The random glitches where it will remove leads or add leads in bulk. This is an absolute NIGHTMARE to go through and manually correct. Definitely, the API side of things is challenging. I tried creating a scraper to send data to HighLevel. While it's possible through Zapier to connect certain platforms, building something yourself for HighLevel is really challenging. Sometimes there are conflicts and issues because of old, outdated data. It's really helpful to have up-to-date information and guidelines and remove the old guidelines.
