What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I really appreciate how accounts, leads, and opportunities can be easily configured for business needs with Salesforce Sales Cloud. It's great that primary small automations can be made very easily, even for someone like me who doesn't have a developer background. As an administrator, with just two to three months of reading, you can customize, create, and start using Salesforce Sales Cloud quickly. The tool makes tasks like sending out emails, updating data on accounts, and creating reports and dashboards very easy. What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

So tool wise, I would say, because it's a multitenant architecture, there are few limits on the number of account records you can save, create, and share. And I would say few things which could be improved is on reporting. It's a platform sales first platform. Which allows creation of simple reports and dashboard buttons. If you need some detail or very micro level of reporting of it, it's a complex requirement. Then Salesforce doesn't work. In general, I think HubSpot lacks an item for micro businesses in all its tiers, particularly for emerging markets. Many wouldn't pay for the license because it takes time to see benefits. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

We love how simple and clean the layout is. It is easy and intuitive to know exactly where we are at with each and every deal. It keeps them top of mind and trying to avance each deal through the pipeline. What can be easier than trying to advance each "chess piece" from one side of the table to the other.

We have tried many other CRM tools, but they were just databases that hold information. We were looking for something that specifically helps us track deals as they move through the sales pipeline.

In other CRM's the information gets burried and forgotten about. We were using an app called trello for just this function because it was extremely visual and easy to track. The problem was it did not have the CRM function so we were having to bounce between two difference applications.

Pipedrive has the same visuals, and drag and drop functionality as trello, but is has everything we need in one spot with the CRM. It is working perfectly for me.

It was super easy to get everything set up and dialed in and it was extremely user friendly with almost no learning curve.

The deal pipelines stay open all day long so that advancing deals through the pipeline stays top of mind. This has become our go to program to track sales and we love how simple it is.

We needed a simple, user friendly way to track deals as they move through the pipeline and easily know how much value is at each stage or what deals are growing stale. We have tried other CRM's but it we had to create custom reports, or create complicated fields. This was simple to set up and it functions exactly like an app called trello that we were using to track deals except this calculates deal values, and is a CRM all in one. I very much like that everything feels ready to go such as clusters start quickly, scaling just works in the background and I can really stop worrying about infrastructure stuff and focus on analysis. The UI can feel slow especially when I’m deep in the middle of a heavy notebook session and sometimes things are just SLOW to click or jobs don’t cancel when I ask it to. And I’ve only just started messing around with the cluster software actually, and while it’s powerful there’s definitely a learning curve as I still dig through stuff on occasion trying to figure out which cluster or runtime setting is making things run differently than others. Cost management can be challenging. This is where the size of the warehouse comes into play (see What do you like best about Snowflake?). If you optimize the size of your warehouse small, costs will be smaller. Along these lines, it's best to understand credit usage early to make sure you're managing effectively. Our infrastructure is quite complex, but since Snowflake is fully managed, we no longer have to worry about provisioning or ongoing maintenance. This allows our data architecture team to focus on more valuable work, while our data analytics team benefits from uninterrupted access, as maintenance issues no longer cause downtime. Scalability is another key advantage—Snowflake efficiently processes large volumes of data without requiring our architecture team to oversee the infrastructure. This not only saves time but also enables quicker queries, even as our total data volume increases. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

We’re genuinely really glad to have found Capsule for our CRM needs after spending a long time searching for the right solution. We tested several systems, but many were either too basic or far too complicated. Capsule struck the perfect balance between being powerful and easy to use.

The clean, intuitive interface was a big deciding factor for us. It’s simple to pick up and a pleasure to use day to day. The global word search in particular is brilliant — it feels like an extension of our own computer and allows us to instantly find contacts, emails, notes and history without any hassle.

It’s been very fast and reliable, with none of the lag or downtime frustrations we’ve experienced with other CRMs. It’s also easy to get new team members up and running, with a short and straightforward learning curve.

Managing our client database and relationships is now far more organised and efficient, and the pipeline and forecasting tools give us great visibility when planning ahead. The reports, goal setting, task management and reminders have made a noticeable difference to how we stay on top of things.

We also really appreciate how flexible the custom fields and tags are, which lets us tailor Capsule to how we actually work. The email and calendar integrations fit neatly into our daily workflow and save a lot of admin time.

On top of all that, Capsule offers excellent value for money, especially when compared with bigger enterprise CRMs. We’ve also had a great experience with customer support — always responsive and helpful. Given how well Ohanafy aligns with our business needs, we would like to move away from QuickBooks entirely as our external accounting provider. Advanced ASN Creation & Pallet Management - The system offers improved flexibility when creating ASNs, allowing us to sort by package style, product category, or warehouse location. Pallets are auto-built based on our setup, but the drag-and-drop functionality makes adjustments quick and intuitive. It’s extremely user-friendly.

Effortless Reporting - Reporting is another area where Ohanafy shines. Unlike platforms that use complex parent-child naming structures, Ohanafy makes it easy to build reports in minutes where we used to spend hours. Live reports with predetermined fields give our sales team instant access to the data they need, right at their fingertips.
