What do you like best about Calendly?

It a very simple to use piece of software. One of the easiest to set up and run for basic calendaring and booking. Integrates with your standard calendars and video conferencing like outlook/google/exchange/zoom/teams/webex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calendly?

We don't love that we cannot double book appointments. I know they have group appointments and team scheduling but we wanted round robin staff members to look at each of their appointments and decide whether they want to double book that spot so they'd have two appointments at the same time. Many companies do this as a way to deal with rising no-show rates. We send a confirmation text for each appointment and if the lead doesn't respond then we double book the spot. In order to do this, we had to move to a different solution because it just couldn't work in Calendly. As a result we now use both Calendly and Oncehub. We also wish it integrated with our CRM (keap), though we work around it using Zapier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Calendly solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Qualified?

We just launched Qualified today, so this review is primarily from an implementation and onboarding perspective.

Overall, the implementation process was very smooth. A big part of the successful rollout was the support from our Success Architect, Nick Kerlin. Nick was extremely responsive throughout the implementation process and provided clear guidance on configuration, best practices, and how to structure conversation flows. Having someone who understands both the technical setup and the go-to-market strategy behind conversational marketing made the process much easier for our team. What do you dislike about Qualified?

Since Qualified is a powerful platform with a lot of flexibility, there is naturally a bit of a learning curve when first getting familiar with the interface, conversation flows, and routing logic. That’s not unique to Qualified - it's typical with any sophisticated tool that integrates deeply with systems like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

That said, the onboarding support from Nick made the process much easier. Nick walked us through the setup step by step, shared best practices, and helped simplify what could have otherwise been a very technical implementation. What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our aim with Qualified is to better engage high-intent website visitors, improve the overall user experience on our website, and increase conversions while improving speed-to-lead for prospects exploring our solutions. By handling initial engagement, answering common questions, and qualifying visitors automatically, Qualified will help guide visitors to what they’re looking for - whether that’s customer support, product information, or booking a meeting with our team.

We also see it as a way to educate users as they navigate our website and ensure they can quickly find the right path without friction. At the same time, it will help our SDR team operate more efficiently by automating the initial qualification process and routing conversations appropriately, allowing SDRs to spend more time on higher-value conversations with prospects who are already engaged and showing intent. What do you like best about GReminders?

The AI Note Taker and the pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. These features save us a lot of time each day, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate them in advance has improved consistency and reduced the need for manual follow-up.

This isn’t really a dislike, but I’d like to see more file-sharing programs integrated. Right now, Dropbox is the only option available for clients to upload documents prior to a meeting. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve had a great experience using GReminders as part of our workflow every day. The AI Note Taker and pre-meeting brief summary generator have been especially valuable. Both features save us a lot of time, help us stay organized, and make meeting preparation much more efficient.

The appointment reminders and scheduling tools have also been extremely helpful. Being able to automate these ahead of time has improved consistency and reduced manual follow-up.

One thing I’m especially looking forward to is even deeper integration with Redtail CRM, which will make the workflow even more seamless for our team.

What do you like best about Novi AMS?

Novi is more than just software; it is a community of associations who are all welcoming, collaborative, and willing to share their insights. What has stood out to us since the beginning, including during onboarding (2019), is the level of customer support they provide and how responsive and supportive the team is. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been quick to jump in and make sure things get resolved. I also really appreciate the community of other associations using Novi; it’s welcoming, collaborative, and a great place to learn from peers.

The software itself is reliable, with strong features and robust reporting that make our work easier. We can configure a multitude of features to fit the specific needs of our association, rather than feeling boxed into a one-size-fits-all model. All features and updates are included in the price with no upselling or "nickel and dime"-ing. It’s very clear that Novi listens: our feedback actually shows up in product updates, which come regularly and make a real difference in how we use the system and can serve our members.

We've easily integrated with multiple other vendors for a robust connection of data and varying levels of member access to a variety of resources.

Their pricing is transparent and worth every penny (and then some). It was a noticeable increase in cost from our previous AMS, but Novi is an absolute game changer. It changed the course of my own career; I used to spend a good amount of time manually entering accounting transactions into QBO, but since implementing Novi I've had the opportunity to focus on strategic initiatives vs. administrative support.

Novi is critical to our Association's success. Most staff are in it every day, and it successfully serves as our 'source of truth' for all operations. I cannot imagine using another AMS again, and I don't anticipate we'll ever need to! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Novi AMS?

There is nothing I truly dislike about Novi. I would say a challenge of ours that has to do with our own capacity, is staying abreast of the features from releases. I've never opened Novi and felt 'lost,' but there have been times when we've realized that a feature that has already been released could improve our own workflow. Novi publishes easy-to-read release notes, hosts webinars on big releases, has a plethora of helpful support articles, and is incredibly easy to get ahold of for questions. What problems is Novi AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Novi has streamlined so many processes for us. The integration with QBO reduces administrative burden, the committee management helps us keep track of volunteers and their meeting attendance (automatically!), collects NPS scores, helps us identify which of our members may be at risk for non-renewal, offers pre-built and custom reports to create any report you could possibly need, and serves as an integral part of our business operations. What do you like best about Waitwhile?

I use Waitwhile because it's incredibly easy to enter the customer information into, and the edit feature comes in handy when adding new order numbers to an existing wait. It really helps since our customers often place more than one order by purchasing in different departments of our store. Adding additional order numbers alerts our staff to gather all orders for the customer before telling them to come to the collection point. I'm not sure if the staff who prepare orders get notified when we edit their Waitwhile system, or if when they go to submit a prepared order as ready to collect they see the edits and need to begin gathering at that time which could delay the customers collection of their multiple orders. What problems is ReadyMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pixl8 has solved so many pain points for us. Here are a few of the most noteworthy problems they’ve helped us address.

Our student membership application process used to be completely manual. Roughly 600 applicants would complete a form, and a staff member had to enter each one into our AMS by hand every year, since we couldn’t previously run them through a renewal process. Now it’s all handled seamlessly through ReadyMembership.

We also used to have a take-home exam that relied on a downloadable PDF. Applicants had to print about 20 pages, handwrite their answers, scan everything, and then submit it for approval. Thanks to the Pixl8 team, our exam has now been digitized — they were able to figure out a way to make it happen!

Finally, our certification application process used to be extremely time-consuming. It involved downloading and manually completing PDF affidavits, waiting for sponsors to download the PDFs and write comments, and tracking where applicants were in the process through spreadsheets. Now the entire workflow has been converted into a 100% digital application and approval process, which has cut down a significant amount of staff time and our applicants can now obtain their certifications in a timelier manner. What I like most about Cal.com is how it combines simplicity for the user with flexibility. Cal.com allows you to define different event types, set durations, add buffer time, and many more things. I’m running into a few limitations: I can’t set global limits across booking types, and I can’t create a single booking type with variable session lengths (for example, letting someone book anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours instead of a fixed duration). What do you like best about Dashboard?

In my company we use Dashboard to easily access sellers' profiles since we are an online company that sells used cars therefore we rely heavily on this software. It also easily allows us to see the name and details of the dealer that bought the seller's car, we can see what documents the seller has uploaded so we can know which are missing so we can chase them. What do you like best about Square Point of Sale?

I have journals that I sell during my courses, and Square Point of Sale makes it easy to accept multiple forms of payment. I like that it works on phones and tablets because I carry both with me. It also allows me to set up multiple ways to pay, using both a tablet and a phone, meaning there's no limit to where I can go and use Square, making it simple for people to purchase from me even if they don't have cash. I have found it straightforward to use, but for me the thing that has really sold it is the quality of support the MemberPress folks provide - actual people working with you directly to figure out how to achieve just what the user needs. Honestly, I do not have any complaints. I suppose if I had to say anything in the "dislike" category, it is that there are so many capabilities that it can be a bit overwhelming for the first few hours (although I feel like I was easily up and running before my first day of development was over).
