“Claap Makes Meeting Management Effortless with Time-Saving AI Summaries”
What do you like best about Claap?

What I like most about Claap is how easy it makes managing meetings. The AI summaries and action items save a lot of time, and being able to quickly find important information from past meetings is really useful. It helps turn meetings into actionable tasks rather than just recordings. I think Claap offers good value for the price because it saves me time on meeting notes, summaries, and follow-ups. The automation makes it easier to stay organized and reduces a lot of manual work. Overall, the time saved makes the cost worthwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

One thing I dislike about Claap is that some of the AI-generated summaries and action items can occasionally miss context or need manual corrections. It can also take some time to get used to all the features and settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Claap helps solve the problem of spending too much time taking meeting notes, reviewing recordings, and tracking follow-ups. The AI summaries, transcripts, and action items make it easier to capture key information and stay organized. It saves me time and helps ensure that important tasks and decisions from meetings don’t get missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Fast AI-Powered Diagrams with Smooth Real-Time Collaboration”
What do you like best about Mural?

I’m still impressed by how quickly you can go from a blank canvas to something genuinely useful. I like that the AI-powered diagram generation gives us a solid starting point, and the real-time comments and collaboration make revisions smoother while helping reduce arguments. It also has tons of templates and keyboard shortcuts, which makes it practical and efficient for day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mural?

It’s very intuitive, so creating a diagram or setting up a digital whiteboard only takes a few minutes. Customer support has been exceptional, and the product shows a strong commitment to security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it during design reviews to update architecture diagrams based on team feedback, so everyone stays aligned on the same design. For my team, the biggest advantage is real-time collaboration: several of us can edit and comment on the same live board at once, which has significantly reduced the number of meetings we need. “Effortless Meeting Workflow with Fellow’s Google Meet Extension”
What do you like best about Fellow?

Fellow is genuinely easy to use, which matters a lot when you're jumping between back to back meetings all day. The Google Meet extension is probably my favourite bit, having the agenda sit right there in the call without switching tabs saves so much time and just fits into how I already work. On top of that, the meeting summaries and transcripts mean I'm not scrambling to write things up afterwards, and action items get pulled out automatically so nothing slips between meetings. It also holds up well even with a heavy meeting load, it doesn't feel slow or clunky no matter how many recurring meetings and templates I've got running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

The main thing is that Fellow sometimes doesn't join a call automatically, though even then the Google Meet plugin gets it in within seconds so it's more a minor annoyance than a real problem. The other bit is the AI follow up suggestions, they're genuinely useful for some of my team but not always for me, so it can add a bit of noise with extra buttons showing up in my Google Calendar. Easy enough to dismiss if you've already got your own workflow, but it would be nice to be able to turn them off for individual users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Fellow, prepping for and following up on meetings ate into a lot of my week, chasing action items, writing recap emails, digging back through notes to remember what was actually agreed. Now agendas are set up once and reused and notes and decisions live in one place. That's probably saved me a good hour or two a week that used to go on meeting admin, which matters when you're managing a full portfolio of accounts alongside coaching and reporting. “Powerful feedback platform with great integrations and excellent customer support”
What do you like best about Aha!?

The breadth of native integrations (Slack, Jira, Salesforce), combined with automatic themes clustering, the built-in AI assistant (Elle).

Customizable portals with SSO included on all plans (no SSO tax) was also a differentiator vs. the competition.

The trial was also greatly facilitated by the Aha! customer success team: shoutout to Jack, who was patient, available, and answered every question we had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aha!?

Steep learning curve. Aha! has a lot of concepts to internalize (portals, ideas, initiatives, workspaces) and if you're coming from a simpler setup, expect to invest real time getting your workflows right before it clicks. Not a dealbreaker, but set realistic expectations for onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aha! solving and how is that benefiting you?

Product feedback was scattered across Slack, email, and meetings with no central place to land. PMs were acting on it inconsistently, and contributors rarely heard back on outcomes. Aha! Ideas gives us a single structured place to capture, triage, and close the loop so feedback actually influences roadmap decisions instead of getting lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Platform Where Every Voice Matters”
What do you like best about Ideawake?

Submitting an idea is quick and straightforward, which encourages participation and makes it easy to share feedback and suggestions. I also appreciate how easy it is to review and engage with ideas submitted by others, creating a collaborative environment where everyone can contribute.

Most importantly, Ideawake provides a platform where every voice has an opportunity to be heard. It gives employees a way to share ideas and insights that might otherwise be overlooked or overshadowed, helping foster a culture of inclusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideawake?

There are occasional technical issues or features that could be refined, but that's to be expected with any platform. The positive side is that improvements are continually being made. It's clear that user feedback is taken seriously, and ongoing updates help ensure a better experience for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ideawake solving and how is that benefiting you?

At larger organizations, it can sometimes feel like individual voices get lost in the crowd. Ideawake provides a platform where my ideas are heard, considered, and valued, making me feel more connected to the success and growth of my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Convene Keeps Agendas, Board Packs, and Approvals Centralized and Secure”
What do you like best about Convene?

Convene biggest strength is how it pulls board meeting work into a single, easy to navigate dashboard. I regularly use the agenda builder, board books, document sharing the Resources library, voting, surveys, minutes and secure member communication and its helpful to have all of that in platform and interface is straightforward, performance has been reliable and the centralized workflow saves time versus juggling email threads and separate files. Support has also been responsive whenever we've needed assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convene?

Some user profile updates still involve a few extra steps and it would be very helpful if we could create a board book directly from existing Resources folders. As our usage grows, I'd also appreciate more transparent visibility into pricing and ROI. The core performance and support have been solid, but added automation like AI assisted meeting preparation could further cut down on the manual work reduced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?

Convene gives us one platform to schedule meetings, build agendas, distribute board books, store documents, record minutes and manage votes and surveys. It has cut down on the time we spend chasing materials and makes it much easier for board members to locate what they need, both ahead of meetings and in the moment during them and platform has been dependable and the support team is responsive, which helps keep our day to day workflow running smoothly. “Intuitive platform that simplifies performance tracking and keeps our team aligned”
What do you like best about Leapsome?

As a FinOps Analyst, I appreciate tools that reduce administrative friction while improving cross-functional visibility. Leapsome does a fantastic job of streamlining our performance reviews, goals (OKRs), and feedback processes into a single, cohesive interface.

The platform is clean and easy to navigate, which makes completing reviews or setting up regular check-ins quick and straightforward rather than a time-consuming chore.

I also really like how transparent the goal-tracking features are: it makes it simple to see how individual metrics align with broader organizational goals, keeping everyone on the same page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

While the platform is generally very smooth, the initial setup and customization of specific review cycles or permissions can take a bit of tweaking to get perfectly tailored to your organization's exact workflow. A few minor UI navigation shortcuts could also be added to make moving between custom reports faster, but overall, it hasn’t impacted my day-to-day experience in a major way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leapsome solves the problem of fragmented employee feedback and siloed performance metrics. Instead of tracking feedback or goals across spreadsheets and scattered emails, everything lives in one accessible space. For me, it saves time during review cycles and ensures our team stays accountable and aligned on key deliverables without unnecessary administrative overhead. “TL;DV: Easy Setup, Powerful AI Summaries, and Seamless HubSpot Integration at a great price”
What do you like best about tl;dv?

TL;DV is easy to implement, manage, and use. It offers flexible AI-powered analysis with support for multiple sales methodologies, making it particularly valuable for sales (my use-case). The desktop application, recording options, HubSpot integration, and strong analytics provide a streamlined workflow, while the pricing represents excellent value.

Easy to use: Simple to set up, manage, and analyze meetings.

Powerful AI summaries: Offers a variety of analysis and summarization options.

Sales-focused: Supports frameworks such as BANT, SPICED, MEDDPICC, and other sales methodologies.

Flexible recording: Desktop application with options for, Audio only, OR

Audio and video

Coaching potential: Video recording opens opportunities to coach not only sales and discovery calls but also product demos and presentations.

HubSpot integration: Seamlessly pushes meeting content into HubSpot, significantly reducing manual note-taking.

Strong analytics: Provides comprehensive AI insights across a broad range of meetings.

Excellent value: Pricing is highly competitive and cost-effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

I don't have many negatives to call out with TL;DV. If I had to pick something, I'd say the analytics could probably be a little stronger. Having said that, I think it's only fair to put that into context. We haven't rolled it out across our global team yet, and we don't have a large volume of meeting data on the platform, so I don't think I've seen everything it's capable of.

Beyond that, I really haven't come across any major issues or concerns. If I was looking for another point to mention, it would be that their team is based in Europe while I'm in Australia, so the time zone difference can make things a little challenging at times. That said, it's never really been a problem in practice. Their support has been excellent via email and chat, and even their co-founder has been incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us up and running. Overall, I've had a really positive experience with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is tl;dv solving and how is that benefiting you?

TL;DV is helping us standardise and scale our sales process across four global regions. It allows us to record and analyse calls, apply consistent sales methodologies like BANT, SPICED, and MEDDPICC, and coach our teams using real customer conversations.

It's also helping us build a consistent demo playbook, capture meeting insights directly into HubSpot as our single source of truth, and identify product and roadmap opportunities based on real customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Enhances Meeting Focus but Needs Flexible Access”
What do you like best about Bluedot?

I really like Bluedot's ability to take notes and provide a full transcript of meetings, which helps me focus and engage without worrying about typing or writing notes. The audio recording feature and the option to capture videos enhance the experience significantly. Additionally, I find the AI that helps find transcripts to be a valuable tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

After unsubscribing, I immediately couldn't access my recordings, which other note-taking software doesn't do. Usually, even if you unsubscribe, you're still able to access and check previous recordings. I also do not like the interface for managing recordings. I'd prefer a list/details view instead of thumbnails, which take up most of the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bluedot solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Helpful Tool for Managing IP”
What do you like best about TIP Tool?

What I like most is that I don’t have to keep checking different spreadsheets and emails to figure out where an idea or patent application stands. I use the Idea Manager and Portfolio Manager regularly, and the tagging makes it easier to sort through everything. The examiner analysis and Art Unit prediction are also useful when we’re reviewing a case and deciding what to do next. It’s not something we rely on for the final decision, but it gives us helpful context and saves a lot of back-and-forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TIP Tool?

One area for improvement is the onboarding experience. Because TIP Tool includes a wide range of features, from idea management to portfolio analytics and AI-powered insights, it can take some time for new users to become familiar with the platform. More interactive tutorials and guided walkthroughs would help users get up to speed faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TIP Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before TIP Tool, a lot of our IP work was spread across emails, spreadsheets, docketing data, and conversations with outside counsel. It was difficult to get a clear view of which ideas were worth pursuing, where each application stood, and where we were spending time and budget.

TIP Tool brings that information together. We can capture and review ideas, track applications, and use examiner, Art Unit, and cost insights to have better conversations about what to file, continue, or reconsider. The biggest benefit is visibility, we spend less time chasing updates and more time making strategic IP decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Omg, where do I start? I can also talk to it in Claude, and it can pull exact customer quotes that I can reuse. Honestly, the use cases feel endless.

On top of that, being able to sanity-check the AE notes on why we won against what customers actually said-and what Claude can synthesize across 12 calls-has been huge for prospect identification and even for spotting new products we should build. I also set up a real-time cron job that pulls our SME calls and helps teach me how to position better and tell our value story more clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Ideation to Implementation - Made Seamless”
What do you like best about InspireIP?

Ease of use, Collaboration - You'd need to try it once to know why these.

These, I felt are the biggest strengths of this platform. The experience feels effortless—everything just works the way you expect. As a user, you don’t have to worry about the small details or complicated steps. The platform takes care of all the background work so you can focus entirely on your idea.

Collaboration is also seamless. It’s easy to share your thoughts, get feedback, and build on ideas together with others. The tools provided make it simple for everyone to contribute and stay involved.

I remember hearing the phrase, “An idea can change your life,” in an advertisement. After using this platform for a few years, I believe it even more. I would say, “An idea can change your life—and the lives of others—so just focus on your idea, and let the platform handle the rest.” This platform truly lets you bring your ideas to life, without distractions.

Anyone looking to innovate should try it once—you’ll see the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

One thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the interface feels a bit heavy and can lag or get stuck. It’s not a major issue, but it does interrupt the flow sometimes. This is something I dislike a little and hope can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InspireIP solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform solves the problem of managing and developing ideas in a collaborative environment.

It removes the distractions of complex processes and lets people focus fully on the ideas and not how to bring it front of the executive management. By making it easy to share, discuss, and improve ideas with others, it encourages more creativity and teamwork.

Overall, it helps bring ideas to life more smoothly, benefiting both me and my team and the whole organisation - "An idea can change life of everyone in an organisation". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“PerformYard Makes Performance Tracking Continuous, Transparent, and Goal-Aligned”
What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

What I like most about PerformYard Performance Management is how it makes performance tracking structured, transparent, and continuous, instead of feeling like a once-a-year review. It helps managers and employees align goals clearly, share ongoing feedback, and track progress in real time. I also appreciate how it supports professional development by turning progress into measurable insights. Overall, it encourages better accountability, stronger communication, and a more growth-focused workplace culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

One potential drawback of PerformYard Performance Management is that, like many structured performance systems, it can feel time-consuming if it isn’t integrated smoothly into daily workflows. Some users may also find there’s a learning curve before they can fully adopt the platform. And if managers don’t consistently provide meaningful feedback, the process can end up feeling more administrative than developmental. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

“PerformYard Performance Management solves challenges around inconsistent feedback, unclear performance expectations, and difficulty tracking employee progress over time. By centralizing goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews, it creates more transparency and accountability. This benefits me by making expectations clearer, helping me track my progress, identify areas for improvement, and receive more timely and constructive feedback that supports my professional growth.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
