BambooHR solves the problem of organizational fragmentation by centralizing company structures. For me, the biggest benefit is how easy it is to look up the specific org charts I belong to and immediately connect with direct managers or key leaders. One thing I dislike about Connecteam is that some customization options can feel limited depending on the workflow you are trying to build. As an account manager, Connecteam helps solve a lot of the coordination and communication challenges that come with managing multiple teams, projects, and client-related tasks. It keeps scheduling, task assignments, updates, and team communication in one place, which makes it much easier to stay organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. I don't think there is anything specific that I don't like about Gusto. The features are user friendly. It is easy to track past documents you have been provided or signed. We use to track time on excel sheets that would manually be entered for paying. Costing time and more personnel. Gusto helps us to streamline this. It also helps take care of state specific info since we are a remote global organization. It would be nice if people outside the US that are employees could use it as well. The biggest issue I have found with Paycom is the Time Clock application. While trying to run a Time Clock kiosk on an iPad, it can be difficult to setup based on how Paycom requires a link to authenticate, then the active link changes. With Paycom being a single solution that covers everything from the Candidate Search to the Employee leaving, Paycom helps solve many issues. One thing that has really helped us is that Paycom is an easy and quick way for students to manage their working hours. Allowing the students, and full time staff, the ability to clock in and out from mobile devices as well as a computer really makes sure that we have accurate time management. The platform still falls short in deep German local scenario adaptation. It does not provide preset templates for widely used local collective bargaining agreements, so we have to manually calculate and input industry-specific allowances, shift bonuses and other customized salary supplements, which creates extra workload and potential calculation errors. In addition, setting up advanced configurations such as customized local payroll rules and GDPR-based layered employee data access permissions is quite intricate. HROne perfectly resolves our major challenges in adhering to German employment laws and standardized GDPR employee data governance. It unifies all fragmented HR workflows into one single platform, simplifies complicated local payroll settlement procedures and eases regular compliance audit pressure. Our overall HR operational efficiency has been greatly improved, and all internal personnel management processes stay fully in line with local regulatory requirements. The biggest pain point I’ve experienced is how the platform handles contract updates and the way those changes affect payment cycles. When my contract was updated, I wasn’t given clear guidance on what steps to take to make sure my payment schedule adjusted correctly, and my payments ended up arriving late. The overall process felt confusing, and it wasn’t obvious what I needed to do on my end versus what Deel or my employer would handle automatically. For something as critical as payroll timing, the platform should offer clearer, step-by-step instructions whenever a contract change is made, or at least notify all parties about how the update will impact upcoming payments. Before using Deel, getting paid in foreign currency by U.S.-based employers was a real barrier for me. Receiving international payments involved multiple intermediary steps, and platforms like Wise or Payoneer added friction and uncertainty to each transaction. The biggest impact is that working remotely for U.S. companies has become genuinely viable for me as a contractor based in Colombia. I was disappointed to find that when I went to look art prior month's pay, it still displayed the amount of hours of the current month. That was initially confusing.

As I stated before, what bothers me the most is that i am unable to label each line in some way. I would be delighted if I were able to put two initials to designate with whom I had spent that hour. One thing that could be improved about Justworks is the flexibility of its features. It handles the basics really well, but if you need more advanced tools, like deeper reporting, integrations, or built-in time tracking—you often have to rely on add-ons or external systems. Justworks solves the challenge of managing multiple HR processes—like payroll, onboarding, benefits, and compliance, by bringing everything into one platform. Leapsome helped solve this by maintaining structured records of goals, feedback, and review conversations in one place. For example, during a recent review cycle, I was able to compare current performance discussions with feedback from previous quarters and clearly identify areas where improvement had happened over time.

It also made coordination with managers and team members easier because action items and review discussions stayed documented instead of depending on memory or scattered notes.

The reminders and tracking features helped maintain continuity during busy project periods, especially when multiple tasks and deadlines were running in parallel.

There is very little that I find unhelpful about using Remote since the platform is smooth and easy to use overall. One area that could be improved is the customer support system. Since Remote is used globally, having a 24/7 live chat support option would be more convenient instead of only submitting tickets and waiting for a response. One thing that Remote solves and benefits me with is the process of applying for leave or sick leave. The platform is very easy to use and navigate, making the application process simple and hassle-free. Instead of going through a long or complicated procedure, employees can quickly submit their leave requests with only a few clicks.

Another thing I appreciate is how the request is sent directly in real time to the HR department for approval. This makes the process faster, more efficient, and more convenient for both employees and management. Compt solves many issues, for example often offices prefer to have a shared gym membership for the entire office, while instead Compt saves the company money in comparison while catering the each users personal needs. Whether it is a gym membership, yoga, hair salon fees, vet fees, making it much more diverse and allowing each user to cater to their own needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features like Hiring, analytics, Performance and OKR are somewhat clumsy and difficult to understand. Customer support is also not available 24/7. Updating personal information is also creating disturbance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Asanify solves the problem of managing Salaries of employees, managing attendance, and OKR tracking into a single platform. It simplifies attendance management, improves visibility into leaves and working hours, and provides a structured way to track OKRs and individual goals. This integration reduces manual effort, minimizes errors, and helps align employee performance with organizational objectives.

In our company we use Asanify to mark my daily attendance, to update my profile details, to know my salary details, to download my salary slip, to take leave, to plan my vacation by seeing list of holidays, to regularize my attendance, to see how many hours I worked in a given month, to see performance review and OKR details. We don't have any specific dislikes, but there are a few enhancements we would love to see:

1. Consolidation of Benefits: It would be fantastic if Kota could increase the range of benefits offered. It would be great if we could offer some additional benefits without having to find a different provider, such as cash plan medical, cycle to work, staff discounts, etc.

2. Global Office Management: We have offices in several countries, including Canada, the US, Malaysia, Australia, Mexico, and the UAE. It would be great if we could manage these international offices through Kota as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've integrated the Kota platform with our HR system, making enrolment a breeze. Now, we can easily see who is and isn't enrolled in one place.

Monthly invoicing helps manage our cash flow, and we can download member lists and invoices directly from the portal.

BiznusSoft helped us run payroll much easier. Our employees are keeping time by now easily on mobile. We’re seeing less manual intervention- basically none- because we’re able to use the BiznusSoft system and dashboards and reports for all our needs. Given the amount of employees that we have nationwide, it would've been great if the system was able to recognize the different states that the employees were in and that we would be able to assign managers per employees rather than create locations. We have over 20 locations in our system because we have managers that oversee different timezones, one that has every timezone, so he has multiple locations that he has to view. Because the Gusto integration seem to have issues though, we have to manually set-up accounts which is preferred as previously, it would automatically send invitations to personal emails that were in Gusto even when they haven't fully started. The downside also is that employees aren't able to see their time-off request balance and so they often put in requests when they have 0 hours pending for usage. The issue that we had previously was the fact that Gusto wasn't able to provide us with a timekeeping system that supported overnight shift. Deputy had played a huge part in decreasing the amount of time that is spent calculating the hours that each employee who work overnight has. I also really like how the Meal Break Premium is directly connected to the attestation question. I will say that, I wished that it would also track when the lunch was taken to ensure that even if someone answers 'yes' to the attestation question, it's guaranteed that we're remaining compliant with the state laws when applicable (most importantly CA and NY) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
