MS
“Simple, Intuitive, and Seamlessly Integrated for Day-to-Day Collaboration”
What do you like best about Google Workspace?

the combination of UI/UX, integrations, performance, pricing/ROI, support/onboarding, and AI/intelligence. The interface is simple and intuitive, and the integration between Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar and Meet makes managing my day-to-day work much easier.

For my role, where I deal with clients, partners, leads, marketing activities, events and reporting, the ability to collaborate and access everything from anywhere is a major advantage. Performance is reliable, the overall cost provides good ROI, and onboarding new users is straightforward. My experience with Google Workspace's AI and automated features has been positive overall. They are particularly useful for saving time on repetitive tasks such as drafting emails, summarising information, organising content and helping me get through large amounts of communication more efficiently.

For my work with clients, partners, IBs and internal teams, AI helps me get a good starting point quickly, especially when I need to turn rough ideas or information into a professional message or document. The automation and integration across Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Calendar also make my workflow smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The main thing I dislike about Google Workspace is that, although the overall UI/UX and integrations are excellent, some tools can feel limited when I need more advanced functionality. Google Sheets, for example, can become difficult to manage with large or complex datasets, and working across multiple documents and accounts can sometimes feel fragmented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar and Meet connected in one ecosystem means I can keep everything organised and access what I need from anywhere. It reduces time spent searching for information, sharing files or switching between different platforms, and makes collaboration much easier.

The biggest benefit for me is productivity and efficiency. It allows me to respond to clients and partners faster, manage leads and follow-ups more effectively Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Easy Collaboration with Zoom Workplace”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

I like how easy Zoom Workplace is to use for meetings and team communication. Joining meetings is quick, and features like screen sharing and chat make it convenient to collaborate with others. The interface is simple enough that I can use it without spending much time figuring things out. I use Zoom through my organization, so I don't personally pay for it. From my experience, the features are useful for regular meetings and collaboration, but I can't personally evaluate the value against the subscription price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes the experience depends a lot on the internet connection, especially during video meetings. The number of features can also feel a little overwhelming at first, and occasional audio or video issues can happen during longer meetings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace helps make remote meetings and team communication easier. It saves time by allowing us to discuss things quickly through video calls and screen sharing instead of having to meet in person. It is especially useful when working with people from different locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“All-in-One Communication and Collaboration with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

For Microsoft Teams, the thing i like most is that it keeps the day to day communication and collaboration in one place. I regularly use it for team chats, meetings, file sharing and discussions. The integration with Outlook and other Microsoft 365 apps is very convenient specially scheduling meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The main downside for me is that Teams respond little slowly when there are lot of chats and notification going on. To find older chats or messages sometime take little bit of time. Slowness is the only downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’sthe best communication tool. I mainly use Microsoft Teams for my day-to-day communication and project coordination in one place. It helps reduce the back-and-forth emails for quick questions, discussions, and status updates. Having team chats, meetings, file sharing, and project conversations together makes it easier to follow work. It has been especially very useful when working with people from different locations or teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“All-in-One Integrations That Make Quo Easy to Use Across Devices”
What do you like best about Quo?

It’s everything I need in one place, without having to carry an extra phone. I considered that option, but it just wasn’t for me. I also played around with the idea of adding an eSim line, but I wanted something I could access from my computer—and really from any of my devices. The integrations are amazing, and everything is logged, so it can be added into my notes, contacts, and calendars. Overall, it’s an amazing product: perfectly designed and easy to use. I have two businesses, and both of them use Quo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

“Reliable video conferencing and project plaining suite”
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

The primary advantage of Webex Suite is its exceptional audio and video stream stability, which consistently maintains clarity even during sudden bandwidth fluctuations. The layout interface within the Webex User Hub is well-structured and highly professional. It allows our operations team to schedule consecutive project alignments, define clear meeting agendas, and distribute static personal room links to our distributed team members with minimal administrative overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The 40 minute duration restriction imposed on the free evaluation tier can disrupt deeper operational syncs or software validation walkthroughs if discussions extend past the limit. Furthermore, the standalone desktop application exhibits noticeable resource utilization and a slower initialization phase upon system startup. Optimizing the desktop client's load latency to match the responsiveness of the web browser interface would significantly improve the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webex Suite addresses communicational fragmentation by centralizing our virtual coordination, data pipeline planning, and platform evaluation benchmarks across distributed corporate structures. Previously, managing disparate meeting links across multiple channels compromised workflow continuity. By utilizing a dependable, unified hub, we have successfully minimized scheduling friction and ensued smooth, structured cross-team collaboration with external stakeholders. “All-in-One Podcast Hosting and Multiplatform Live Streaming”
What do you like best about Riverside?

I like being able to host, edit, and publish our podcast, and then get it out to a large audience. I also appreciate that we can host live on multiple social media platforms at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riverside?

There are a few tools I think would be especially helpful for editing that aren’t currently available. Because of that, I sometimes have to download my edited podcast just to add and post custom graphics. Riverside is a strong recording platform, but there are several areas where I think the experience could be substantially improved for serious, ongoing podcast production.

The UI/UX can sometimes feel more complicated than it needs to be. Recording, editing, producing clips, managing files, and organizing episodes do not always feel like parts of one seamless production workflow. I would like a clearer project-based interface where everything associated with an episode—recordings, scripts, edits, graphics, transcripts, clips, approvals, and exports—is organized together.

Integrations are another limitation. For a production team, Riverside should feel less like an isolated recording application and more like the center of a larger production ecosystem. Deeper integrations with cloud storage, podcast hosting, YouTube, social platforms, project-management systems, creative applications, and automation tools would reduce the amount of manual work required after recording.

In terms of performance, reliability is extremely important because recordings cannot simply be recreated when something goes wrong. Uploading, processing, synchronization, rendering, and exporting need to be consistently fast and dependable. When a platform is being used for a real production schedule, even relatively small delays or technical issues can disrupt the entire workflow.

The pricing/ROI could also be stronger. Subscription pricing is easier to justify when the platform replaces several other tools. If producers still need separate applications for advanced editing, graphics, social-media production, project management, publishing, and other post-production work, the overall cost of the workflow increases quickly. I would like Riverside to provide more production capability within the subscription rather than requiring an ecosystem of additional paid services.

For support and onboarding, I would like to see a more hands-on experience for professional users. Instead of simply teaching users where features are located, onboarding could help someone design their complete production workflow—from pre-production and recording through editing, approval, publishing, promotion, and archiving.

Finally, AI/intelligence is probably the area with the greatest opportunity. AI should go beyond transcription, summaries, captions, and identifying clips. I would like an intelligent production assistant that actually understands the show, its format, branding, speakers, previous episodes, publishing requirements, and production standards. It could identify editing issues, recommend cuts, prepare multiple platform-specific clips, maintain brand consistency, generate metadata, assist with show notes, organize assets, and help move an episode through the entire production pipeline.

Overall, my biggest frustration is that Riverside has many of the pieces of a modern production environment, but it does not yet feel like a complete production house operating system. I would like to be able to start with an episode concept and move all the way through recording, post-production, approval, publishing, promotion, and archiving without constantly leaving the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Riverside solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am not sure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The admin portal is straightforward, making it simple to add users, update settings, and troubleshoot issues. The call quality has been consistently reliable, and the platform offers the features our organization needs without being overly complicated. It has helped us improve communication while reducing the time spent on administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Outlook is great for me because it integrates with the rest of the Microsoft environment like Teams and the M365 suite. They keep adding new features and integrations, so it’s constantly improving. I’m so used to it now that it’s like 2nd nature to use all of its tools and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

I think there are a few features missing from the new version of Outlook (such as the voting buttons for emails) that were in the old version. Some of these features were replaced with new ones (in the case of the voting buttons we now have polls), but I think they still have some work to do in order to get the new Outlook up to where the old one was. “Convenient and Reliable for Client and Team Meetings”
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I mainly use JioMeet for client calls and internal discussions. Since I work with multiple clients on compliance and regulatory matters, it is useful for discussing documents, explaining compliance requirements and coordinating with client teams without having to arrange physical meetings. The screen sharing feature is particularly useful when I need to walk a client through a document, compliance tracker or filing-related matter. I also find it convenient for regular discussions with team members when working on multiple client assignments. The value is very good for what I am paying, especially because I am currently using the free version. I mainly use JioMeet for client discussions, internal meetings and compliance-related consultations, so I do not have to incur an additional cost for regular video meetings. It helps me save time on travel and makes it easier to connect with clients and team members when a discussion is required. For my current business consultancy requirements, the free version provides most of the basic features I need, so I find the overall value quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

“RingEX Business SMS Keeps Customer Texts with the Company”
What do you like best about RingEX?

We've got sales reps who used to just text customers from their own cell phones since there was not a real business option, which meant client conversations lived on someone's personal device and disappeared if they left the company. RingEX's business SMS ties texting to the actual business numbers, so if a rep leaves, that conversation history stays with us instead of walking out the door with their phone. Also started using the shared SMS inbox for our support line, more than one person can see and respond to the same incoming texts instead of only whoever's phone it landed on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

There's a monthly text limit per user before extra charges kick in, we blew past it in a busy month running an SMS campaign and the bill was a bit higher than we planned for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting customer texting off personal phones and onto an actual business line fixed a real liability we had not thought much about until a rep left and took a bunch of client context with them. Shared inbox access for support texts has also meant faster replies since it's not bottlenecked through one person's device. The per-user text limits caught us off guard once, worth checking your expected volume before assuming unlimited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

And the Split Inbox feature is amazing—it filters out all the newsletter junk so I only see important messages from real people. It genuinely makes getting to Inbox Zero feel satisfying instead of a chore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

While Superhuman is excellent for speed, its high price tag can be hard to justify for casual email users. On top of that, the hotkey-heavy workflow comes with a steep learning curve, so it doesn’t feel like an out-of-the-box solution for everyone. Finally, the lack of a unified inbox across multiple accounts can slow things down when you’re juggling several projects at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That forced mix creates constant visual distraction and real cognitive fatigue, because you’re always sorting through digital noise just to find what actually matters. With Split Inboxes, Superhuman addresses this by automatically separating high-stakes conversations from low-priority updates. As a result, you can stay focused on your most critical work during peak hours without letting anything important slip through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allo?

Not much to report. A few additional features for advanced users would be a real plus, even though, as it stands, the product already perfectly meets my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Allo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allo allows me to work with my French clients while being based in Colombia. Having a French number makes communication easier and allows me to remain reachable under the same conditions as if I were in France. I use this service daily for my professional calls: it allows me to work efficiently without having to subscribe to a phone line in France. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
