“Salesforce: The Ultimate CRM for Effortless Business Automation”
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

What I like most about Agentforce Sales is how it brings sales activities, customer information, and AI assistance together in one place. It helps sales teams manage leads and opportunities more efficiently, while the AI features can assist with tasks like summarizing records, generating content, and providing useful insights. I also like how customizable the platform is, so it can be adapted to different sales processes and workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

One thing I find challenging is that Agentforce Sales can take some time to set up and customize properly, especially when you have complex sales processes. There are a lot of configuration options, which can make the platform feel overwhelming for new users. Some advanced AI and automation capabilities also require additional setup and understanding before they can be used effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Agentforce Sales helps us keep our sales data, leads, opportunities, and customer information organized in one place. It reduces manual work by automating repetitive sales tasks and helps the team track opportunities more consistently. The AI capabilities also help us get quicker insights and summaries from sales data, which makes it easier to prioritize follow-ups and make informed decisions. “HubSpot Sales Hub’s AI Turns CRM Data Into Actionable Outreach Lists Fast”
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how much time it saves me when researching and organizing prospects. I use its AI features to filter clients, identify relevant contacts and outreach information, and organize companies based on specific criteria. It makes it much easier to turn a large amount of CRM data into focused, actionable outreach lists without doing everything manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The biggest drawback is the learning curve. There is a lot going on, and if you don’t already understand how the tools work together, it can be difficult to know which features to use. I’m technically and operationally minded, but the average salesperson may not discover the most useful workflows on their own. HubSpot could improve this by proactively recommending relevant tools, guides, and best practices based on each user’s activity and the successful workflows already established by an organization’s super users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of scattered client information and time-consuming manual prospecting. I use its AI and filtering tools to segment clients, research organizations, find relevant contacts and outreach information, and keep everything organized in one place. This saves me significant time, helps me build more targeted outreach lists, and allows me to focus more energy on strategy and relationship-building instead of repetitive research and data organization. “Visual Pipelines, Helpful AI Setup, and Great Value for New CRM Users”
What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The pipelines give a great visual representation of where your leads & deals are at. It helps to bring a great deal of focus to the potential clients and the automations - whilst i'm new to them - look great in the first instance.

The AI help is really useful to get your head around setting up. You can often feel on your own and, while the guys at Pipedrive are incredibly helpful, you sometimes don't want to keep hassling people when you know something is trivial.

Pricing is competetive for a company starting our with its first CRM.

We're developing a new website but already I'm excited for the integrations using Typeforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The email accounts. We have a generic account for leads which i manage, but I need to communicate with custoemrs via my own email frequently.

It wuld be useful have the option to add a second email account in this scenario, without upgrading the plan, so automations run from there, but my correspondence is from my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable Platform for Building Scalable Data Pipelines”
What do you like best about Databricks?

What I like most about Databricks is how its user friendly UI brings the entire data engineering workflow into one platform. In my project, data lands in the Bronze layer through snaplogic, and we use databricks to transform it into Silver and Gold data products. The serverless compute option has significantly reduced the effort of managing infrastructure, while Unity Catalog makes governance and access control straightforward. I also find AI Genie and the built-in monitoring features useful for investigating pipeline failures, checking job runtimes, and debugging issues much faster. From a pricing perspective, the pay-for-what-you-use model works well for us, especially with serverless compute and auto-scaling, as we avoid paying for idle infrastructure. The documentation is comprehensive, onboarding new team members is relatively straightforward, and there is a strong knowledge base and community that helps resolve issues quickly. Overall, it has made our ETL development and day 2 day operations more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databricks?

One downside is that troubleshooting can sometimes be difficult when a pipeline fails, as the error messages aren't always detailed enough and you may need to dig through multiple logs to find the root cause. The platform also has a lot of features, so it can take some time for new users to become comfortable with everything. While serverless is convenient, costs can increase if compute usage isn't monitored properly. I'd also like to see faster UI responsiveness in some areas, especially when navigating large job histories or catalogs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Databricks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Databricks has helped me and my team simplify our data engineering workflow by providing a single platform for data ingestion, transformation, governance, and analytics. We use it to process data from Bronze to Silver and Gold layers, which has made our ETL pipelines more reliable and easier to manage. Features like serverless compute, Unity Catalog, and built-in monitoring have reduced operational effort, improved collaboration across teams, and helped us deliver data products faster. “Highly Customizable CRM with Effortless Setup”
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I love how customizable and flexible monday CRM is. We can build it to be exactly what we want without needing to code, which is really helpful for our specific team needs. The initial setup was super easy with out-of-the-box templates that we could customize, so we were up and running in just a couple of days. It's great that we can start with something solid and then modify it as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I find the emails and activities integration can be a little bit cumbersome. It's not about sending or receiving emails, but organizing them. When we cc somebody from our team on an email chain, it suddenly gets associated with almost all of our accounts in the emails and activities. So that's been a bit problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find monday CRM centralizes our communication and keeps our team organized with good records. It lets us track everything easily and focus on what matters. Its customization allows us to build exactly what we need without altering our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

““Powerful All-in-One CRM for High-Volume Sales Teams””
What do you like best about Close?

We use Close CRM as the central platform for managing our sales process from lead generation through qualification, demos, follow-ups and conversion. It gives our sales team one place to manage leads, communicate with prospects, track activities and monitor the entire sales pipeline.

The biggest advantage for our team is that Close combines CRM, calling, SMS, email and sales pipeline management in one platform. This significantly reduces the need to switch between multiple tools and helps our sales representatives stay focused on selling.

1. Built-in Dialler & Calling

2. Lead & Pipeline Management

3. Email, SMS & Calling in One Place4. Activity Tracking & Reporting

5. Automation & Workflows6. Integrations

The main benefit of Close for Foodhub is productivity and visibility. Our sales team can manage a high volume of outbound activity while managers have a clear view of what is happening across the pipeline. It also improves accountability. Because calls, activities and follow-ups are captured within the CRM, managers can accurately understand agent activity and identify where opportunities are being lost. For a high-volume telesales environment, having the CRM and dialler together is particularly valuable. It creates a more streamlined workflow and allows our team to move quickly from one prospect to the next.

What we like most about Close is that it is designed around the sales team's workflow rather than simply being a database of contacts. The combination of CRM + dialler + email + SMS + pipeline + reporting makes it a concrete platform for an outbound sales organisation. For Foodhub, Close has become an important part of our daily sales operation because it helps our team make more calls, manage leads more effectively, follow up consistently and maintain better visibility of the sales funnel.

Overall

Close CRM is particularly well suited to sales teams that rely heavily on outbound calling and structured follow-up. Its combination of communication tools, pipeline management and activity tracking makes it a strong all-in-one solution for managing a modern sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

While Close CRM works very well for our outbound sales operation, there are a few areas where we feel it could be improved.

1. Advanced Reporting & Analytics

The standard reporting is useful, but for a high-volume sales team, we would like more advanced and customizable reporting options. Having deeper analytics around agent performance, conversion rates, call outcomes, funnel leakage and sales productivity would make it even more valuable for management.

2. Dialler Customisation

The built-in dialler is one of Close's strongest features, but additional flexibility around dialling strategies, campaign management, call dispositions and predictive-dialling functionality would be beneficial for larger telesales teams.

3. CRM Customisation

Close is relatively straightforward to use, but larger organisations may require more flexibility when creating custom fields, lead statuses, dispositions and complex sales workflows.

4. Integration Requirements

Although Close provides integrations and API capabilities, connecting it to a wider sales ecosystem can sometimes require additional configuration or third-party tools. More out-of-the-box integrations would make implementation easier.

5. Pricing at Scale

As a sales team grows, the per-user cost can become more significant. For larger teams with multiple sales functions, more flexible enterprise pricing options would be helpful.

Overall

These are relatively minor issues compared with the overall value Close provides. We would particularly like to see more advanced reporting, greater dialler flexibility and deeper customisation. If these areas continue to improve, Close could become an even stronger platform for high-volume sales organisations.nt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Close CRM solves several key challenges we face in managing a high-volume sales team at Foodhub.

1. Managing a large volume of leads

2. Improving outbound sales productivity

3. Tracking follow-ups

4. Improving sales team accountability

5. Creating a more structured sales process

6. Reducing the number of tools our sales team needs

Overall Business Benefit

The biggest benefit for Foodhub is greater sales visibility and productivity. Close helps us manage a high volume of leads while maintaining control over the sales funnel, improving follow-up discipline and giving management the data needed to make better decisions.

It has helped us create a more structured, accountable and scalable outbound sales process, particularly for a team that relies heavily on telesales and regular prospect follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“EngageBay Keeps Contacts and Email Campaigns Organized in One Place”
What do you like best about EngageBay?

We started using EngageBay mainly to get our contacts and email communication in one place. So far, it has worked well for what we need.

The contact management is probably the part we use most. It's nice being able to look up a contact and see the information and activity without having to search through different places. We also use email broadcasts for sending updates to different groups of contacts.

The email templates are another feature I use quite often. Once you have a few templates ready, it saves a lot of time because you're not creating the same type of email again and again. We also use sequences for follow-ups, which has been useful when there are a lot of prospects to stay in touch with. It has made our overall email process more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

There are quite a few options, so it took me a little while to get used to everything. Some parts of the email editor could also be easier to work with. These aren't major issues for us, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest thing for us is organization. Earlier, it was easier for contacts and follow-ups to get scattered between different tools. With EngageBay, we have one place to manage contacts and handle our email campaigns.

It saves us some manual work, especially with regular follow-ups, and makes it easier to keep communication going with prospects without having to remember everything ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Elastic Scaling and Fast Analytics with Snowflake”
What do you like best about Snowflake?

What I like most about Snowflake is its ability to separate storage and compute, which makes it easy to scale workloads without impacting performance. This architecture allows multiple teams to query the same data simultaneously while optimizing costs and maintaining fast query execution. Independent scaling of compute and storage for better performance and cost control. Excellent query performance, even with large datasets. Seamless integration with major cloud providers, BI tools, and data engineering platforms. Secure data sharing capabilities without copying or moving data. Minimal infrastructure management, allowing teams to focus on analytics instead of database administration. For me, the most valuable feature is the elastic scaling of virtual warehouses. I can allocate additional compute resources for demanding workloads and scale them back when they're no longer needed, improving both efficiency and cost management. The biggest benefit is improved productivity. Snowflake simplifies data warehousing, accelerates analytics, and enables teams to access and analyze large volumes of data without worrying about infrastructure or performance bottlenecks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Snowflake?

The biggest drawback is cost management. While Snowflake's pay-as-you-go model is flexible, it's easy for compute costs to grow if resources aren't monitored carefully or workloads are not optimized. Heavy dependence on cloud infrastructure means organizations with strict on-premises requirements may have fewer deployment options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Snowflake solving and how is that benefiting you?

Snowflake solves the challenge of storing, managing, and analyzing large volumes of data without the complexity of maintaining traditional data warehouse infrastructure. Its cloud-native architecture enables organizations to scale compute and storage independently while supporting analytics, data engineering, and AI workloads from a single platform. Centralizes data from multiple sources into a unified platform for analytics. Separates compute and storage, allowing workloads to scale independently. Delivers fast query performance for large datasets without extensive infrastructure management. Enables secure data sharing across teams and external partners without duplicating data. Integrates easily with BI tools, ETL pipelines, and machine learning platforms. In my workflow, Snowflake helps simplify data analysis by providing a reliable and scalable environment for querying and processing large datasets. Instead of spending time managing database infrastructure, I can focus on building reports, analyzing data, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The biggest benefit is improved scalability and faster analytics. Snowflake reduces operational overhead, accelerates data processing, and enables teams to generate insights more efficiently while adapting to changing business demands. “Bigin’s Simple, Flexible CRM That Streamlines Our Entire Workflow”
What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

What I like most about Bigin is its simplicity and flexibility. It provides the essential CRM features without the complexity of larger enterprise CRMs, while still allowing us to customize pipelines, fields, workflows, tasks, and follow-ups around our specific business process. For our language school project, Bigin makes it much easier to manage prospects, deals, placement tests, and enrollment follow-ups in one centralized system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?

The main limitation I’ve experienced is that some advanced customization and automation capabilities can require more technical work or additional Zoho products. I would also like to see more flexibility in certain CRM functions and deeper native integrations. Overall, however, these limitations haven’t prevented us from building an effective workflow in Bigin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bigin solves the problem of managing prospects and follow-ups manually. It gives us one place to manage contacts, deals, pipeline stages, calls, tasks, and customer interactions. “Automation That Runs Reliably”
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

The automation is what keeps us sane. Between our weekly newsletter, Faith & Money Fridays, and all our campaign sequences, ActiveCampaign lets us set things up once and trust they'll actually run. Tagging and segmentation make it easy to speak to the right audience instead of blasting everyone with everything. And honestly, being able to pull ActiveCampaign data into our other tools for daily check-ins has made it feel less like "the email platform" and more like the backbone of how we track what's actually working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

The learning curve was steeper than I expected, especially early on when I was trying to figure out how automations, tags, and lists all talk to each other. Some of the reporting could be more intuitive too. I still find myself wishing certain metrics were easier to find without digging through multiple menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ActiveCampaign solving and how is that benefiting you?

ActiveCampaign is solving the problem of trying to run multiple content streams and campaigns by hand. Before, keeping track of who got what email, when, and why was a mental juggling act. Now our newsletter and campaign sequences run on autopilot once they're built, which frees up real time for the parts of the business that actually need a human touch, like coaching clients and building relationships. It's also helped us get smarter about segmentation, so we're not treating every subscriber the same way, which has made our messaging feel more personal instead of more generic. What do you like best about Attio?

I love the fact that Attio is so simple and straightforward. The interface is super clean, and even though I was a bit confused (because it was so simple, I thought I was missing something) at first, I found it refreshing compared to our previous CRM. It's great that all the information is centralised, which helps me cross-check client details with our own platform to ensure they're correct and up to date. I also appreciate that the setup was easy; even though I didn't need to set up much, the sales team said it was super simple. Additionally, I use Attio with Google Chat through Zapier, which works well. Attio feels like a better fit for us compared to HubSpot, which was too expensive and heavy for our needs. I use Capsule CRM to keep records of all my tutoring students, and it works very well. Along with their contact details, I can create a note for every lesson and easily attach a PDF or JPEG file, which is extremely useful in the tutoring business. To take this a step further, we successfully developed a custom Python script that seamlessly logs lesson notes for each student directly into the system, which has been an invaluable asset to our workflow. All students are neatly organised and can be found quickly whenever needed. Adding new students is simple, and removing those who no longer need the service is just as easy. We also really like the workflows and automation features, which help us take care of our clients after the sale. The UI is clean and performance is smooth. The pricing is fair and makes sense with a central hub. The new AI reporting is very helpful for our reporting needs. Their customer support is top tier even on complex projects. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Zoho is powerful, it is definitely not a plug and play system in some cases. Setting up a custom multi account workflow and developer API configurations takes a lot of time and technical trial and error to get dialed in. The interface can feel cluttered sometimeand finding a specific setting or toggling features within nested mini apps can turn into a treasure hunt.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Solid CRM for Client-Vendor Management, Needs Better Sales Pipeline Support”
What do you like best about Ohanafy?

What I like most about Ohanafy is its ability to handle combined client‑vendor relationship management within the same workspace, which fits our Santa Fe Digital Labs agency workflow really well. Most CRMs I’ve tested are built mainly for sales lead tracking, and vendor management is treated as an afterthought. Ohanafy lets us store paying clients and freelance vendor partners side‑by‑side, and I can directly link vendor profiles to the exact client projects they support. This paid off big during our busy summer campaign season, when we were running multiple parallel brand projects relying on a whole roster of freelance designers and copywriters. Before Ohanafy, account managers had to jump between FileCloud, spreadsheets and chat threads just to pull up vendor contact info and past feedback. After linking each vendor record to its matching client profile inside Ohanafy, account managers could open a client record and instantly view assigned vendors plus historical collaboration notes all in one spot, cutting down tons of cross‑system chasing. I also appreciate the straightforward permission controls. I can give our project delivery team read‑only access so they can look up client and vendor contact details they need for day‑to‑day execution, while locking away sensitive financial and pricing data only for sales and operations. This proved valuable when one of our project leads needed vendor contact details for a fast‑turnaround deliverable; they got what they needed without any risk of accidentally altering critical account information. That said, permissions don’t support fine‑grained field‑level locking, so I still have to stay careful when assigning roles. Overall, the native capability to tie clients and vendors together securely in one shared workspace is Ohanafy’s biggest strength for our mid‑size agency operations. What do you dislike about Ohanafy?

Ohanafy's native sales pipeline functionality is quite limited for our agency‑style multi‑stage sales cycles covering initial inquiry, discovery call, proposal review, contract negotiation and onboarding kickoff. It does not offer enough configurable pipeline stages out of the box, forcing us to lean heavily on custom tags to track deal progress. Unfortunately, tags cannot feed into real pipeline forecasting reports. During our busy fall sales quarter, our sales team could not get a consolidated visual view of all active opportunities. We had to export raw contact data every week and build manual spreadsheets for forecasting, which burned several hours of our team’s time week over week. Bulk CSV importing is also a consistent headache. When we migrated our combined client‑vendor dataset over from Clarify CRM, we hit tag‑field misalignment that generated dozens of partial duplicate contact records. There is no import preview feature, so we could not spot mapping mistakes before data was written into the system. I spent nearly half a workday manually cleaning up hundreds of messed‑up records. The lack of native webhook support makes things harder still. Whenever client retainer status or assigned vendor changes inside Ohanafy, those updates cannot auto‑push to our other tools. Earlier this year, we updated retainer status for about fifteen clients, and those changes never synced out. Our Zigpoll survey tool kept sending outdated follow‑up sequences, and I had to manually cross‑check and correct records across platforms. The initial setup was far more complex than anticipated; we built all custom tags and relationship‑link logic completely from scratch, with no agency‑ready templates. Since we don’t have a dedicated CRM administrator, all data cleanup and troubleshooting lands on me, making import failures and mapping errors extra disruptive to our daily workflow. What problems is Ohanafy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we adopted Ohanafy, our client and vendor data was badly siloed across Clarify CRM, FileCloud, and various offline spreadsheets. Sales held lead data in the old CRM, account managers stored client notes in private spreadsheets, and project teams kept freelance vendor contacts inside our cloud storage. Team members wasted large amounts of time hunting for basic background information whenever account hand‑offs happened. We had a real‑world incident last summer: a senior account manager took unexpected leave, and critical context for multiple active brand clients plus their preferred freelance vendors only existed inside their personal spreadsheets. Our team lacked complete records for days, and we nearly missed a key creative deliverable deadline for one of our important clients. That messy situation was a major wake‑up call for us. We use Ohanafy to centralize client and vendor data in one shared workspace, drastically cutting down time spent digging for scattered details and lowering miscommunication risks during staff transitions. Sales, account management and project delivery all work off the same shared records now. When an account hand‑off occurs, new team members can review client history and linked vendor profiles directly inside Ohanafy. Even so, we still have to stay vigilant. As I saw during our CSV migration, bad imports can create duplicates and corrupted records. I also learned the hard way that without webhook syncs, status changes stay trapped inside Ohanafy. After one status update batch, mismatched data caused our Zigpoll survey responses to get paired to wrong client profiles, requiring manual cross‑reference fixes. It solves our core data‑fragmentation pain point well, but we still need regular manual validation to keep our cross‑system data consistent and avoid costly missteps for our client projects. “Easy-to-Use Cloud Tool with Shareable, Saved Queries”
What do you like best about Google Cloud BigQuery?

It’s easy to use, and it’s available on the cloud, so it doesn’t take up hardware space. The best part is that we have the option to save our queries and share them as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Cloud BigQuery?

It’s mainly familiar with BigQuery, since its native environment is Google Cloud. Sometimes queries run slowly, especially when working with complex tables. By default, we can only see the first 50 rows, and it really should show more. Also, when we copy the output, we’re only able to copy some of the records instead of the full result set. We can append records, but we can’t update or delete them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Cloud BigQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it for my ETL testing, since we ingest data from Mongo into BQ, and then the main fact tables in the analytical layers are used in Databricks. It benefits me because it runs in the cloud and doesn’t require any hardware space on my side. Overall, the queries work well for my testing needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
