"Ideation to Implementation - Made Seamless"
What do you like best about InspireIP?

Ease of use, Collaboration - You'd need to try it once to know why these.

These, I felt are the biggest strengths of this platform. The experience feels effortless—everything just works the way you expect. As a user, you don’t have to worry about the small details or complicated steps. The platform takes care of all the background work so you can focus entirely on your idea.

Collaboration is also seamless. It’s easy to share your thoughts, get feedback, and build on ideas together with others. The tools provided make it simple for everyone to contribute and stay involved.

I remember hearing the phrase, “An idea can change your life,” in an advertisement. After using this platform for a few years, I believe it even more. I would say, “An idea can change your life—and the lives of others—so just focus on your idea, and let the platform handle the rest.” This platform truly lets you bring your ideas to life, without distractions.

Anyone looking to innovate should try it once—you’ll see the difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

One thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the interface feels a bit heavy and can lag or get stuck. It’s not a major issue, but it does interrupt the flow sometimes. This is something I dislike a little and hope can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the Best Idea Management Tools for Innovation-Driven Teams"
What do you like best about InspireIP?

InspireIP’s Idea Assist module solves one of the biggest bottlenecks in corporate innovation—fragmented idea capture and low visibility. The tool is intuitive, frictionless, and requires no training. We’ve used it to run structured innovation challenges and open brainstorming campaigns, and it works equally well in both scenarios. What stands out is the Inventor Assistant, an AI co-pilot that helps frame raw thoughts into structured ideas without replacing human creativity.

Collaboration is tight-discussion threads, feedback loops, tagging stakeholders—all built in. Also, the integrations with Slack, Teams, and Jira are non-intrusive and help ideas flow naturally from where work happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

Analytics could be deeper. While basic KPIs and bottleneck detection are there, we’d like more granular filters (e.g., by team, challenge, innovation goal) and customizable dashboards. Also, it would be great to have sentiment analysis or clustering features in the idea pool to surface patterns early. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Seamless IP & Idea Management Tool"
What do you like best about InspireIP?

InspireIP eliminates the friction from early-stage innovation. The platform makes it easy to capture ideas on the fly, collaborate with team members, and move seamlessly from brainstorming to disclosure—all in one place. The built-in Inventor Assistant is a standout, helping frame raw ideas into structured innovation narratives without taking over the creative process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

The dashboard could use more real-time visual analytics. While the reporting is functional, power users may want deeper insights into submission trends or engagement patterns over time. Also, while integrations are strong (Slack, MS Teams, Jira, etc.), the UI around them could be more intuitive for first-time admins configuring them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Organize and empower your ideas"
What do you like best about InspireIP?

It lets me organize all my ideas at one place and saves the hassle of moving an idea up the chain by streamlining the process of taking an innovation from concept to a filed application.

Good thing is that the customer support is very responsive for all the queries.

The flow is very intuitive and easy to grasp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

Didn't came across a major thing yet but occasionally few of the reporting features feel limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies ideation and collaboration"
What do you like best about InspireIP?

The intuitiveness and simplicity of InspireIP are impressive.

From an impact perspective, it strikes a great balance- giving visibility to early-stage ideas without overwhelming users. This encourages people to share their innovative thoughts more freely, without second-guessing themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

There's nothing I dislike at the moment. However, it would be helpful to have a clearer overview of where I am in the overall process. I understand the timeline feature provides visibility at the event level, but a high-level view like an eagle-eye perspective would also be valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally, a tool that makes capturing ideas actually easy"
What do you like best about InspireIP?

What I love most is that it’s ridiculously easy to use. No training sessions, no “please read this 50‑page manual,” no clicking through five menus to find the thing you want. The first time I opened it, I literally just started typing my idea and it was saved. That’s it.

It’s also perfect for those random moments when inspiration strikes. I’ve had ideas pop into my head while on a Teams call, and thanks to the integration, I can drop it straight into InspireIP without losing the thought. That’s a big win for me, because I’m guilty of writing ideas on sticky notes that never see the light of day.

The collaboration side is great too — you can see what others are working on, leave comments, refine concepts together, and even track whether management has reviewed your idea. It feels like the whole team is part of the creative process instead of just “R&D folks” or “the innovation committee.”

Also, their support team is quick. I’ve had one or two small hiccups, and they were resolved in hours, not weeks. They also keep adding genuinely useful features — the AI assistant for checking novelty was a nice surprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

Nothing major, honestly. The main things are:

Sometimes I have to log in again more often than I’d like (session timeout).

When there’s a lot of data, the dashboard can take a second or two to load.

None of these are deal‑breakers — just small things that could make it even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Idea Capture and Innovation Management for IP Teams"
What do you like best about InspireIP?

Idea Assist makes it incredibly easy to capture, develop, and manage ideas from across the company. The platform’s intuitive interface encourages team members to submit invention disclosures and collaborate in real-time, which means fewer great ideas get lost. Built-in AI brainstorming tools help refine concepts and identify new innovation opportunities. Seamless integration with tools like Slack, Teams, and Google Drive keeps the workflow smooth and saves significant time. Security and confidentiality are first-class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

Some analytics and dashboard customization options are still evolving, especially for larger organizations needing more granular reporting. Occasionally, onboarding non-technical users takes a little extra encouragement, though the interface is easy once they get started. Would love to see even deeper integrations with more R&D tools over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best tool for idea management"
What do you like best about InspireIP?

I like how easy InspireIP is to use without requiring any kind of training. We ran an innovation challenge and captured over 300 employee ideas.

In the past, we used email threads or suggestion boxes to gather suggestions. Getting people to share ideas, tracking them, and managing their progress was a headache.

Now, every day dozens of ideas get submitted over InspireIP and because it is very intuitive, the ideas seem very easy to manage.

This has improved our overall collaboration among employees. as they feel valued and can see how their ideas are handled carefully, and are a part of the innovation pipeline of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

I hope more new features will be added soon to the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Making Ideas Happen with InspireIP!"
What do you like best about InspireIP?

To me InspireIP is used for the idea management. We all have ideas but we resist ourselves to share our ideas due to personal ot private reasons. One doen't want to disclose a bad idea with a fear of eveluated by others. So Inspire is like a feater in a hat, for those kind of people. Its ease of interface needs no demo session at all. To me its a ready to use tool. For interovert person its like a room to talk with themselves. The idea of sharing the idea is great initiative! more than the tool, I just loved the idea behind the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InspireIP?

As things are getting updated, there could be some voice support for the new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
