the biggest challenge is the complexity of implementation, salesforce is not plug and play, it require proper planning, configuration and often a dedicated admin or consultant, the cost can be high , especially when you include licence, add ons and implementation expenses, there is also a steep learning curve, especially for new users or non technical teams, sometimes performance issues like slow loading or glitches can impact user experinece. Everything is clearly labelled and easy to navigate. I can quickly find deals, leads, and other key items, and as a manager I’m able to check workloads and volumes. The dashboards also make it easy to understand trends at a glance. I’ve been able to streamline processes by using workflows to integrate AI tools such as Claude, which has helped improve the team’s performance. What do you like best about Close?

I love that Close shows me my meetings and helps me stay organized. I really enjoy the follow-up prompts and the ability to do value-added follow-up with text messages, emails, and phone calls. It's great that I can create tasks to stay on top of my leads. The old version of the opportunities list is very clear and easy to follow, which I appreciate. Also, Close is simple to use, and when there's a problem, the team is on top of it. The initial setup was easy for me, especially since I had used it in my past job. What do you dislike about Close?

Sometimes the calling doesn't work. It drops calls. I get too many unnecessary notifications from appointment. I don’t like that it creates new opportunities when I book decision meetings and second meetings, I would prefer if it would just foster the original booking opportunity. What I like most about Databricks is its Integrations part. In workplace, we integrate Database within multiple data soucres. Also, I can't complete my review without mentioning UX and UI design, which makes the overall workflow feel intuitive and genuinely user-friendly. When it comes to speed of the processes, it never offended us. It works as expected. Comparitevly from the market pricing, the price of the service is quite reliable for us. There is a help center of the Databricks, if you can't find any answers to your questions, there are specialists that may assist you with your inqurires. i have been using Google bigquery for large scale anlytics, querying massive datasets , reporting workflows, and cloud based data mining project, as a data mining engineer, i work with high volume structure and semi structure data so having a fast and scalable analytics platform is very important, overall bigquery has been very effective for handling large datasets and supporting cloud anyltics workflows without requiring heavy infrastructure management, it processes very large datasets quickly,, even when handling complex analytical queries, since it is serverless, there is no need to manage cluster or infrastructure manually, which reduces operational overhead significantly, i also like how easy it is to scale storage and compute resources automatically based on workload requirements, the SQL based environment is also convenient because can analyze large datasets without needing highly complex infrastructure setup. the interface is clean and easy to use for technical teams. bigquery integrates well with modern analytics and cloud ecosystems. performance is one of the strongest aspects of bigquery. There’s very little to dislike about Ohanafy—it’s been a strong solution for our business. If I had to point out one area for improvement, incorporating accounting and financial software directly into the system would streamline operations and reduce the need for external tools.

We’ve had a great experience with Ohanafy and truly appreciate the level of support and customization it offers. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and provides real-time data that helps us make informed decisions quickly.

Given how well Ohanafy aligns with our business needs, we would like to move away from QuickBooks entirely as our external accounting provider. Integrating accounting functionality directly into Ohanafy would make it a complete solution for us. This would be my recommendation for this solution to fully round out their product offering. Simplified Purchase Orders & Forecasting - One of the biggest benefits is the ability to generate and send purchase orders directly from the forecasting tool. This integration streamlines our product purchasing process and saves valuable time.

Advanced ASN Creation & Pallet Management - The system offers improved flexibility when creating ASNs, allowing us to sort by package style, product category, or warehouse location. Pallets are auto-built based on our setup, but the drag-and-drop functionality makes adjustments quick and intuitive. It’s extremely user-friendly.

Effortless Reporting - Reporting is another area where Ohanafy shines. Unlike platforms that use complex parent-child naming structures, Ohanafy makes it easy to build reports in minutes where we used to spend hours. Live reports with predetermined fields give our sales team instant access to the data they need, right at their fingertips.

What do you like best about Instantly?

The migration support is what truly sold me. I moved over with a stack of domains and mailboxes from another setup, and the team walked me through reconnecting everything cleanly without me having to babysit the process. That alone saved me a weekend of work.

On a day-to-day basis, the warmup network is what I lean on most. I run cold outbound at volume, so I’m constantly cycling in new domains, and the warmup paired with the unified inbox makes it genuinely manageable to operate dozens of mailboxes from one place. Campaign setup is quick, the sequence builder feels clean and straightforward, and the analytics show me what I need without burying the important stuff. Being able to manage mailboxes, sequences, and replies in one tool—rather than stitching three different tools together—is the real unlock for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

A few API endpoints behave differently than the docs imply, so the first time I wrote a script around them I got tripped up. Once you learn the quirks it’s manageable, but a more complete, detailed API reference would really help. I’d also love the option to activate newly created campaigns via the API, instead of having to switch them on manually in the dashboard.

One other small thing: warmup status and account health information could be surfaced more clearly in the UI. Right now I end up cross-checking a few different views just to get the full picture for a mailbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Instantly, I was stitching together a few different tools for mailboxes, sequences, and replies. That meant constant context switching, plus a lot of small details slipping through the cracks.
