It's limited for global teams in regards to leave accruals linking to payroll systems outside of the common AU payroll systems

**What do you like best about Worknice?**

We use Worknice every single day and we love to have a platform that everything is stored in one place! It definitely simplifies managing staff documents. 

The email alerts help us keep track of submissions and the expiry reminders are very useful. The system is also very intuitive when it comes to setting up staff profiles and distributing documents.

Also, the support we receive from the Worknice team is 10 out of 10! :)

**What do you dislike about Worknice?**

Truly, there's nothing we dislike. Just a useful enhancement would be the option to leave comments directly on a staff member’s submission when an incorrect document is uploaded. This would remove the need to follow up separately via email, message or through a call. But I'm sure the team at Worknice is already working on new features! :)

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The assigning of documents. Getting staff to sign employment contracts, acknowledge company policies and collect further information from them.

**What do you like best about Worknice?**

Worknice has streamlined our school's HR processes by providing an easy-to-use platform to onboard new staff; store current staff information; manage compliance documentation; process leave requests; and generate contracts. The team have been very responsive to our needs and have gone above and beyond to help us resolve a challenge within our organisation relating to staff work patterns and leave requests. The user interface of Worknice is easy to navigate, with filters and tags making it easy to sort and filter through information easily. The integration with MYOB has also enabled our staff to view their leave balances with ease.

**What do you dislike about Worknice?**

We have not come across any features that we dislike about Worknice. Any feedback that we have provided to the team has been taken on board and we have really liked the new features that have been rolled out since we became a customer.

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined process for onboarding new staff, storing current staff information, managing compliance documentation, processing leave requests (with consideration of staff work patterns), generating contracts.

The best thing is the ease of using this app. Best support provided. Easy to manage leaves and timesheets in this.

I think it can be improved in task management.

Easy for resource management and leaves. Product cost management is also a good benefit. Onboarding makes the work easier for HR. It is a smooth experience for new joinees.

We use worknice to manage all our employee data, policies and onboarding as well as automating many of our HR processes.

**What do you dislike about Worknice?**

Would like it to include some performance management which I understand is now available as well as expand integrations.

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us particularly with onboarding new people and sharing/confirming all contracts and HR policies. Also acts as a repository for employee data and syncs beautifully with Xero.

Worknice has saved so much time within our business as well as making our systems look so much more professional! The eaase of accessing information as well as the integration with Xero has been a game changer for us.

**What do you dislike about Worknice?**

I have not found any downsides to Worknice and when I have found something that may improve Worknice for our business Matt and the team have worked to make this happen.

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saving is the main thing that Worknice has solved for us however it has also made our processes so much more professional. We have reduced manual handling and printing of paperwork and then scanning. Worknice benefits all involved from the Employee, to the Employer to HR and compliance management.

**What do you like best about Worknice?**

I’ve used a number of HR platforms in the past, and what I love about Worknice is it seems like it has been built to actually solve the problems of an HR function (feels like other platforms prioritise shoving zillions of features that don’t really help). Also, I like how it is really quite flexible, but not too flexible I get lost!

**What do you dislike about Worknice?**

Haven't come across a dislike to date. I have found everything to be easy to use and navigate

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, we already had a payroll and timesheeting system, so we needed a platform to connect to those and streamline all our HR processes like onboarding, managing pay increases, managing compliance docs like working with children checks, etc.  Worknice is perfectly suited for this, integrating into our other systems, and doing the rest.

**What do you like best about Worknice?**

System is easy to use and navigate with the ability to track documents and onboard new employess easily is a plus. The support team is also quick to resolve any issues or take any suggestions on.

**What do you dislike about Worknice?**

There are a few features still missing but they are working on it. 2FA will be enabled soon so that will give it an extra bit of reassurance for our employees.

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are working on the ability to add an additional entity to your existing account so I can still manage users even if they're employed by a siste entity. They are also working making the performance review process more seamless.

Worknice is by far the most powerful HR system I have used. We were able replace a number of spreadsheets and finally have all our employee data consolidated.

Nothing I am a huge fan of this software

Highly recommend Worknice, the software is very robust and the company is great to work with (They are a local Australian business)

Our main issue was fragmented employee data across mutliple systems and spreadsheets. Worknice enabled us to easily connect our payroll and other systems to Worknice and replace about 6 various spreadsheets we were using for things like tracking birthdays, anniverseries, pay rises etc.

Everything! The software is extermply simple and easy to navigate, Matt is so great supporting each and every requirement we request, Matt goes to extra length to provide the best customer service.

There is nothing really that We don't like about worknice.

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Worknice helps us to keep all employee HR file in on place, not only that it gives us reminder notifications when a document or certificate about to expire, when we have upcoming perfomance evaluations. As humans it is hard to remember everthing but worknice always got our back to be on top of everything when it comes to compliance.

**What do you like best about Worknice?**

Worknice is an absolutely brilliant platform. Not only does this HR platform streamline the onboarding process they allowed us to get all our compliance docs and expired certs in check. Not too mention how helpful the team is. With new features every week and a very clear road map and timeline - I really can't wait to continue to grow with such a great platform in the hands of such a capable team.

I have not encountered any problems with Worknice thus far. The platform is always being updated so I can guarantee that if you run into something you dislike, the team will absolutely be more than happy to listen to the feedback and implement a solution.

Policy compliance and storage. Paperless onboarding, including contract signing, pre-employment forms and policy compliance. Certificates expiration management. Organisation chart is also automatically generated.

Worknice is a simple yet comprehensive system which makes managing my job's HR function much easier. I looked at several HR systems and I don't regret for a moment having chosen Worknice. We have been with them for nearly 3 years now. The team are also great to deal with.

There's nothing that I dislike about the system.

Worknice keeps all of our employee information in one place. Being able to onboard new employees from the system is fantastic and keeping all of their certificates etc in the one spot just makes sense. I also love that I can manage the performance reviews in one place. It allows our Leadership team to check the staff reviews whenever they want.

I just love how intuitive Worknice is, I just knew right away how to get started and where to go. Most HR platforms I’ve used in the past are overwhelming and have a steep learning curve, not Worknice - it's very easy to pick up.

If you are a remote team and currently not using a HR platform - you have no idea
what you are missing - Worknice is awesome!

**What do you like best about Worknice?**

I had a really good first impression starting employment recently, and I now realise the platform they used for that was Worknice. By far the best onboarding process I’ve had - I knew exactly what I had to do before my first day, got a little welcome video message from my manager and had introductory coffee meetings with the team already scheduled with colleagues the day I arrived.

Another thing I like is being able to go and update information myself in the portal - popped in my emergency contact info!

I’m still new to it but so far going well.

Make first impressions count for new hires and make it easy for employees to find any HR-related information they may want to access in future.

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This business fully recognises that in order to attract talent, you need to be an employer of choice. Experience and culture is important to that, and Worknice has obviously supported them in being a great place to work.

**What do you like best about Worknice?**

Worknice is one of the easiest to use software tools I have come accross. Whilst it has so many features it never overwhelms and feels intuitive. 
The fact that we now have a single place for all thing's HR is such a comfort for me as a manager but also provides our team with clarity with where to go for anything related to HR.

**What do you dislike about Worknice?**

Nothing really bothers us, perhaps a few more reports - but I believe they are coming.

**Recommendations to others considering Worknice:**

If you are a mid-sized business that is looking for a platform that will level up your HR operations - Worknice is perfect. It is incredibly easy to setup and get going and the support you will receive from the Worknice team is top notch.

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business is growing rapidly and we have remote workforce, welcoming people to the culture and keeping them engaged was our key focus. 
Worknice's onboarding tool transformed our hiring and onboarding, we now offer new hires a really well organised welcome to our team. 
The Worknice HQ is also great for our whole team to connect and know what's happening.

**What do you like best about Worknice?**

For me, it was probably the centralised task inbox. I manage a number of people and always found it hard to keep on top of the various HR tasks for everyone. So the inbox makes it easy to know its all in one spot. I also think the workflow feature is great, we can now setup a two-stage leave approval process (this previously involved numerous Slack messages)

**What do you dislike about Worknice?**

There isn't really anything I would say I dislike yet, but I haven't used all of Worknice's features.

**Recommendations to others considering Worknice:**

I would be happy to recommend Worknice to others, particularly if HR admin is starting to take up a big chunk of your day. Worknice has literally saved me hours every day.

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have done of a lot of hiring recently, so my team got much bigger, and it's really highlighted how much work is involved in managing HR. I was previously doing most things manually between a few different systems and some spreadsheets, so now having all my HR tasks in one spot has made life much simpler. It also means I am doing things more consistently because of the task template and workflow features in Worknice.

**What do you like best about Worknice?**

We implemented Worknice several months ago to improve our HR compliance and are very happy with the results. Worknice's 'smart documents' have completely streamlined how we ensure our staff are up to date with the right policies and have signed off where necessary. The digital signature feature has been an absolute blessing saving an immense amount of time compared to how we previously had staff sign documents.

**What do you dislike about Worknice?**

Nothing thus far; we have yet to roll out the Worknice performance features, but so far very happy with the HR Essentials package.

**Recommendations to others considering Worknice:**

Worknice is a very scalable product, so I would recommend it to most businesses who are looking for a modern HR solution that is good value for money. The Worknice team was also very responsive and had an excellent understanding of HR within Australian businesses.

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very large distributed workforce with lots of compliance requirements; our key challenge was getting staff the right documents to sign and tracking whether they have signed off or not. Worknice's tasks and workflow features have completely automated this process for us.

I love how easy Worknice is to use, it’s very intuitive and our team all love using it.

If this is your first HR platform for your business, then I highly recommend Worknice, it is one of the easiest platforms to get started and has a really strong focus on employee experience and engagement.

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding new starters was a real pain point, not just administratively but also culturally. We have a great fun culture and I wanted staff to feel that immediately, Worknice helped us achieve that. When someone starts with iLyv the whole process is seamless and digital. We setup a workflow so everyone has a coffee booked with the founder on their first day, which really sets the tone for our culture.

**What do you like best about Worknice?**

I loved Worknice's onboarding tool, it was so easy to use, and they have a great library of compliance contracts to choose from. They also have a built-in Xero Payroll integration which we setup ourselves with a few clicks and all of our employees could access and see all of their HR data right away. The Worknice team was awesome; being a local Australian company, not only did they understand our business, they were super responsive.

We have been using Worknice for 6 months, and honestly, we don't have any complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering Worknice:**

I would highly recommend Worknice to anyone running a fast-growing business and doesn't have months to set up a new system.

We are a remote team and are hiring, so we wanted to ensure all employees have a great start. Our onboarding process went from a haphazard scrappy experience to a professional, smooth process making new starts feel really welcome.

**What do you like best about Worknice?**

Worknice stands out with its ease of use. I have found in the past that HR platforms can be quite clunky and difficult to navigate, but Worknice is the polar opposite of that. One of those software products that makes you smile when you use certain features. For example, when you make changes to an employee record, it creates a little timeline of those changes so you don’t lose historical info.

**What do you dislike about Worknice?**

I haven’t come across  bad things about it.

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time I needed to spend on HR admin was becoming an issue - it took away from the time I could use to interact with employees and making sure compliance was all up to date and properly managed.

Worknice had every feature we needed as a growing business. We found many other
platforms quite overwhelming with too many unneeded features, Worknice was like a
breath of fresh air!

There is nothing about Worknice that I would say I dislike.

If you are looking for a HR solution that does all of the essentials and want to get up
and running quickly - then I would highly recommend Worknice.

HR admin was becoming quite overwhelming and we wanted something that automated our processes as much as possible. We also didn’t want to spend months getting things setup. Worknice is a very modern platform and had all of the automation features we wanted, and it was super fast to configure and have setup
ready for the team to use.

As an HR professional I've used my fair share of HR platforms. So I found it really refreshing when I came across Worknice because they have made it so easy to use but still have some really powerful functionality.

The onboarding tool is our favourite, it plugs straight into Xero and new hires are all fully set up in payroll right away.

**What do you dislike about Worknice?**

Nothing yet, but I'm sure as we get deeper in there may be a few things we would like to add.

We are a fast moving company so time is our greatest resource. Worknice has streamlined many of our HR processes (onboarding, leave approvals, pay increases etc.) this has saved us countless hours.

Worknice is an awesome peice of software. I found the integrated compliant contract library the most impressive, gave us exactly what we needed to get on top of our compliance.   I also really like the employee directory and org chart the most, makes life really easy trying to find the right person in the company.

I havent used all the features to be honest but overall I'm very happy with it.

**Recommendations to others considering Worknice:**

If you are a new or growing business and need HR sorted fast then I would not look elsewhere. Worknice is by far the best solution on the market.

**What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is growing quickly and we don't have the resources for a full time HR person. Worknice gave us immediate benefit by accessing high quality compliant contacts and policies and was integrated right into the software.
