**What do you like best about Compt?**

I love the diversity of stipends available , from charitable giving to my cell phone and gym memberships, the reimbursements provide me with something to work towards every other month. I love how easy it is to use and implement, for example all i need to do is provide a vet invoice earn my work anniversary stipend, making it super simple to submit reimbursements claims

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

I have not experienced anything that i particularly dislike about Compt.

**What problems is Compt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compt solves many issues, for example often offices prefer to have a shared gym membership for the entire office, while instead Compt saves the company money in comparison while catering the each users personal needs. Whether it is a gym membership, yoga, hair salon fees, vet fees, making it much more diverse and allowing each user to cater to their own needs.

**What do you like best about Compt?**

My favorite perk is that it is free money. Every quarter I just submit a receipt that I would have probably spent the money on anyways. But, compt takes care of one of these $100ish dollar expenses every quarter.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

I don't really understand why we need to upload receipts. Do you not believe we spend $100 every 3 months? Basically any expense is allowable, so why even have the burdern of uploading? Why not just give us the money directly? I'm not sure I understand the cost and how this makes financial sense, but I trust the company's decision.

**What problems is Compt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem is that everything is expensive. $100 a quarter is not a ton, but, I will take any free money the company sends my way. I certainly am grateful for this perk. It helps me rationalize some elective spending.

I honestly can't find any faults; the process is straightforward and truly impressive.

Compt gives my employer the ability to offer a fantastic benefit, providing me with $100 each quarter as a bonus to spend on something special for myself, my family, or even my pet. I also have the option to use this bonus toward paying my student loans, which is a great added perk.

Compt has changed the game for our team. It has a 95%+ utilization rate. As a remote-first company, we're big believers in the power of choice and meeting your team where they are. Compt does exactly that for us. It's super easy to use. The team loves it and we get to make an impact with our benefits dollars.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

We'd love more of it to be automated when it comes to our integrations, but know that it's on the roadmap. There's still some manual back end work for us on the admin side.

Compt is creating a much more well rounded total rewards philosophy and action plan for us at Sendoso. Rather that worrying if we have the right benefits for a global population, Compt allows our full-time team across the world the power of choice.

The platform is user-friendly, and many employees feel a sense of accomplishment by completing tasks each month rather than simply receiving a monthly allowance. The account manager is highly responsive and helpful—whenever we need to make changes, I reach out to her, and she consistently delivers.

As an employee, there are additional steps required to claim the allowance, which could be streamlined. As an admin, having enhanced reporting features for deeper analysis would be very helpful. Additionally, setting up a dedicated page to view individual spending would be a significant improvement.

Instead of directly providing allowances, we use Compt to require employees to submit their receipts. This approach gives employees a sense of accomplishment, as their efforts are rewarded by earning the allowance.

Compt is a fantastic, customizable solution that allows companies to offer an array of benefits for their workforce. It's easy to use with fantastic customer support, though I can do so much of what I need on my own.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

The only thing I would like to see changed is for their to be a tiered approval process, so that we could assign departmental managers to approve expenses, but then have a final approval be done by the HR team.

We wanted to offer a low-restriction spending account for our employees and Compt's structure allowed us to customize the LSA in the best way for our employee base.

Tim is such a pleasure to work with!  He always goes above and beyond for us whenever we have questions or need additional benchmark reports provided.  The platform has always been intuitive, but has only improved through each iteration.  Our team members love the flexibility the stipend categories provide, and we appreciate that we can create multiple stipends as needed.

Compt only reminds users they have funds remaining once (according to our team's feedback), so we've had rare instances where the funds have expired due to the user forgetting they had to spend before the set expiration date.

Compt streamlined our former employee recognition program so that everything is in one place, easy to use, and lets our employees use 100% of their available funds.

**What do you like best about Compt?**

Ease of administration.  We're able to run a Lifestyle benefit globally in minutes rather than the days it previously worked.  Compt is constantly evolving their features, most in direct response to any friction points experienced by admins or end users.  Customer support is top-notch with any issues (rare) resolved usually in hours. Intergration with our payroll system was simple, and we also use Slack integrations for submission and benefit visibility.

Haven't found anything yet. The system is simple to use and robust for both employees and admins.

**What problems is Compt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing both our Lifestyle benefit, Commuter/Parking benefit, and now Learning/Professional Develpment program.  Adminstration can be measured in minutes rather than days and employees are very pleased with the user experience and flexibility they have with Compt.

Continual feature improvement means user experience isn't always 100%. But they are always trying to improve, so I appreciate that. It's never deterred me from wanting to continue using the platform.

Compt is very easy to use. I like that I can enter items as they occur throughout the quarter, and Compt will keep track of my totals until I'm ready to place my submission. I also like that Compt sends me reminders so that I don't forget to file my reimbursement.

**What do you like best about Compt?**

The best part about Compt is it provides positive working culture by giving satisfaction to individuals with tailoring perks as per individual preferences. This also makes HR role easier regarding task for managing the perks.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

It is bit complex and also difficult to navigate which inturn becomes more time consuming. It is not having good customer support which creates dis satisfaction with product. It is not free and there are alternative economical options available in market.

It's helping a lot in managing perks of individuals. This is creating positive atmosphere among employees and this in turns helping in retention of employees. It also allows the individual to select the perks and allowances as per their interest.

This is a great tool to reimburse . We can select the needed category and upload the receipt and done. This is super easy to use and no brain teaser. It also has the feature where we can directly donate to a charity .

One thing that can be improved can be to send notifications (email , SMS or push ) in any form to let the user know when a new stipend is available .

Compt is making Reimbursement in any form super easy for the employees . We can also donate to our choice of charities . There are so many different categories to choose from while trying to reimburse .

Its very user friendly and is very simplistic.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

The main issue I ran into so far is, when using the same claim for a calendar year you cant go back and chose the date of the recpet if its not in the same quarter. I think there should be some option to ether pick the date of the recpet or if you are doing the same claim again just be able to have an option to choose to use a previous claim so its more accurate for the process.

Easy to set up. Easy to use.  Easy to monitor what is going on.  The employees love that once a quarter they have access to these funds to spend how they like.  We also use it for contest or participation awards.

So simple to submit receipts in perk categories that fit my lifestyle wants and needs. If I want to spend my stipend on diapers for my child, I can! If I want to spend it on health and wellness for myself, I can. The possibilities are seemingly endless.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about Compt. The software is very user-friendly, which is important to me as a working mom. I don't have time to figure out new tools that are supposed to make my life easier.

Instead of submitting generic expense reports, I can organize the money my company gives me and see where I'm spending my stipends. The visual element to the perk categories is really helpful for this!

It's so easy to enter expenses and receipts into Compt. The entire process can be done in less than 2 minutes and that makes a huge difference for our busy team.

It would be helpful if I could get text reminders in addition to email reminders at the end of the month. A Compt app would also be a plus. Neither are deal-breakers, though.

The Compt team is highly responsive and supportive. The Compt team is always available to help answer any questions or solve problems.

I am so glad I came across the Compt platform. Compt has been super straightforward and easy to use. I love all the features and options. It has been a huge moral booster for our company, especially during Covid where we were all new to working from home. We had a lot of in-office perks, so Compt was the perfect service to roll out and the overall company happiness has been up. Our employees love it and have had great reviews of how simple it is for them to submit receipts. I also love working with Joe A. at Compt! He is very helpful and quick to respond and very nice! Everyone on the Compt team is very helpful!

Things have all been good so far so no complaints. We enjoy the service and don't dislike anything at this time.

Starting last year we went from all working in the office to all working completely remote. From that shift we needed some kind of perks system to give our employees and Compt was a great solution. **What do you like best about Compt?**

The user interface on both of the front and back end is super intuitive and easy to use. 

When we decided to implement an employee rewards program, we wanted something that everybody in the company would be able to immediately understand and feel comfortable using. After all, what good is a perks program if it just feels like more work?

On the management side, approving and paying out expense requests is a breeze. Compt integrates with our payroll software (Gusto) so all the information is transferred seamlessly. Adding and removing employees has also been a pleasantly easy process, requiring only a minute or so of time.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. We have no issues in need of resolution. Any time we've run into an issue, Compt's team has been quick to respond and courteous.

**What problems is Compt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compt has been our first attempt at using a 3rd-party employee rewards program and it is leaps and bounds better than the in-house set-up we had previously. We've noticed increased engagement/satisfaction from employees and also have decreased our management time drastically.

**What do you like best about Compt?**

My company is a pretty fast growing start-up and we've started to expand our perks and benefits. We had a lot of input from our teams on what benefits they'd like to see: Covered cell phones, internet, gym reimbursements, pet insurance, travel benefits, etc. The problem with some of these offerings is you can't satisfy everyone. Pet insurance is awesome! Unless you don't have a pet... Subsidized day care is amazing! Unless you don't have kids... 

We ended up signing up with Compt which is a non-vendor based stipend platform and our employees reacted very well to it. There are tons of different options that can fit any company. If you wanted to stick to health, you could select Health & Wellness for gym memberships, or maybe stack Food on there for healthy eating options. If you want to stay techy, you could add Tech for a new monitor or Productivity for noise cancelling headphones. They best part is, most of this is up to the employer as to what they cover. We wanted to give as many options as possible so we opened it up wide for our employees. 

We've had great feedback so far from our employees and it seems to be a way for everyone to get something that's important to them.

**What do you dislike about Compt?**

It's not a dislike, as much as something I wish I understood better. For Cell Phone and Internet as "non-taxable items" , it's only for the employee and only for the amount they use for work purposes. That's not a problem since this is an IRS regulation, but just wish we had a little bit better of an explanation at roll out. Our CSM was quick to put a doc together for our team though to explain everything, so no complaints here.

**What problems is Compt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have many benefits at all. For a start-up that wanted to put a new benefit in place that works for all employees, this was a perfect solution for us. We had people submit for sporting equipment, date night dinners, day car, cell phones, internet, standing desks, gym memberships, pet insurance, professional development, etc.

At some point I'd like to see Compt handle the employee spending. Perhaps they could have bank accounts and credit/debit cards for every one of my employees.

Historically perks are a small set of things that are provided broadly to everyone, and engagement is inconsistent. Compt solved the problem with a fixed budget per person but a totally flexible set of perks they can utilize.

1. I love that we no longer have to use spreadsheets and receive usage information through email and Slack.
2. They are continuing to add new features and the latest one of having different approvers was very welcome!
3. The team is super responsive any time we need assistance.

I wish that our payroll system and Compt would integrate but this is unlikely as we have a smaller payroll company. The upload into payroll is working just fine though.

**Recommendations to others considering Compt:**

I would absolutely recommend getting rid of your spreadsheets and using Compt to manage your perks. It's saved us hours a week!

**What problems is Compt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a system that could help us track usage for several perks we're offering. Using Compt has removed a large amount of the administrative hassle in managing perks. Without the time cost of manually tracking we've actually even expanded benefits for the team. 

We're also no longer manually grossing up some of the perks we pay the taxes on for the team. That was a real time sink for us and we're happy to have a solution in place that enables us to easily be as generous as we'd like to be.

Enrollment is fast, setting up perks is fast, managing reimbursements is fast. It's just FAST. I spend minutes per week on this...minutes!

It would be nice if you could get a little more granular. You enter in a decent amount of data when enrolling employees like title, ID number, name, but then you can't use any of that info to create perk filters. If you want a perk for a certain role, gotta manually enroll folks. Not great.

We're able to offer flexible perks, which keeps our costs low but makes everyone feel individually appreciated for their particular interests - pets, kids, fitness, office space, etc.

Compt is the one benefit that our employees consistently rate as their favorite. We love having the the ability to "customize" our perks offerings to include the things that are most meaningful to our people. It's an easy platform to use and implement, both as an employee and as an administrator. We have incredibly high utilization -- in the 2+ years that we've had Compt, we've consistently had more than 90% employment engagement with the program.
