Everyone knows what we're focused on and why, progress made, issues to address, who is responsible for what, and it has helped keep us connected. **What do you dislike about Strety?** We're still getting used to the multiple ways to link objects to objects, eg To-Dos to Rocks and Issues. The system is very interactive and flexible, we just need a clear way to manage it. **What problems is Strety solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped run a very efficient L10, it's reduced the amount of back and forth regarding projects & updates, and is holding leadership & team members accountable. It’s helped us structure our meetings more effectively, stay focused on the most important topics, and have more meaningful, productive discussions. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and adding new team members is very straightforward. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. **What do you dislike about Strety?** So far, there’s very little I dislike about Strety. Like any new system, it takes a bit of time to get everything set up exactly the way you want, but the platform is intuitive, and the excellent customer support makes the whole process very easy. **What problems is Strety solving and how is that benefiting you?** L10 structure keeps meetings on a consistent agenda and pushes the team towards solving issues and agreeing actions. Issues are captured and worked through using the EOS IDS approach rather than repeatedly discussing symptoms. I like how we can make tasks right there as we talk about an issue and those tasks get automatically pulled into Asana. I can drop my ideas, issues, questions, into the next meeting agenda as they come up throughout the week. **What do you dislike about Strety?** When someone drops an issue, they become the "owner" of the issue even if they didn't write it. Same kind of thing when two different issues get merged. The historical data is always there but it's not helpful when you just see the name of the issue and the owner when you look back at your meeting notes. It is misleading at first glance. The description can be changed by anyone as well, with no log of changes, which is also an issue for data integrity. **What problems is Strety solving and how is that benefiting you?** Strety helps us run guided meetings, follow the agenda, and stay on track. I was able to get it setup in about an hour and the Strety team helped migrate our old data over to the new platform. It was super simple and has more features than the old platform we were using. Their team is really responsive on chat and quick to get things done. We absolutely love the confetti and GIFs to close things out, it makes the end of the meeting that much more fun! **What do you dislike about Strety?** There are some learning curves for us moving from an old system. We would love to have the to-dos that are completed during the week still show up in our list so we can review before archiving them. There's not a whole lot we don't have the ability to do, or request from support and it shows up down the road. **What problems is Strety solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need a place to track all of our EOS rocks, issues, and to-dos and Strety is the best option of all the platforms we've used to get that done.
