“All-in-One Workspace That Simplifies Daily Collaboration”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams has proven to be a dependable tool for me, thanks to its user-friendly interface and straightforward design, which make daily communication effortless. Implementing it was a seamless process, largely because it integrates so well with Microsoft 365. I also value the responsive customer support that is available whenever I encounter any issues. I use Teams frequently, relying on it every day for meetings, chats, and sharing files. The range of features is impressive, encompassing everything from video calls to collaborative project work. Additionally, its smooth integration with Outlook, SharePoint, and other applications truly makes it an all-in-one workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

While Microsoft Teams offers a robust set of features, I have noticed a few drawbacks. The application can be demanding on system resources, which sometimes causes my computer to slow down when I have several apps running at once. Additionally, the notification system can either become overwhelming or behave inconsistently, particularly when I am active in multiple channels. Although the interface is feature-rich, it can be confusing for newcomers and requires some time to get used to. Finally, I have experienced occasional syncing delays with Outlook or SharePoint, which can interrupt my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams is solving the problem of fragmented communication and collaboration. Instead of switching between multiple apps for chat, video calls, emails, and file sharing, everything is centralized in one platform. This helps reduce missed messages and keeps projects organized. It also solves the challenge of remote and hybrid work, allowing me to connect with colleagues anywhere through reliable video meetings and instant messaging. The integration with Microsoft 365 means I can co‑author documents in real time, track tasks, and share files without leaving Teams. The benefit is that I save time, stay more productive, and maintain smoother collaboration with my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A Reliable and Comprehensive Collaboration Platform for Modern Teams”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its overall reliability and ease of use. The platform is incredibly intuitive, even for non-technical users, and meetings can be joined with just a single click. The video and audio quality are consistently stable, even in environments with average bandwidth. I also appreciate the seamless integration of different tools—chat, meetings, phone, whiteboard, and calendars—into a single unified workspace. This reduces the need to switch between multiple applications and significantly improves productivity. The AI Meeting Assistant is another strong point, providing accurate meeting summaries and action items that save a lot of time during follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

While Zoom Workplace performs very well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The desktop client still feels slightly heavy during long sessions, especially when running multiple features like whiteboards and screen sharing simultaneously. Some advanced admin settings are also buried behind several menus, making them harder to find for first-time administrators. Additionally, integrations with certain third-party enterprise tools sometimes require additional configuration steps that aren’t always well documented. Pricing for some add-on features could be more competitive compared to other UCaaS platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace allows our team to centralize communication and collaboration in one environment. Before adopting it, we relied on several disconnected tools—one for chat, another for video meetings, another for scheduling—which caused fragmentation and lost productivity. With Zoom, everything is unified and synced, which has dramatically reduced wasted time and improved coordination. The AI features help streamline documentation and follow-ups, saving hours each week. Remote and hybrid employees also benefit from reliable video conferencing and screen sharing, ensuring that all team members remain aligned regardless of where they work. “Quo Makes Difficult Conversations Effortless and Professional”
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo makes difficult conversations incredibly easy to handle. As a business owner, the platform saves me time, protects my revenue, and gives me a clear and professional system for resolving disputes. It’s simple to use, very organized, and gives me confidence that everything is handled the right way. Their customer support is also excellent — fast, friendly, and truly invested in helping businesses like mine succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The main thing I dislike is the cost of Sona. I’ve received offers from other companies that provide similar communication support tools for an additional $10–$20 per month, which is much more affordable. Sona is over $800 per year, and that price is difficult to justify—especially for me as someone who is deaf and truly depends on tools like this to handle phone calls and texting with patients. I really love what Sona can do, and I would prefer to stay with Quo, but the high pricing makes me consider switching to another company if I find a more reasonable option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quo helps me handle customer disputes and misunderstandings in a structured, professional, and stress-free way. As a clinic owner, I used to lose a lot of time and revenue dealing with issues manually. Now Quo gives me a clear process, protects my transactions, and keeps communication organized so problems don’t escalate. It also gives me confidence when managing difficult situations, especially because I am deaf and rely heavily on written communication. Thanks to Quo, I save time, reduce chargebacks, and can focus more on patient care instead of administrative conflict. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Seamless, Secure Collaboration for Hybrid Teams”
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite offers seamless video meetings, team messaging, and calling in one integrated platform. Its reliability, security, and AI-powered features like real-time transcription and noise removal enhance productivity. Easy to use across devices, it supports hybrid work environments effectively—making communication smooth, efficient, and inclusive for teams everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Webex Suite can feel less intuitive than competitors, with occasional UI clutter and inconsistent feature placement. Some users report performance lag during large meetings, and advanced settings may be hard to locate. Integration with non-Cisco tools isn’t always seamless, and the mobile experience sometimes lacks parity with the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webex Suite solves fragmented communication by unifying meetings, messaging, calling, and collaboration in one secure platform. This reduces app-switching, streamlines workflows, and supports hybrid work. For me, it means clearer communication, fewer missed messages, reliable meetings with AI-enhanced features (like live transcription), and easier team coordination—all from a single, consistent interface. “Reliable, but with some excessive slowness”
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

What I like most about Microsoft Outlook is that it puts everything in one place: email, calendar, appointments, and contacts. You don't have to jump from one app to another, and that's something that saves a lot of time.

I also like that it's very organized: emails are easy to read, you quickly find what you're looking for, and you don't have that feeling of chaos that other mailboxes sometimes give.

Another convenient thing is the integrated calendar: just one click and you see all the appointments, meetings, and deadlines, without having to open anything extra.

In general, Outlook really gives the impression of being reliable: it works, it's clean, and it's made for those who work and want something that doesn't waste their time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

What I don't like about Outlook, using it every day for work, is that sometimes it becomes really slow. When you have many emails to manage or need to switch from one calendar to another, it always seems to take that extra second... and when you're under pressure, you definitely notice it.

Another aspect is that it's full of features, but not all of them are intuitive. When you just need to do something simple, you always end up wasting time searching through menus and settings that aren't exactly straightforward.

And, honestly, the interface is a bit rigid. It does its job, sure, but it's not exactly the freshest or most convenient thing to use every day.

In summary: it works, but for an app I use for work every day, I would like it to be a bit faster and simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Outlook primarily solves the problem of having a thousand things scattered around.

With emails, the calendar, and appointments all together in the same place, you no longer have to jump between different apps or get confused.

For me, the biggest benefit is that it organizes your day much more clearly: you immediately see what you need to do, who has written to you, when you have meetings, and what needs to be prepared. Everything is connected, so if you receive a meeting invitation, with one click it ends up in the calendar and you don't risk forgetting it.

It also helps you keep emails under control: you can archive, quickly search for what you need, and have a sense of order instead of total chaos in your inbox.

In practice, Outlook saves you time and gives you a certain peace of mind, because you know everything is there and you don't have to chase papers, notes, or different apps to remember things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Seamless Communication, but Costly Add-Ons and Some Call Quality Issues”
What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

The most helpful aspect of Zoom Phone is allowing users to seamlessly switch between phone calls, video meetings, and chat within a single application. Its upsides include features like voicemail transcription, secure high-definition audio, simple deployment for remote work, and global calling capabilities. It is also easy to integrate with other business tools, making it a comprehensive solution for modern communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

The least helpful aspects include potential issues with call quality due to internet dependency, a lack of advanced call management features compared to some competitors, and the high cost of add-ons like international calling. Other downsides can be inconsistent user experience across devices, and the fact that its full functionality is best suited for businesses already committed to the Zoom ecosystem. What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Inbox Zero Made Fun and Efficient with Smart AI Replies”
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The Inbox Zero workflow is highly effective—they've successfully turned email management into a more engaging experience. With three main options, you can either act on an email right away, snooze it for later by pressing 'H', or mark it as done and archive it with 'E'. This approach has noticeably sped up how quickly I can get through my inbox. On top of that, the AI reply feature allows me to draft responses in my own voice, and it does this with impressive efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I don't see any downsides. However, I would appreciate it if they could add more features, such as an integrated CRM or SRM, task management, and the ability to add notes to contacts. Aside from that, I find it to be a fantastic app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gamifying boring emails is a fantastic benefit. I receive on average 300 emails per day and I have been able to be inbox 0 almost every week. I make it a weekly goal every Sunday then you know you are on top of things and ready to hunt the next week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can’t say enough great things about Carly and Karoline from the Crexendo migration team — they have been phenomenal throughout this entire migration process! From start to finish, their professionalism, patience, and dedication have made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and completely manageable. Every single time I’ve reached out — whether by email or with a quick question — they’ve responded immediately with such a helpful, positive attitude. They’ve answered every question I had (and there were quite a few), always taking the time to ensure I fully understood each step. Even more impressive, they resolved every single issue I encountered — quickly, efficiently, and with zero hassle on my end.

It’s rare to find support that is this responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Carly and Karoline went above and beyond at every stage, and I’m so grateful for their support. “Great support but not an equally great service”
What do you like best about net2phone?

Best thing about Net2Phone is their support. They have been prompt to respond and eager to help with whatever problem I've thrown at them. I couldn't ask for more from a support staff than I've seen from Net2Phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

The service itself is good technically, but the little details are not so good. In a way, our previous landline service did at least a few more things that we need, compared to this service. Granted, the phones we purchased were low-end and that contributes to the problem, I'm sure, but things like directory creation and changes are much harder than they should be, in my opinion. Forwarding a voicemail from the phone itself and not just from email is another option we really miss. Again, a higher-end phone choice may have solved these problems, but we didn't know that when we purchased them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can use the call analytics to see what calls are coming in and to where much easier than we could with our previous system. Configuration is much easier, like setting up ring groups, departments, schedules, etc. My job is easier now with Net2Phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Seamless Productivity and Effortless Collaboration with Microsoft 365”
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I like best about Microsoft 365 is how seamlessly everything works together to make daily tasks easier. Whether you're writing in Word, analyzing data in Excel, or collaborating in Teams, all the apps feel connected, and your files follow you wherever you go. The cloud syncing is smooth, the built-in AI features save a lot of time, and real-time collaboration makes group work feel effortless. Overall, it’s a clean, reliable, and productivity-focused ecosystem that helps you get things done without unnecessary friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

What I dislike about Microsoft 365 is that it can sometimes feel heavier than it needs to be. The apps are powerful, but that also means they can be slow to load or overwhelming with features you might not use often. The subscription model can feel expensive over time, especially for people who only need the basics. And while cloud integration is great, it also means you’re relying a lot on stable internet and Microsoft’s ecosystem, which can feel restrictive. Overall, it’s incredibly capable—but not always the simplest or lightest experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft 365 solves a lot of everyday productivity problems by bringing all the essential tools—communication, collaboration, file storage, and document creation—into one unified platform. Instead of juggling different apps for email, meetings, documents, and file sharing, everything is tightly integrated, which saves time and reduces hassle. Real-time collaboration in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint eliminates the old problem of multiple file versions, while Teams centralizes communication so you’re not bouncing between chat apps and emails. Cloud storage through OneDrive means your work is always backed up and accessible from any device. All of this makes work smoother, more organized, and far more efficient, especially when you’re collaborating with others or switching between devices throughout the day. “Gather is useful and FUN!!!!”
What do you like best about Gather?

I’ve really come to love using Gather — it makes remote collaboration feel natural and spontaneous again. Conversations happen in real time without endless scheduling, and the space itself actually feels like a virtual office. The mix of focus controls, seamless communication, and fun design brings back that sense of team connection most tools lack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gather?

The software is more “game‑like” in a way that confuses less technical users and makes onboarding harder.

Map building and deeper customization can feel complex and time‑consuming for non‑designers, which frustrates teams that just want something simple that “works out of the box.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gather solving and how is that benefiting you?

Remote work often lacks spontaneous “hallway” conversations, making everything a scheduled meeting or long chat thread; Gather recreates quick desk drop‑bys and ad‑hoc chats through its virtual office and proximity-based interactions.

Distributed teams can feel disconnected from company culture and from each other; Gather provides a persistent shared space that mimics a physical office, helping people see who is around and feel part of the same environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For a school being busy, it's nice to not have to update every time we want to have a meeting since the platform is 100% browser-based.

AONMeetings was easy for our staff to implement since all you need is a browser. We were up and running within a day.

“Fast and Efficient Video Calling Tool”
What do you like best about Gruveo?

Since I started using Gruveo, my communication has improved tremendously. I used to rely on more traditional video calling tools, but Gruveo has become my favorite because of its simplicity and efficiency. To start a call, you don't need to create an account or download complicated apps; you simply generate a unique link and you're good to go. This has been very useful, especially when I need to make quick video calls with people who aren't very tech-savvy or when meetings need to be spontaneous. Furthermore, the video call quality is quite stable, even when the connection isn't the best. In addition, their support team is very quick to respond to help tickets, and the price is very reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gruveo?

The only thing I'd like to see improved is that the interface design on mobile devices can sometimes be a little confusing if you're not used to using it. But overall, the app is quite optimized, and the process is very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gruveo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I save time in meetings because I don't have to ask anyone to register or download anything; I simply share a link and we start the video call immediately. I value the privacy of my meetings and appreciate that the calls are encrypted and that I don't need to share personal information to start a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
