That the bot has to join the meeting... I wish it didn't take up a whole persons space when on a group call. It doesn't work very well with the Teams UI/UX. I think this could be improved, but it isn't a huge issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This solves me missing anything in a meeting, or writing bad notes. It prevents me from not listening to what people are saying when i would normally jot down a note. Claap helps solve the problem of scattered communication and information sharing by bringing collaboration, video communication, and knowledge sharing into a single platform. From my initial experience, it appears to reduce the need to switch between multiple tools when sharing updates or documenting information.

Mural still has several gaps, but it does seem dedicated to improving. The positioning and alignment reference lines have improved a lot, but it’s still lacking when it comes to placing items within areas, or when you have areas inside other areas. On a lower-capacity computer, Mural also tends to take a long time to load. I still don’t see much AI in Mural, and I think this is another area where it could improve. Preparing for Convene meetings used to mean a lot of maual coordination and hands on document handling. Now everything we need is centralized and agendas, board packs and even voting records. When I upload a document to a meeting in the portal, I just want it to upload when I drag and drop, I don't want to hit a 'confirm' button. Too much clicking like this is a time-waster and seems like it could be removed. Also, the electronic signature upload shouldn’t have such extremely specific size requirements. This takes extra time and hassle to prep the signature to the requirements. It would be helpful if the system would automatically reformat an as-is uploaded signature. After unsubscribing, I immediately couldn't access my recordings, which other note-taking software doesn't do. Usually, even if you unsubscribe, you're still able to access and check previous recordings. I also do not like the interface for managing recordings.
