It has simplified how we run our meetings. As an office manager, Monday briefings are a breeze because it is easy to set up agendas, share documents, and keep everything organized in one place. convene is very easy to use, with a lot of features for managing board meetings, the application supports virtual meetings, secured documents access and distribution, single sign-on feature, WhatsApp integration, 2FA, which make it very secure

The app is cross platforms having versions for windows, mac, android and iOS, so what ever device you use, you will not find difficulties

There is a learning curve, but once you master it, you will find it easy to manage, use and maintain.

Convene’s new real-time collaboration is like wielding a Jedi lightsaber, syncing everyone’s notes and pointers in a flash. The Workspaces feature organizes docs so smoothly, it’s like Marie Kondo tidied my digital desk. Plus, the beefed-up Microsoft Teams integration makes meetings flow like a Netflix binge session.
