“Smooth, Reliable Team Collaboration in One Place with Zoom Workplace”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I've been using Zoom Workplace for daily meetings and team collaboration, and it's been a really smooth experience. The video and audio quality are reliable, and joining meetings is quick and hassle-free. I also like that it combines chat, meetings, screen sharing, and file sharing in one place, which makes it easier to stay organized. The interface is simple to use, even for new users, and it works well across both desktop and mobile. Overall, it has made communication with my team much more convenient and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

One thing I don't like is that it can sometimes use a lot of system resources, especially during long meetings, which can make my laptop slow down. Occasionally, joining meetings takes a little longer than expected after an update, and some advanced features are only available on paid plans. Other than that, my overall experience has been good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace has made it much easier to communicate and collaborate with my team, especially when everyone is working from different locations. It helps us hold meetings, share screens, discuss ideas, and stay connected without needing to be in the same office. “Easy, Reliable Remote Collaboration with Seamless Office 365 Integration”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams is awesome for keeping our entire remote team connected. The chat and video call features are super easy to use, and they rarely drop. I also really love how it’s integrated with Office 365—we can literally edit Excel sheets right inside our chat windows. It saves us a ton of time because we’re not switching between apps all day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The biggest issue for me is how much RAM it uses. It literally slows down my whole computer whenever it’s running. On top of that, searching for old messages is a total pain—the search bar just doesn’t give the right results half the time. Plus, switching between different company accounts takes way too long and makes the whole experience feel sluggish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Teams, our work was scattered across emails and random chat apps, and it was honestly a mess trying to track down files. Teams solved that by putting everything in one place. Now we can share and edit files right in the chat, which saves us a ton of time. It’s also made it much easier for our remote team to stay on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Easy, Professional Call and Text Management for Small Businesses”
What do you like best about Quo?

What I like best about Quo is how easy it is to manage business calls and texts from one place. The setup is straightforward, the interface is clean, and features like missed-call notifications, automatic text responses, voicemail, and the phone menu make it much easier to stay responsive without being tied to the phone all day.

I also appreciate that the phone menu helps filter out robocalls while still making it simple for a real customer to reach me. Overall, Quo feels practical, professional, and well designed for a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The main thing I dislike is that some call-handling settings are not as customizable as I would like. For example, I would prefer more control over how long the phone menu repeats, what happens after repeated timeouts, and whether the desktop ringtone can be fully disabled.

A few features also require upgrading to a higher-priced plan, which can feel limiting for a small business that only needs one or two additional tools. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, but more flexibility in the call-flow settings would make Quo even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quo gives me a dedicated business phone system without requiring a separate phone or traditional office setup. It keeps calls, texts, voicemail, and missed-call notifications organized in one place, which helps me separate business communication from my personal phone.

The automated text response and phone menu also help me stay responsive when I am unavailable while filtering out many robocalls. That saves time, reduces interruptions, and helps my small business appear more professional to prospects and customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Rock Solid and User-Friendly for Virtual Meetings”
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I find Webex Suite rock solid as it never randomly drops during meetings. It's very easy to use and doesn't require frequent updates. I really appreciate having my own virtual space for meetings which makes collaboration easy. Setting it up was very straightforward, taking just a couple of minutes. It's effective for serious technical meetings without disruptions, and it works well for video calling, conferencing, meetings, and audio calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

Only thing is that sometimes it foes not open , it opens in background. It is unreliable with MacOS and some of the features are not the best. The translation button does absolutely nothing, as it does not recognize speech and is constantly giving wrong traslatation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webex Suite provides my own virtual meeting space, enabling easy collaboration and customer meetings without disruptions. It's rock solid, easy to use, and doesn't require frequent updates, allowing me to conduct serious technical meetings smoothly. “Studio-quality remote recording that keeps our crew connected across the US”
What do you like best about Riverside?

The local recording with separate audio and video tracks is an absolute game-changer. It means internet drops or lag never ruin a take, and having pristine, isolated tracks ready to go makes the post-production editing process for The Rooted Crew Podcast incredibly smooth. It gives us studio-grade quality every single time, no matter where our guests are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riverside?

The browser-based setup can be pretty heavy on system resources, which occasionally causes high CPU usage or fan noise on older laptops when running a long session. There are also moments where massive local files take a while to fully upload and process after a recording wraps, causing a bit of a bottleneck when we're ready to jump straight into editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Riverside solving and how is that benefiting you?

Riverside completely solves the logistical headache of trying to record a high-quality show with friends and guests scattered all across the country. Before, trying to collaborate across the US meant risking pixelated video, audio lag, and dropped connections ruining the natural flow of the conversation.

With Riverside, the physical distance doesn't matter anymore. Because it records everyone locally on their own devices, internet stability issues vanish. We can catch up, joke around, and record with friends anywhere in the US, and the final product sounds like we're all sitting in the exact same studio. It has completely removed the technical barriers to keeping The Rooted Crew Podcast connected, saving us a ton of frustration and hours of tedious cleanup in post-production. “Reliable, Scalable Communications with Outstanding Support”
What do you like best about Nextiva?

What I like best about Nextiva is the combination of reliable service and excellent customer support. The platform is easy to use, scales well across multiple locations, and makes communication much more efficient. Their team has been responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout both the sales process and implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The main challenge we experienced with Nextiva was the learning curve during setup, especially when integrating certain third-party hardware and advanced features like paging and custom PBX-style workflows. Some configurations required additional troubleshooting. However, their support and implementation teams were responsive and worked closely with us to resolve issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nextiva solved several communication issues for our organization, including unreliable legacy phone systems, disconnected locations, and inefficient call routing. By centralizing our phone system, parents and staff can reach the right person more quickly, communication between centers has improved, and managing phones across multiple locations is now significantly easier and more reliable. “Convenient All-in-One Calling with Smooth Forwarding, Voicemail, and SMS”
What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

We use Zoom Phone mainly for internal team calls, and it’s really convenient because everything is in one place. The call forwarding is great—if you’re not available, it automatically forwards to someone else, so no call gets missed. Voicemail and SMS also work smoothly, and I can check voicemails directly from the app without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

The auto attendant setup was a bit confusing at first, and it took us some time to figure out how to configure it properly. Also, sometimes the call quality drops suddenly even on a good internet connection, which is a bit frustrating when you’re in the middle of an important internal discussion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, we used to call each other on our personal numbers, which felt unprofessional and got messy. Zoom Phone solved that for us—now all internal communication goes through one system, and it’s much more organised and easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Gen Z-Friendly Interface with Powerful Features That Beat Gmail”
What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Seriously, if I have to talk about the best thing about Outlook, it’s its interface. It feels very Gen Z. Apart from that, I think it’s far better than Gmail. It provides more options than Gmail and has more features. In our college, all emails are created on Outlook, and it makes it easy to mark important things. It also keeps messages away from spam and helps you stay organised compared to Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

What i feel the thing that I dislike about the ui ux is it's interface feel cluttered mainly with reading paneer and folders , finding some email take more clicks than expected . Apart from this the its connects with most microsoft apps but it's non integration with some non microsoft apps feels less seamless . Performance - outlook feels slow when loading large mail boxes , many advanced features are tied up with Microsoft 365 which cause it more expensive for student . If you only use Outlook for email it will be less compelling compared to other apps , Account issues often required searching through document rather than direct suppo ai feature like copilot is interesting but not available for all user rt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Outlook keeps all my college communication in one place by managing email, calenders , invitation , notices etc it reduces changes of missing important announcements , assignment , deadline .

Using Outlook for my college email helps me to stay organized for separating academic email from my personal inbox . Calendar integration makes it easy to track classes , meetings , and deadlines Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“JioMeet makes product demos feel effortless”
What do you like best about JioMeet?

A big part of my work happens over video calls. Whether I'm reviewing code with another team, demoing a new feature, or helping a client reproduce an issue, I'm usually sharing my screen for most of the meeting. All I really need is a platform that lets everyone join without wasting the first few minutes explaining how to connect. JioMeet has been great for that. Some people join from the browser, others use the desktop app, and meetings usually start without any unnecessary delays. When you're working with clients who aren't particularly technical, that simplicity makes a bigger difference than most people realize. Audio quality has been consistently good, meetings stay stable even during longer sessions, and features like screen sharing, recordings, virtual backgrounds, and switching between devices cover everything I need on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

After using it for a while, we notice that screen-sharing quality depends a lot on the connection of whoever is presenting, especially during technical demos. It's not something that happens often, but we start sharing individual application windows instead of the entire desktop whenever possible. That small adjustment makes presentations much smoother and avoids unnecessary distractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JioMeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

I still remember working with a client who was seeing an issue that nobody on our team could reproduce. Instead of spending the whole morning exchanging screenshots and long email threads, we jumped on a JioMeet call and asked them to share their screen while they walked us through the exact steps. At the same time, we were checking logs and comparing everything with our local environment. It didn't take long before we realized the issue only appeared under a very specific combination of user permissions that we'd never tested internally. The fix was ready later that afternoon, and what could've easily turned into days of back-and-forth was resolved in a single meeting. Since then, whenever something is difficult to explain over email, my first instinct is to jump on a quick call and see it happening live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable and easy to use platform for virtual meetings”
What do you like best about GoTo Meeting?

What I like best about GoTo Meeting is its simplicity and reliability. The platform is easy to set up, join, and manage meetings without requiring much technical knowledge. The audio and video quality are generally stable, and features like screen sharing, meeting recording, and scheduling help make remote collaboration more efficient. It works well for both small team meetings and larger business discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

One thing I dislike is that the interface can feel a bit dated compared to some newer collaboration platforms. Occasionally, joining meetings through certain network environments may require some troubleshooting. While the core features work well, some advanced collaboration capabilities could be improved to match competitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoTo Meeting solves the challenge of conducting meetings and collaboration across different locations. What stood out was the communication. Every update came before I had to ask. When the Irish port hit a snag early on, he flagged it straight away, explained it needed no action from our side, and resubmitted — no drama. The US and Canadian numbers went across first, then Ireland and the UK number went live today exactly when he said it would.

It's the kind of service where you notice what didn't happen: no chasing, no confusion. Vaibhav was responsive, competent, clear and just got it done.

Highly recommend.

“Stable calls, solid messaging, and AI that actually helps after meetings”
What do you like best about RingEX?

Having calls, messages, and meetings in the same platform has been more useful than I expected. It doesn’t sound like a big deal at first, but it really shows its value when I’m juggling several projects at once and need to remember who approved a change, when we spoke with the client, or what was still pending after a call. With RingEX, communication feels much more connected and easier to track. Call quality has been stable, and honestly, that matters more to me than any flashy feature. A client call shouldn’t depend on whether the tool feels like working that day. For follow-up meetings, deliverable reviews, and quick calls with vendors, I rarely have to pause or troubleshoot because of technical issues. The mobile experience has also been very strong. Some days a conversation starts on my desktop and I need to continue it from my phone while moving between meetings. Being able to keep that flow without losing context helps a lot, especially when a decision can’t wait until I’m back at my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

I haven’t had any bad experiences with RingEX. For my day-to-day work, it’s been reliable and consistently solid. Calls, video, messaging, integrations, and the AI features all come together in one workflow without making anything feel cluttered, and that’s what I appreciate most. It gives me the communication tools I need without forcing me to bounce between different apps whenever a conversation turns into a task, a meeting, or a follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

A client recently changed several priorities after a long follow-up call. It was not just about moving dates. The change affected deliverables, approvals, and the availability of two people on the team. In the past, that kind of conversation usually ended with scattered notes and someone trying to remember exactly what had been agreed. This time, we used RingEX during the call, went through the key points with the client, and then used the notes and summary to turn those decisions into clear next steps. The next day, when someone asked why a delivery date had moved, I did not have to answer from memory or dig through different messages. We already had the context, the main agreements, and the follow-up items in one place. That helped us avoid confusion and adjust the plan without turning one call into a long chain of clarifications. I have had some challenges integrating to Microsoft. The majority of my work and emails are through Google/GMail. I wish the Microsoft had all the same tools/accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a Freelancer. Before Superhuman - I would manage multiple email addresses, and multiple projects in different places. Now, they are all in ONE window, with sorted tabs. My project management is much stronger, as I can focus on one tab at a time, check in, set reminders for myself, send calendar invitations... all in one place. I don't worry about emails falling through the cracks because it's so organized! The calendar, news, and docs tabs that are AI generated also clear out my inbox to keep the content I actually need at the forefront, and then I can refer to those tabs to find links and files more quickly!

The hours I get back in my day and the peace of mind between projects is well worth the subscription cost of the program. While there was a learning curve at the beginning, their onboarding training and shortcut tools made it easy - that now, I find I'm using those shortcuts in other programs by behavior - and frustrated they don't work everywhere!!
