft Windows PC, as well as with any other Microsoft programs in general. The connectivity is OK. It certainly isn't something that I would say they are the best at, but it is better than some of their competitors, for sure. Being able to share documents, pictures, or files within the program is also something that I really like. I use Teams daily, and one of the things that makes it so incredibly easy to use is how intuitive it is. It's obvious that the core features, functionalities, integrations, and implementation efforts were all clearly well thought out. Getting our department set up on Teams was a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

For Microsoft Teams, there are not a lot of things that I can say that I dislike. There are definitely some things that could be improved upon as time goes by, but for what this program is right now in a sea of other video conferencing apps, I have to say that they are doing a good job. The video quality at times can get a little spotty depending on a user's signal or network, connection speeds, and congestion on the platform. All of this, combined with the fact that Microsoft Teams can be pretty CPU-heavy on a system, makes it one of the programs I have on my computer that is downright resource or power-hungry. I'd love to see them lighten the platform a bit, without taking away any of the essential functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful all-in-one collaboration tool that keeps teams connected and organized"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like most about Microsoft Teams is that it brings communication, collaboration, and project coordination together in one place. Its smooth integration with Microsoft 365 apps like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook makes it simple to share files, schedule and manage meetings, and collaborate in real time without constantly switching between different tools. I also appreciate the structured channel system, which helps keep conversations organized and, in turn, supports better team productivity and transparency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One of the main things I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel slow and resource-heavy, especially when I have multiple channels, chats, and integrations active at the same time. Notifications can also get overwhelming and hard to manage, which makes it easy to miss important messages among the noise. On top of that, the file management experience can be confusing: files end up spread across different places like chats, channels, and SharePoint, so it often takes longer than it should to find what I need. "Simple UI with Seamless Microsoft Integrations for Meetings Anywhere"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The best thing about it is that it’s not complex at all. It has a simple UI that basically does everything, so it’s easy to use and navigate. I also like its integration with other Microsoft tools like Outlook, Webex, OneDrive, Copilot, and many more, which reduces the time spent switching from one platform to another. Easy meeting access and calendar integration also help me keep track of upcoming meetings.

Another good part is that we can use it on any device. No matter where you are, you can still access it on your phone and attend meetings from almost anywhere, which has helped reduce travel time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

It glitches a lot. The overall working of Teams isn’t very smooth, and the software lags many times. It also often doesn’t notify me about messages. I’m already logged in through the company, so I don’t have to add a password, but despite that it randomly logs me out, which is pretty annoying. Another major issue is the video and audio glitches. Most of the time we face problems with unclear voice or video. Since we work on Teams daily, these small glitches quickly become a bigger problem. Customer support is also pretty average; their solutions aren’t always helpful, and they can take time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
