“Claap's Meeting Analysis Blew Me Away — Didn't Expect This Level of Detail”
What do you like best about Claap?

I uploaded a recorded meeting to Claap expecting basic transcription, but what I got was far beyond that. Easy to use the UI, Performance is beyond expectations. The AI broke down the conversation in a way that felt like having a second brain review the entire meeting for me. It pulled out key insights, action items, and highlights I would have easily missed on my own. The depth of analysis saved me significant time that I would have otherwise spent rewatching and manually taking notes. If you deal with a lot of meetings and want to actually make use of them, Claap is genuinely worth trying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Feature-Rich and Reliable: Great Navigation, Templates, and Integration”
What do you like best about Mural?

Mural has great features that work well, such as navigation, post-its, areas, icons, Jira integration, and templates. Also I got support when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mural?

Mural still has several gaps, but it does seem dedicated to improving. The positioning and alignment reference lines have improved a lot, but it’s still lacking when it comes to placing items within areas, or when you have areas inside other areas. On a lower-capacity computer, Mural also tends to take a long time to load. I still don’t see much AI in Mural, and I think this is another area where it could improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mural helps me consolidate ideas into a solution, since I can brainstorm and turn it to a clear workflow. Not really sure how measurable this is, but would say it makes online sketching possible, and compared to only text notes or paper, it's 100% better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aha!?

The 'Get help from an expert' responds 100% of the time in 2hrs or less. The responses provide detailed solutions, walkthroughs and or workarounds. If more context is needed - responses provide specific details that will assist them in helping you with your issue. They have been absolutely amazing and incredibly patient! What do you dislike about Aha!?

There is no way to view your portal configurations as a portal user when you are an admin. “Transparent Continuous Improvement from Ideation to Actualization”
What do you like best about Ideawake?

Ideawake makes our efforts directed at continuous improvement transparent from ideation to actualization. Everyone in the organization can contribute, and it leaves little room for doubt and speculation about where an initiative is in the actualization pipeline or who owns it at any given stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideawake?

As with any new tool, it takes some time to learn how to leverage it for maximum impact. But I have not been disappointed by its capabilities yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ideawake solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we ran our annual campaign to solicit big ideas for our organization, we would get many submissions that were identical (or nearly identical). No one could respond to submissions to get clarity or offer ideas for refinement. The process was basically over when a contributor pressed "submit". Ideawake is not just about gathering ideas but about starting a conversation at all levels of the organization. A process that had become stale and boring has been reinvigorated by the Ideawake platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless 1:1 Prep with Real-Time Updates and Slack Praise Visibility”
What do you like best about Leapsome?

It has been really helpful to be able to prepare my 1:1 annotations at any time, allowing me to track my progress effortlessly throughout the week.

The praise system gives everyone a sense of accomplishment and provides a rewarding feeling that makes the overall environment feel more human.

My team uses the peer review feature every quarter, and it consistently helps us identify areas for improvement among our colleagues.

What I really love is how quickly everything saves, and how my peers can see the changes I make in documents in real time.

Our company has also configured praise messages to be sent automatically to a Slack channel, giving us full visibility without needing to open the Leapsome dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

I’d really like an option to remove old items from meetings that didn’t happen. If, for any reason, I’m not able to have a 1:1 meeting, all the items still show up when I take the next one, which is helpful. However, it would be really nice to have a way to clear them all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for surveys of any sort, 1:1 meeting tracking, peer reviews, and performance reviews.

I don't even remember the name of the previous tool that we were using but Leapsome definitely proved its worth, and we haven't even considered other options since then. It feels really smooth to open the dashboard and work with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Meeting Insights: Recordings, Transcripts, and Highlights That Boost Productivity”
What do you like best about tl;dv?

What I like best about tl;dv is how effortlessly it captures and organizes meeting insights without interrupting the flow of conversation. As someone working in a fast-paced environment at Vocast, it’s incredibly valuable to be able to revisit key moments, decisions, and action points without relying on manual notes.

The automatic recordings, transcripts, and highlights make it easy to stay aligned across teams and ensure nothing gets lost after calls. I especially appreciate how simple it is to share specific snippets with colleagues—this saves time and improves collaboration.

Overall, tl;dv helps me be more present in meetings while still keeping everything documented and accessible afterward. It’s a real productivity booster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

One downside of tl;dv is that the transcripts can occasionally need a bit of manual cleanup, especially when there are multiple speakers or background noise. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does mean you sometimes need to double-check important details.

Additionally, while the core features are very strong, I’d love to see even deeper integrations with tools we use daily, like CRM systems, to make workflows even more seamless.

That said, these are relatively minor points, and the overall value tl;dv provides far outweighs them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is tl;dv solving and how is that benefiting you?

tl;dv solves the problem of lost or incomplete meeting insights, which is especially critical in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Before using it, important details, decisions, and follow-ups could easily be missed or rely too heavily on manual note-taking.

Now, every meeting is automatically recorded, transcribed, and organized, which ensures full visibility and accountability across the team. It makes it much easier to revisit conversations, extract key takeaways, and share insights with colleagues who weren’t present.

For me personally, it means I can focus fully on the conversation instead of taking notes, while still having a reliable source of truth afterward. It ultimately saves time, improves collaboration, and helps us make better, faster decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like how Convene keeps all meetings information organizes and the meeting page clearly shows the schedule, type, and agenda within the convene software. It also includes useful options such as scheduling the next meetings, drafting minutes, and exporting or sending meeting details, which makes managing meetings much easier without having to use multiple tools. Conevene registration process is easy and it offers subscription plans with great value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Convene?

Convene works well overall, but some things like time zone or venue details still need to be entered manully. It would be better if a few of these fields were more automated or if the tool offered smarter when settings up meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Convene solving and how is that benefiting you?

Convene helps our compnay coordinate and manage meeting related tasks in a more efficient, professional way, all within the Convene platform. What do you like best about Decisions AI?

I use Decisions AI to create meeting minutes and recaps. I really like its accurate note-taking and how the output is formatted appropriately for this job. I can focus on participating in discussions during meetings while Decisions AI takes notes for me. The format of the outputs is usable and just how I want it to be. The initial setup was very easy. I would highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

I think the accuracy can be improved by learning from my style, which it should learn when I edit its initial outputs i.e. minutes of meeting and meeting recap. When used in in-person meetings, it should be able to distinguish different speakers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Decisions AI to create meeting minutes and recap. It solves the arduous task of creating minutes, allowing me to focus on discussions while it takes notes. The output is accurate and formatted appropriately for the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Efficient, Feature-Rich with Minor Hurdles”
What do you like best about Diligent Boards?

I find that board material preparation is easy and quick with Diligent Boards. The reports generated from completed questionnaires are really useful. I appreciate the multiple capabilities Diligent Boards offers to assist with all aspects of board meetings and materials. I like the simplicity of revising questionnaires and generating various reports for data on the results. It’s helpful that all director questionnaire responses can be compiled into one document for easy reference. The calendar feature is a great central location for multiple people to view and make changes. I also enjoy the reference center, which stores governance documents and other reference materials, making access easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?

When I upload a document to a meeting in the portal, I just want it to upload when I drag and drop, I don't want to hit a 'confirm' button. Too much clicking like this is a time-waster and seems like it could be removed. Also, the electronic signature upload shouldn’t have such extremely specific size requirements. This takes extra time and hassle to prep the signature to the requirements. It would be helpful if the system would automatically reformat an as-is uploaded signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diligent Boards solving and how is that benefiting you?

Diligent Boards makes board material prep easy and quick and offers useful reports from completed questionnaires. It centralizes calendar access for multiple people and stores governance documents for easy access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Creating One Project Pipeline to Rule Them All”
What do you like best about HYPE Innovation?

The Platform we created with HYPE Innovation is going to allow us to absorb all of the ideas our company generates in a way that we couldn't do before. It is becoming the singular portal for all of our CI Opportunities that are being identified every day. This is a first for us and seeing it in action has been overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HYPE Innovation?

There are a lot of technical requirements that need to be used to set everything up (if you want to administer things yourself after initial setup & Config). There were some features that required tweaking and manipulation that we couldn't test or modify on our own. The HYPE team was always receptive and willing to at least try making changes we requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HYPE Innovation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to having an idea platform, each "function" had their own list of actions, projects, and priorities. “By far the best way to collect feedback and feature requests from customer”
What do you like best about Canny?

I like that I can easily communicate with my customers if a feature request is possible or not, and it notifies everyone who upvoted the post. I also love how I can easily merge feature requests that are similar, so all upvotes count under a single feature request. This tool helps us prioritize what we want to do next! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canny?

We get a ton of feature requests, and it can be a bit overwhelming for our small team to manage all the feedback. But at least we have a public place where customers can share their opinions and suggestions, so their ideas don't get lost in an email thread where we just thank them for their feedback and say we'll think about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canny solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Engagement Insights and Google Workspace Integration Make Meetings Run Smoothly”
What do you like best about Boardable?

Things that I like about Boardable is with the engagement insights that is useful for me as administrator, I can see every board members activity like if they have opened the meeting packet or opening password protected document before the meeting start. It is good because we can notify them to do it and reduce the time wasting during the session. Integration with Google Workspace is a huge plus, making it easy to connect with the sync calendar and to access files directly form the shared drives. The implementation is much easy than I expected, I am able to setup our first virtual meeting and inviting every board's members just in couple days, all is thanks to simple interface and assistant from customer support that responding to every question about the features thru the call support. We are not using it too heavily right now, 2-3 times a month for regular monthly meeting and some emergency session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

Customization for branding is quite limited for now, only some font changing and logo display is supported, need more option to change color to match-up with our company color theme. It wasn't a pressing matters, but would be nice if it is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Boardable save the issue of sleeping board members that is not contributing to the task and not active on the meetings, every activity is now logged and interaction is analyzed to measure members performance. The audio recording feature and the option to capture videos enhance the experience significantly. Additionally, I find the AI that helps find transcripts to be a valuable tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

After unsubscribing, I immediately couldn't access my recordings, which other note-taking software doesn't do. “Ideation to Implementation - Made Seamless”
What do you like best about InspireIP?

Ease of use, Collaboration - You'd need to try it once to know why these.

These, I felt are the biggest strengths of this platform. The experience feels effortless—everything just works the way you expect. As a user, you don’t have to worry about the small details or complicated steps. The platform takes care of all the background work so you can focus entirely on your idea.

Collaboration is also seamless. It’s easy to share your thoughts, get feedback, and build on ideas together with others. The tools provided make it simple for everyone to contribute and stay involved.

I remember hearing the phrase, “An idea can change your life,” in an advertisement. After using this platform for a few years, I believe it even more. I would say, “An idea can change your life—and the lives of others—so just focus on your idea, and let the platform handle the rest.” This platform truly lets you bring your ideas to life, without distractions.

Anyone looking to innovate should try it once—you’ll see the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

One thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the interface feels a bit heavy and can lag or get stuck. It’s not a major issue, but it does interrupt the flow sometimes. This is something I dislike a little and hope can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InspireIP solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform solves the problem of managing and developing ideas in a collaborative environment.

It removes the distractions of complex processes and lets people focus fully on the ideas and not how to bring it front of the executive management. By making it easy to share, discuss, and improve ideas with others, it encourages more creativity and teamwork.

Overall, it helps bring ideas to life more smoothly, benefiting both me and my team and the whole organisation - "An idea can change life of everyone in an organisation". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The workflows feel structured (goals → check-ins/reviews → feedback), which helps keep performance conversations consistent and reduces back‑and‑forth in emails. It also makes it easier to stay organized during review cycles because everything is documented and easy to find later.

What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

A few areas could be improved. Some screens require extra clicks to get to details, and filtering/searching could be more powerful (for example, quickly finding goals by time period, status, or category). Notifications can also be a bit too frequent during busy review periods, and I’d like more flexibility to customize what I receive. Reporting/exports could be more user-friendly with more ready-made dashboards for managers and employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

PerformYard solves the problem of tracking performance goals, feedback, and review progress across a team in one place instead of scattered emails, spreadsheets, or documents. It benefits me by making my manager’s expectations and goals clearly visible, keeping all feedback and review history organized, and reducing back-and-forth during review cycles. Overall, it improves transparency, helps me stay aligned with priorities, and makes performance discussions faster and more consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
