“User-Friendly Task Tracking With Top-Notch Performance and Great Pricing”
What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Having the possibility of tracking tasks, projects and pending stuff we need to keep track of in our company.

UI is very user-friendly and anybody can jump in and learn the essentials in a short amount of time, saving adoption times during onboarding process for all new users.

AI helper can make some mistakes but I believe it's still coniderably dependable and helped me a lot for specific migration tasks between workspaces.

Performance is top-notch, any decent internet connection will work with the solution.

I have not tried the integrations yet, but I did browse a bit, they seem very well-thought-out and easy to set up, I will most likely start using the Gmail ones to make sure emails can be converted into tasks for easier tracking.

Pricing is one of the best in the market, I tell this both as a former seller for Monday and a current user, it's simply that good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

AI helper needs a bit more work on, I had to write very specific prompts for him to actually get a full scope.

Nevertheless, it works, it did get the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me and my team to keep track of all the pending tasks, projects, and events we have.

Before this, we relied on a very manual process. It worked, but it didn’t give us the same level of organization or efficiency that Monday provides us now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Essential Collaboration Suite for Seamless Architecture Design”
What do you like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

What I like best about the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how seamlessly it brings together architecture design, documentation, and real-time collaboration in one place. As a technical architect, I often deal with complex system diagrams and workflows involving multiple stakeholders. Lucid makes it effortless to visualize architectures, connect ideas, and maintain version control without losing clarity.

Its integration with tools like Confluence, Jira, and Slack helps bridge the gap between design and implementation teams. The intelligent shape recognition, data linking, and automated layout features save a lot of manual effort and keep the documentation consistent across projects. Overall, it has become an essential part of my solution design and review process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

What I dislike about the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that while it’s feature-rich, performance can slow down noticeably when working with large architecture diagrams or complex multi-layered workflows. Managing permissions for shared documents across multiple teams also feels a bit cumbersome at times.

Additionally, the learning curve for advanced features—like data linking or conditional formatting—can be steep for new team members. A few enhancements in offline accessibility and version comparison would make it even more reliable for enterprise-scale architecture work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a technology architect, one of the biggest challenges I face is ensuring alignment between design intent, technical documentation, and implementation. The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps solve this by providing a single, interactive space where architecture diagrams, workflows, and process maps can evolve collaboratively in real time.

It eliminates the back-and-forth that typically happens through static documents or slide decks. With Lucid, I can link diagrams directly to source systems, maintain traceability between design artifacts and implementation stories, and visually communicate complex architecture patterns to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This has significantly improved clarity, reduced design review time, and strengthened collaboration between architecture, development, and operations teams — leading to faster decision-making and fewer implementation gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Flexible Issue Tracking with Powerful Workflows and Integrations”
What do you like best about Jira?

Jira is the ultimate truth that transforms chaotic sticky-note enrgy into a streamline, high-visibility workflow. It's robust customizability allows teams to mould every issue and board to their specific needs. also the way it integrates deep technical data with high-level project tracking makes it perfect bridge between granular dev work and bigg-picture strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

Sheer complexity of its configuration can turn a simple setup into a labyrinth of admin-only permission and hidden settings. Frequently suffers from noticeable UI lag and notification fatigue where sheer volume of pings can bury the actual work. Ultimatelt, it often feels over-engineered for smaller team, demanding more time spent "feeding the tool" than actually shipoping code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prioritisation by aligning backlogs and issue ranking helps teams focus on most important work instead of reacting randomly. Boards, sprint reports and dashboards make it easier to see whether work is on track. clear ownership and status changes make it obvious who is repsonsible what and where things are stuck. Linking commits, pull requests and deployments to issue connect planning with actual code changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Miro Whiteboard Makes Online Salesforce Training Clear, Visual, and Effortless”
What do you like best about Miro?

I like how easy it is to collaborate with teams in real time using boards, sticky notes, diagrams, and templates. The infinite canvas is very useful for brainstorming, planning workflows, and organizing ideas visually. Many users also praise its intuitive interface and collaboration features.

The performance is amazing. It automatically saves my work (including what I did yesterday or in previous sessions), so I can resume my training right where I left off.

Fun fact: I got Miro Premium from G2, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Large boards can sometimes become cluttered and harder to navigate. Some advanced features are locked behind paid plans, and performance may slow on very heavy boards according to user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

“ClickUp’s Flexible All-in-One Platform Boosted My Productivity”
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is its flexible, all-in-one approach. It replaces multiple tools by combining task management, docs, goals, and time tracking in a single platform, which simplifies my workflow. The UI is clean and the ability to switch between List, Board, and Calendar views makes it easy to manage tasks based on context.

Customization is a major strength—custom fields, statuses, and automations allow me to design workflows exactly how I need them. This has significantly reduced manual work and improved efficiency. Integrations with other tools I use also help keep everything connected without switching platforms frequently.

In terms of performance, ClickUp generally handles large task volumes well, and I’ve been able to manage complex projects without major issues. From a pricing perspective, it offers strong value for money considering the number of features included in a single tool.

Overall, it has improved my productivity, made collaboration smoother, and helped me stay organized without needing multiple separate tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

While ClickUp is very powerful, the biggest downside is that it can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users. The number of features and customization options creates a learning curve during onboarding. In terms of performance, I’ve occasionally experienced slight lag when working with larger projects or heavy dashboards.

Additionally, some advanced features are not very intuitive and require time to fully understand or set up properly. Although the pricing offers good value overall, certain useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans.

Improving onboarding, simplifying the UI for beginners, and optimizing performance for large-scale usage would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using ClickUp, we struggled with scattered tools, lack of visibility into tasks, and inefficient collaboration across the team. It was difficult to track progress, manage priorities, and keep everything aligned in one place.

With ClickUp, we now have a centralized system where tasks, documentation, and communication are all connected. This has improved transparency and made it easier to track progress in real time. Features like automations and integrations have reduced manual work and saved us several hours each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Asana?

Asana has helped our teams to be more organised. It has very easy workflows the team can follow to schedule in any tasks.

When writing briefs, the AI assistant comes in handy to ensure everything is clear and concise.

We tried the free version for a while, but quickly got to our limits, but after upgrading the account, everything seems to work together much easier. with its integrated messaging functionality, it makes it easier for users to quickly ask questions. “Intuitive, Flexible Notion That Streamlines Cross-Team Collaboration”
What do you like best about Notion?

For such a powerful and flexible system, Notion is really intuitive to use. It feels like it has been built with a strong understanding of the challenges that come with cross-team collaboration, especially in fast-moving agencies and businesses where things change quickly.

It helps bring structure, visibility and consistency to the way teams work, without feeling overly complicated. We’ve found it genuinely useful for improving efficiency, reducing scattered information, and creating a more connected way of working. The value for money is also strong, particularly when you consider how many different use cases it can support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

We’re still in the early stages of using Notion, so there isn’t anything significant to call out at this point.

The only minor point is that some of the tutorials can feel a little dry in places, but given the depth and flexibility of the platform, that is understandable. There is a lot to learn, and the fact that Notion provides so much learning material is ultimately a positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion is helping us bring client information, internal documentation and day-to-day work into one much clearer place.

As an agency, efficiency is a big focus for us. Costs are high, salaries in the UK are expensive, and overheads can put real pressure on profitability. We need to find ways to do more with the same team, without adding unnecessary admin or complexity. Notion is helping with that.

Previously, information was scattered across different platforms like SharePoint, Google Drive and other tools, which meant people often lost time trying to find the right document, update or process. Notion has reduced that friction by giving us a more centralised and searchable workspace.

The AI features are also excellent. They make it quicker to find information, summarise content and get to the answer without digging through multiple places.

The main benefits for us are better visibility of what people are working on, easier collaboration, less admin, faster access to information and a more joined-up way of working across the agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Streamlined Reporting with Smartsheet”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

It has a wide range of applications and is able to create bespoke solutions that are easy to use. The cell history function and the ability to amend permissions (admin, editor, viewer, etc) make governance and auditing easy. The annual cost of member seats is reasonable and making viewers free has meant that it is a system that the whole business can use. Reporting can be as simple or sophisticated as required but the control centre tool allows you to aggregate data for many workspaces into one report. Having a database has reduced duplication in work and the whole system has made our processes more streamlined and efficient. The online support and training videos were crucial to get our system going. Cheetah Transformation were a pivotal third party company that helped us develop our solution and introduce best practice. In the future, we are looking at how Smartsheet can integrate with our other systems. Performance is generally good with the occasional delay in pulling data from sheets to dashboards, but this resolves in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

It is a relatively new software for the business so we haven't had the chance to find anything we dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

“A Solid, Easy Way to Automate Everyday Workflows in Microsoft 365”
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I’ve found Microsoft Power Automate to be a really useful tool for automating everyday tasks, especially since I already use Microsoft 365. It’s fairly easy to get started with and works well with apps like Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, which makes managing workflows much more efficient. That said, it can get a bit complicated when building more advanced automations, and troubleshooting isn’t always straightforward. Overall, I think it’s a solid option for handling routine processes and improving productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

One thing I don’t like about Power Automate is that it can get quite complicated when you try to build more advanced workflows, even though it starts off simple. I’ve also found debugging to be a bit frustrating, as the error messages aren’t always clear. On top of that, some features require premium connectors, which can make it more expensive than expected, and it doesn’t always integrate as smoothly with non-Microsoft tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Power Automate mainly helps solve problems around repetitive and manual work. For example, it reduces the need to copy data, send routine emails, or manage approvals manually, which can take up a lot of time. It also fixes issues where data is spread across different systems by connecting them and keeping everything updated automatically. On top of that, it helps speed up processes like approvals, reporting, and notifications, while reducing human errors and improving overall efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Airtable Simplifies Complex Campaign Tracking with Linked Records and Shareable Views”
What do you like best about Airtable?

Airtable has become our new savior in handling the insanely complicated content priority lists, providing our marketing department with a concise and well-structured overview of the campaigns, timeline, and asset position in a single platform. The linked record feature has been the strongest one and we are able to relate the similar data in different tables and the resultant duplication that led to errors in our reporting is avoided. There is also the capacity to provide filtered views to external stakeholders without providing a full-blown database access, which has also proven to be a feature that helps in collaboration with customers in a client-based scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

Reporting and analytics are quite basic relative to the focused business intelligence tools, and you can hardly derive in-depth insights directly on your data. There is also poor functionality of the desktop experience on the mobile app, and handling and updating records on the go is more cumbersome than it is supposed to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airtable has addressed the issue of working with interconnected data which had been distributed across spreadsheets, emails and documents. This has enhanced accuracy in data and visibility of teams and we have been able to make decisions faster and more informed without having to waste time searching information in various sources. What do you like best about Ravetree?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. “Agency Handy Delivers on the All-in-One Promise—Clean UI, Seamless Workflows”
What do you like best about Agency Handy?

Agency Handy is one of the very few tools I’ve used that genuinely lives up to the “all-in-one” promise. Instead of stitching together 5–10 different tools (CRM, invoicing, proposals, project management, client comms, etc.), everything is finally in one clean, intuitive platform.

The biggest win for me is how connected everything feels:

• Client onboarding flows straight into projects

• Services → proposals → invoices → payments all link together seamlessly

• Tasks and deliverables are automatically created from what clients purchase

• The client portal gives a genuinely professional, branded experience

The service catalog + proposal system alone is a game-changer. It makes selling services feel structured and scalable instead of manual and messy.

On top of that:

• The UI is incredibly clean and easy to navigate

• Setup is fast (we were up and running properly within hours, not weeks)

• The client portal reduces email back-and-forth massively

• Recurring billing + payments just work (huge time saver)

• Team collaboration and task tracking are built-in and actually usable

And honestly — the support and development team deserves serious credit. They’re responsive, helpful, and clearly shipping updates consistently. You can tell this isn’t a stagnant tool — it’s evolving quickly based on real user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agency Handy?

If I had to pick something, it would be that there are still areas where deeper customization (especially around branding, layouts, or UI tweaks) could go further.

That said — and this is important — this is actually one of the reasons I’m bullish on the product.

Unlike most tools where limitations feel “baked in,” Agency Handy is clearly being actively developed, and many of the things you might initially want are either already being improved or on the roadmap.

So rather than being a frustration, it feels more like:

👉 “This is already great — and it’s only getting better.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agency Handy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Agency Handy, our workflow was fragmented across multiple tools:

• CRM in one place

• Proposals somewhere else

• Invoicing and payments separate

• Tasks and delivery tracked manually or in another system

• Client communication scattered across email

It was inefficient, messy, and things slipped through the cracks.

Agency Handy has completely centralised our operations:

• Everything now lives in one system

• Client journeys are structured from start → delivery → payment

• Internal workflows are clearer and easier to manage

• Clients have a single place to log in, view progress, and interact

The impact has been huge:

• Less admin time

• Faster onboarding

• More professional client experience

• Fewer mistakes or missed steps

• Better scalability as we grow

It’s effectively become our agency operating system, not just another tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Freedcamp for Small Nonprofit Teams”
What do you like best about Freedcamp?

Very easy to get started with and intuitive to learn — our team picked it up right away. We can assign tasks, set due dates, and everyone knows what they're working on. We like being able to comment and attach files directly to tasks, and having separate boards for each area keeps everything from getting mixed together. Visually it's nicely designed and easy to see what you need and get to what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Freedcamp?

Hard to think of any cons for a small team with our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Freedcamp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our nonprofit's communications committee uses this to manage social campaigns, newsletter production, design tasks, and email marketing. We tried Trello but switched to Freedcamp — it felt like a better fit. Before this we relied on email threads and Google Docs, which made it hard to stay organized. Good option for any small team that needs to stay on top of tasks without a lot of setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Simple, Fast Diagramming for Clear Flowcharts and System Diagrams”
What do you like best about Whimsical?

I like how fast and simple it is. You can open it and start making a flowchart or wireframe in seconds. No setup, no confusion. The interface is clean and doesn’t feel heavy.

It’s really good for process flows. I use it when I need to explain how something works step by step. The diagrams look neat without putting in too much effort. Alignment and connectors are easy, so things don’t look messy.

Also, sharing with others is simple. Just send a link and people can view or edit. For quick collaboration, it works well.

For straightforward diagrams, it does exactly what you need without distractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whimsical?

It feels a bit limited once work gets bigger. For small diagrams it’s perfect, but for larger planning or brainstorming sessions, the canvas feels restrictive.

It’s more of a diagram tool than a full collaboration space. When discussions go beyond flows into planning, tracking, or workshops, we had to use other tools.

Template options are also fewer compared to some other platforms, so sometimes we had to build layouts from scratch.

Basically great for simple visuals, but not ideal for large cross-team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whimsical solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps turn discussions into visuals quickly. When we talk about processes or system flows, people often understand differently. Drawing it out in Whimsical clears things up fast.

I use it during planning talks to map steps and decisions. It helps the team see the full picture instead of just hearing it.

It’s also helpful for sharing knowledge. A diagram is easier for someone new to understand than reading long notes.

So the main benefit is clarity and saving time on explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Time-Saving, User-Friendly Workflow Solution with Room for Growth”
What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

Using Jotform Workflows has eliminated a lot of manual effort, saving both time and reducing human errors. It improved the participant experience by allowing them to self-service without needing someone from our side involved. I really appreciate that it saved me tons of time and was easy to set up. Additionally, I also like that I could use it for our web chatbot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

I wanted the ability to send multiple emails (i.e., reminders) if people did not take the next step and set up an appointment, but there was no way for Jotform Workflows to read our Google study calendar to see if a person set up an appointment. So, reminders were still a manual process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
