Mural still has several gaps, but it does seem dedicated to improving. The positioning and alignment reference lines have improved a lot, but it’s still lacking when it comes to placing items within areas, or when you have areas inside other areas. On a lower-capacity computer, Mural also tends to take a long time to load. I still don’t see much AI in Mural, and I think this is another area where it could improve. There is no way to view your portal configurations as a portal user when you are an admin. I sometimes want to make sure I am not over-exposing information and to do so, I had to make a separate gmail account and set it up like our customer users and have to swap between to check my configurations. Aha provides a lot of tools that keep things organized and or grouped together. Additionally, the variety of views available have given us the ability to provide our customers with their preferred view/ alternate views based on how they are utilizing the information published. When we ran our annual campaign to solicit big ideas for our organization, we would get many submissions that were identical (or nearly identical). No one could respond to submissions to get clarity or offer ideas for refinement. The process was basically over when a contributor pressed "submit". Ideawake is not just about gathering ideas but about starting a conversation at all levels of the organization. I’d really like an option to remove old items from meetings that didn’t happen. If, for any reason, I’m not able to have a 1:1 meeting, all the items still show up when I take the next one, which is helpful. One downside of tl;dv is that the transcripts can occasionally need a bit of manual cleanup, especially when there are multiple speakers or background noise. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does mean you sometimes need to double-check important details.

Additionally, while the core features are very strong, I’d love to see even deeper integrations with tools we use daily, like CRM systems, to make workflows even more seamless.

I think the accuracy can be improved by learning from my style, which it should learn when I edit its initial outputs i.e. minutes of meeting and meeting recap. When used in in-person meetings, it should be able to distinguish different speakers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I upload a document to a meeting in the portal, I just want it to upload when I drag and drop, I don't want to hit a 'confirm' button. Too much clicking like this is a time-waster and seems like it could be removed. Also, the electronic signature upload shouldn’t have such extremely specific size requirements. This takes extra time and hassle to prep the signature to the requirements. It would be helpful if the system would automatically reformat an as-is uploaded signature. There are a lot of technical requirements that need to be used to set everything up (if you want to administer things yourself after initial setup & Config). There were some features that required tweaking and manipulation that we couldn't test or modify on our own. Prior to having an idea platform, each "function" had their own list of actions, projects, and priorities. Nobody knew what was going on in different functions, similar projects were being worked on simultaneously, and people had nowhere to make suggestions. We get a ton of feature requests, and it can be a bit overwhelming for our small team to manage all the feedback. After unsubscribing, I immediately couldn't access my recordings, which other note-taking software doesn't do. Usually, even if you unsubscribe, you're still able to access and check previous recordings. I also do not like the interface for managing recordings. I am currently researching two tpics: (1) The future of Estate Planning; and (2) The Opportunity and Responsibility for our generation to actively participate in digitization of analog atifacts (which in itself adds eall new value as each is added to the overall wealth of mankind). It is hard to monitor the progress of submissions when skipso prescribes deadlines. I have no way of knowing when they are coming up as regards entries i am to judge and this results in my missing deadlines and working under pressure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A few areas could be improved. Some screens require extra clicks to get to details, and filtering/searching could be more powerful (for example, quickly finding goals by time period, status, or category). Notifications can also be a bit too frequent during busy review periods, and I’d like more flexibility to customize what I receive.
