The pricing initially seemed reasonable, which was one of the reasons I decided to use Jotform. The platform also has many features in one place, which looked useful at first.
But after my experience with Jotform’s Instagram Agent, I started to understand why the price feels low compared to what I expected from a business automation tool. The reliability, support quality, and communication did not match what I need for a workflow that affects my customer interactions. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
My biggest issue with Jotform is reliability. I used Jotform’s Instagram Agent actively for business automation, especially for Instagram comment replies. These automations were connected to multiple posts and were part of my customer communication workflow.
My Instagram connection was disconnected twice, and both times my custom automations disappeared. After the first incident, I was told that this would not happen again and that my automations would remain saved even if the Instagram connection was removed and reconnected. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again.
Nothing changed on my side. I did not change my Instagram password, delete posts, remove access, or make any major change to my account. Still, the automations were gone.
The support experience also made the problem worse. I received inconsistent information from different people. One person told me the automations would remain saved, while support later told me restoring them might not be possible. I was also told that a support person had given me wrong information because some less experienced agents can make mistakes.
For a business automation tool, this is a serious problem. If automations disappear, customer communication breaks, posts stop working as expected, and the business owner has to spend hours manually rebuilding everything.
In my experience, Jotform failed in reliability, support consistency, and clear customer communication. Reseña recopilada por y alojada en G2.com.
