What I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. The initial setup and customization can take a lot of time and often require a fair amount of expertise. On top of that, the licensing costs can be high for small businesses. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Support. Absolutely the worst part about Pipedrive.

Our account executive, Zachary Phillips, offered us a discount during our trial. We accepted it, he said to add our billing details to the account, we did, and then he stopped responding. 5 days and two follow-up emails later, still no reply and no autoresponder saying he was out. And there is no way to reach anyone else in sales because they have no sales email and support was not able to provide me a way to contact sales. I finally got a response from the sales team lead, Spencer Smith, who just made excuses and said that Zachary has been out for a while. No acknowledgement of the fact that I had been ghosted or that they provide no other way to reach the sales team when someone is out for an extended period of time.

During that time, I also reached out to support and had a chat with Ricardo that was probably the worst customer support I've ever received. He kept insisting that I should do things that weren't possible in their software. I told him it was not an option in their software, but he insisted. I sent him a Loom screen recording showing him, and then he made up a new answer, which was also incorrect. It seems that rather than get help or admit he didn't know, he prefers to make up answers and insist they are correct. His manager, Carolyn, ended up following up the conversation by telling me that what I had said was not possible, was indeed not possible, though she said it like she was informing me. I didn't need to be told, it was their own support team who doesn't seem to know how their software works.

I also had reported a bug to support at the start of the week, spent almost an hour answering their questions and providing a Loom screen recording at their request, just to have them tell me it was a known issue. This is why most software companies use a bug tracker, so that they can know about bugs without wasting the customers time.

Overall, I found their team to be very poorly trained, not at all knowledgeable about their own software and extremely disorganized. It was bad enough that I'm writing a negative review for the first time to warn other people not to use Pipedrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software solves the problem of keeping track of sales leads and marketing efforts. Which is a bit ironic since they seem to, by their own admission, have trouble keeping track of their sales leads. What do you like best about Close?

Close helps me keep track of patient enquiries and pending replies in one place. I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. Earlier, I used to note things in different places and sometimes forgot to reply on time.

I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.

What do you dislike about Close?

Sometimes updates or changes made in Close dont reflect immediately, so I have to refresh the page to see the latest activity. This can be a little annoying when I’m in a hurry to check if a reply was sent or a note was saved. Earlier in my daily work, I used to keep enquiry details in my phone notes or try to remember follow-ups in my head. On busy clinic days, a few things would slip through, and I had to double-check messages again and again. With Close, I can quickly see who contacted me, what we discussed earlier, and what I still need to do next, all on one screen. This reduces back-and-forth and saves time during the day. It also helps me keep a simple history of patient communication, so when someone messages again after a few days, I don’t start from zero. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

We’re genuinely really glad to have found Capsule for our CRM needs after spending a long time searching for the right solution. We tested several systems, but many were either too basic or far too complicated. Capsule struck the perfect balance between being powerful and easy to use.

The clean, intuitive interface was a big deciding factor for us. It’s simple to pick up and a pleasure to use day to day. The global word search in particular is brilliant — it feels like an extension of our own computer and allows us to instantly find contacts, emails, notes and history without any hassle.

It’s been very fast and reliable, with none of the lag or downtime frustrations we’ve experienced with other CRMs. It’s also easy to get new team members up and running, with a short and straightforward learning curve.

Managing our client database and relationships is now far more organised and efficient, and the pipeline and forecasting tools give us great visibility when planning ahead. The reports, goal setting, task management and reminders have made a noticeable difference to how we stay on top of things.

We also really appreciate how flexible the custom fields and tags are, which lets us tailor Capsule to how we actually work. The email and calendar integrations fit neatly into our daily workflow and save a lot of admin time.

On top of all that, Capsule offers excellent value for money, especially when compared with bigger enterprise CRMs. We’ve also had a great experience with customer support — always responsive and helpful. I am almost two months in and have experienced no results from the product. I have reached out to see if I could get some support on boosting results. There is no one in this company that is willing to help customers. You have access to an AI bot and a weekly webinar. That's it.

Also, I was not impressed by the pre-sales process. My rep did a quick demo and sent a few emails back and forth. Right before I was ready to make a decision I asked the rep to setup a call to address some questions I had before making the purchase. He told me he could not make time for the call and that his focus was prioritizing new leads. Prioritizing new leads over end of the funnel sales opportunities?! Make it make sense. What a slap in the face. I am spending close to $400 a month with this company for no results and zero customer service. Not $10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have customized the report sheet as we prefer. often we request them to change user name and password for the new joining staff. But now they have customized it now. What do you like best about Mekari Qontak?

As a customer service agent, I find Mekari Qontak very convenient because I can access it through the mobile app or the website. This makes it easy for me to work remotely without needing expensive devices. One thing I dislike is that when I log in to Mekari Qontak on one of my devices (mobile phone/laptop) and activate my agent account, I sometimes find on another device that my account still shows as inactive (whether due to signal or other issues). The company I work for is a small business that started two years ago. Before this, we only used a regular business chat application, with shifts shared among several people. In that setup, I noticed that some people sometimes ended up working more than others, while others worked less. With Qontak Mekari, the workload for each agent is now divided much more evenly, which feels fairer overall. What do you like best about Less Annoying CRM?

This is the most intuitive CRM I have ever used. For a small consultancy, it meets my needs exactly without having to work through complex workflows or other nonsense that you see in other "simple" CRM solutions. What do you dislike about Less Annoying CRM?

The platform itself is fantastic, but integrations with other providers via an open API would be nice. For example, an integration with a cold email outreach report would be great, to avoid having to manually import contacts. Just a minor quibble, it's really not that bad. LACRM helps keep my process simple by focusing on just what I need. It provides a simple interface, allows me to add custom fields when needed, and the new automations feature is great to keep me on track with follow-ups. We’ve had a great experience with Ohanafy and truly appreciate the level of support and customization it offers. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and provides real-time data that helps us make informed decisions quickly.

Given how well Ohanafy aligns with our business needs, we would like to move away from QuickBooks entirely as our external accounting provider. Integrating accounting functionality directly into Ohanafy would make it a complete solution for us. This would be my recommendation for this solution to fully round out their product offering. Advanced ASN Creation & Pallet Management - The system offers improved flexibility when creating ASNs, allowing us to sort by package style, product category, or warehouse location. Pallets are auto-built based on our setup, but the drag-and-drop functionality makes adjustments quick and intuitive. It’s extremely user-friendly.

Effortless Reporting - Reporting is another area where Ohanafy shines. Unlike platforms that use complex parent-child naming structures, Ohanafy makes it easy to build reports in minutes where we used to spend hours.
