“Effortless Note-Taking and Powerful AI Search”
What do you like best about Fellow?

I don't have to take notes myself its amazing and I love the searches and how I can ask fellow to search all my meetings and recap things. I freaking love AI. It was super easy to get started, customer support is always helpful not that I've needed it much. I use it every day. It integrates with google meets and I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

Nothing I can think of. How could there be anything bad about having someone take notes for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fellow addresses the issue of scattered, manual meeting notes and forgotten follow-ups. I no longer need to take notes myself, which allows me to remain fully present and engaged in meetings rather than trying to multitask.

The AI-generated summaries are impressively accurate, and being able to search through all my meetings or ask Fellow to recap previous discussions saves me a great deal of time. It has become my go-to source for referencing decisions, action items, or important context from earlier conversations.

Getting started was very straightforward, and the Google Meets integration functions smoothly. I use Fellow daily, and on the rare occasions I’ve needed assistance, customer service has been both responsive and helpful.

Overall, Fellow lightens my mental workload, helps me follow through on tasks, and makes meetings much more productive. It’s easily one of the most valuable AI tools in my everyday routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Big time-saver for remote teams with accurate AI”
What do you like best about Claap?

I've been using Claap pretty much every week for the past several months mostly for recording team meetings, quick screen shares for async updates, and those AI summaries that pull out the key stuff.

Honestly, the best part for me is how fast it turns a rambling 45-minute call into something actually useful. The AI does a solid job spotting action items, decisions, and main takeaways most of the time, and it's saved me (and the team) hours of going back through recordings or trying to remember who said what.

I also really appreciate the async side of it. I can just drop a link in Slack, and people jump right to the parts they care about, add comments on the timeline, or even reply with their own quick video. It's way less disruptive than pulling everyone into yet another live meeting. Plus, for things like demoing a new feature or giving feedback on a design, I just record my screen and face no need to book time on calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

It's not perfect, though. Transcription can get messy if someone's got a strong accent or if a few people talk over each other like in our brainstorming sessions, it sometimes misses words or mixes up speakers.

The AI summaries are usually spot-on, but every now and then they'll lump unrelated points together or skip over some subtle context that mattered in the discussion.

The interface is straightforward overall, but digging up older claaps or switching between different team channels/workspaces can feel a little clunky with extra clicks. Exporting isn't super flexible either I'd love easier one-click options to push summaries straight into Notion or Google Docs.

And on mobile, it's okay for quick playback, but commenting or navigating feels laggy compared to the desktop app. Definitely room for improvement there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Claap solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're a remote-ish team spread across time zones, so Claap has helped cut down on all those "quick sync" meetings that end up dragging on. Now, for status updates or non-urgent discussions, someone records an async video, the AI pulls out a summary, and everyone catches up on their own time usually in under 10 minutes with timestamps and threaded comments to chime in.

It also keeps everything in one spot: the full recording, transcript, summary, and actions all searchable. No more hunting through emails or scattered Slack threads for "what did we decide last week?" It's made onboarding new folks easier too they can binge-watch past claaps to get up to speed without bugging the team.

Overall, it's reduced our meeting load quite a bit (I'd guess 20-30% less time in calls), lowered that constant meeting burnout, and made async feedback loops faster especially for product reviews or process docs where a quick screen recording says way more than a long written message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful, Versatile Tool with Stellar Support—Steep Learning Curve but Worth the Effort”
What do you like best about Aha!?

Jack’s presentation was outstanding — easily one of the best product demos I’ve ever seen. It immediately made me want to start working with the software. Aha! Roadmaps is highly versatile, offering a broad range of features. The structured approach helps deliver organized, professional results, which I find extremely valuable.

Our main contact person was always quick to respond, and the documentation is excellent. Implementing the software isn’t trivial, especially when setting up integrations, but everything is clearly described — as long as you take the time to read it thoroughly. The overall organization of the platform is impressive.

I also really appreciate the webinars and the Customer Success Team that supports users during implementation. This service is included with an annual plan, which is a great benefit and a reason why we directly booked the yearly package. The software helps companies reach a more professional level, but it also requires adapting to new workflows and organizational methods. Having experienced people guide you through that process makes a big difference — and Aha! does this well.

In terms of integrations, we’ve successfully connected Aha! Roadmaps with Microsoft Azure DevOps, which worked smoothly. We also use Microsoft Teams and plan to add Salesforce in the future. The flexibility is excellent; almost everything can be configured to fit specific needs. I’m still in the early stages of exploring all the capabilities, but it’s clear that the potential is significant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aha!?

The software can feel overwhelming at first. There are so many features that it takes time to get familiar with everything. In the menu navigation, I often find myself clicking back and forth trying to locate what I need. This might be due to Aha!’s terminology being different from ours, or because I’m still adjusting to its workflows. I often end up misclicking simply because I’m searching for something in the wrong place.

The integration setup — for example with Microsoft Azure DevOps — is well-documented but very detailed. There are many manual steps, and if you miss even a single line in the instructions, the setup won’t work. You have to be extremely careful and follow every step precisely, which can be time-consuming.

I would also like to complete the Aha! Roadmaps certification, but the price is quite steep — around $2,300 as of October 2025. That’s too high for a software training program, even one that includes certification. I can already see the challenge ahead of me in asking my boss for this amount of money.

It would also be nice if more best practices or implementation guidance from the Customer Success Team were built directly into the software itself. Some in-app guidance or interactive onboarding would make the learning curve easier. But overall, this is a minor issue — the support team does a great job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Professional Meeting Management for International Teams”
What do you like best about tl;dv?

What I like most about tl;dv is how easy it is to use and how seamlessly it integrates into my workflow. I rely on it in almost every meeting because the recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries are incredibly accurate and save me a lot of time. I was recommended to use tl;dv due to my limitations with English, and it has truly made a difference—receiving the notes in Spanish and also being able to access them in English helps me follow international meetings without missing any key points.

Even though I haven’t needed direct customer support, I appreciate that the platform consistently sends clear and helpful information. The implementation was effortless, and the range of features—especially in the paid version—has significantly improved the quality of my reports. Overall, it’s a tool that delivers exactly what it promises and adds real value to my daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

I don’t have any negative experiences so far. Everything has worked smoothly for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is tl;dv solving and how is that benefiting you?

tl;dv solves the challenge of keeping track of fast-paced international meetings, especially when English is not my first language. “By far the best way to collect feedback and feature requests from customer”
What do you like best about Canny?

I like that I can easily communicate with my customers if a feature request is possible or not, and it notifies everyone who upvoted the post. I also love how I can easily merge feature requests that are similar, so all upvotes count under a single feature request. This tool helps us prioritize what we want to do next! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canny?

We get a ton of feature requests, and it can be a bit overwhelming for our small team to manage all the feedback. But at least we have a public place where customers can share their opinions and suggestions, so their ideas don't get lost in an email thread where we just thank them for their feedback and say we'll think about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canny solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us gather all the feedback we get into one public "forum" where customers can interact with each other. It kind of creates a sense of community too, especially when customers find workarounds for their feature requests together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is becoming the singular portal for all of our CI Opportunities that are being identified every day. This is a first for us and seeing it in action has been overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HYPE Innovation?

There are a lot of technical requirements that need to be used to set everything up (if you want to administer things yourself after initial setup & Config). There were some features that required tweaking and manipulation that we couldn't test or modify on our own. “Eases Employee Reviews with User-Friendly Interface”
What do you like best about Leapsome?

I really enjoyed the UI front of Leapsome. It's super easy to use, modern, and not overbearing. It encourages employees to put in effort and write thoughtful reviews. The built-in AI tool is amazing, prompting employees to give their best feedback without having to write a whole novel. It guides the structure of reviews effectively. Everything being well-managed within the tool makes it easy to use as a manager and a function leader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

The flow of finding the reviews was not as obvious. I think we had a lot of people who didn't know where to find their actual review. I think there's simplicity that could be added to the flow or the summary pages to help people find their reviews, because I thought it was kind of confusing to, like, click a few paces. The other thing is there were two glitches that happened. But outside of that, it was perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leapsome provides a structured and easy-to-manage tool for yearly reviews, encouraging thoughtful feedback across managers, peers, and self-evaluation. It's AI-adaptive, user-friendly, and promotes collaboration, making it efficient as a manager and function leader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bluedot?

Sometimes the meeting transcription needs a bit of editing, especially when multiple people talk at once or have strong accents. “Boardable secures every document, fostering confident board decisions.”
What do you like best about Boardable?

Boardable is truly remarkable at dealing with separate, yet linked governance agencies. Each group within our national board, regional committees and special projects each have their own virtual spaces. The distinctiveness of this reduces the chance of sharing sensitive conversations across groups which might be embarrassing at the same time preserving a complete record of each individual. We are able to easily tell who has seen essential policies and when which is priceless in our compliance structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boardable?

Our multi layered organization turned out to be somewhat tricky to first organize. Management of organizing all our regional chapters and all their sub committees proved to be more front end planning than budgeted. Moreover, it is not as simple as we would like to believe, to be able to pull the consolidated reporting of those individual units to have a comprehensive strategic picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Boardable solving and how is that benefiting you?

The greatest challenge that we experienced was making sure that each member of our local chapters boards was getting and reading important changes in national policies on a regular basis. Prior to Boardable we were only using a hodgepodge of different emails and common drives, which was frequently resulting in missed acknowledgment and compliance lapses on our end. Boardable now offers one thing which can be checked, a single channel of policy dissemination where we are automatically tracking single acknowledgements. This has proved to drastically mitigate our audit risks and has also enhanced the overall organizational governance coherence throughout our distributed network. “Ideation to Implementation - Made Seamless”
What do you like best about InspireIP?

Ease of use, Collaboration - You'd need to try it once to know why these.

These, I felt are the biggest strengths of this platform. The experience feels effortless—everything just works the way you expect. As a user, you don’t have to worry about the small details or complicated steps. The platform takes care of all the background work so you can focus entirely on your idea.

Collaboration is also seamless. It’s easy to share your thoughts, get feedback, and build on ideas together with others. The tools provided make it simple for everyone to contribute and stay involved.

I remember hearing the phrase, “An idea can change your life,” in an advertisement. After using this platform for a few years, I believe it even more. I would say, “An idea can change your life—and the lives of others—so just focus on your idea, and let the platform handle the rest.” This platform truly lets you bring your ideas to life, without distractions.

Anyone looking to innovate should try it once—you’ll see the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

One thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the interface feels a bit heavy and can lag or get stuck. It’s not a major issue, but it does interrupt the flow sometimes. This is something I dislike a little and hope can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InspireIP solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform solves the problem of managing and developing ideas in a collaborative environment.

It removes the distractions of complex processes and lets people focus fully on the ideas and not how to bring it front of the executive management. By making it easy to share, discuss, and improve ideas with others, it encourages more creativity and teamwork.

Overall, it helps bring ideas to life more smoothly, benefiting both me and my team and the whole organisation - "An idea can change life of everyone in an organisation". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Lot's of Features - Great Interface - Good Move”
What do you like best about Strety?

Strety takes EOS to the next level and integrates into Microsoft/Teams/Planner and our PSA for simplifying to dos and projects, follow-ups, etc. I like the clean interface and the different options to login online or directly in our Teams. I was able to get it setup in about an hour and the Strety team helped migrate our old data over to the new platform. It was super simple and has more features than the old platform we were using. Their team is really responsive on chat and quick to get things done. We absolutely love the confetti and GIFs to close things out, it makes the end of the meeting that much more fun! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Strety?

There are some learning curves for us moving from an old system. We would love to have the to-dos that are completed during the week still show up in our list so we can review before archiving them. There's not a whole lot we don't have the ability to do, or request from support and it shows up down the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Strety solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need a place to track all of our EOS rocks, issues, and to-dos and Strety is the best option of all the platforms we've used to get that done. They've added some nice functionality for individual 1x1 meetings and scorecards can flow up from other meetings to a higher level meeting. These guys know how to make it easy to use and onboard new people without a lot of training required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Features Fall Short Without Support; Pricing Not Small Business Friendly”
What do you like best about MeetGeek?

Does, mostly, what it says it does, records meetings, creates transcripts, and picks out highlights. It's also an EU based company, which is a key decision point for us. Also, has been easy to access customer support quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeetGeek?

We paid up to access features we needed, but they didn't work without speaking with customer service/tech team. (I'm still waiting for a key feature to work correctly after 2 weeks, for example) Plan tiers also don't really help small businesses who can't afford some things, but need the extra help. Wish it was smart enough to use spelling the names of the meeting members in the meeting transcripts too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MeetGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?

ability to time shift with team members. As I am a part time employee, I can't call into some meetings, so I can rewatch or capture the meeting highlights quickly. The highlights generated also helps provide the details quickly to the other team members. I do wish it was a bit more detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
