What do you like best about Google Workspace?

it plays an important role in managing validation processes, collaboration and reporting across teams. i regularly use google sheets to perform data checks, reconciliation and quality tracking because it handles large datasets smoothly and allows quick filtering and sharing without version conflicts. google docs is very useful for maintaining data quality rules, i like because its easy . in our company gmail makes communication clear and traceable, while google meet helps during data review calls or root cause analysis sessions without needing extra tools. What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

“All-in-One Collaboration Powerhouse for Productivity”
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I appreciate most about Microsoft Teams is its ability to bring all aspects of collaboration together in one unified workspace. The integration of chat, meetings, file sharing, and various applications is seamless, which greatly minimizes the need to switch between different tools and enhances daily productivity. Additionally, its native integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem allows for effortless document collaboration and helps maintain consistent identity, security, and governance throughout the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One aspect I find frustrating about Microsoft Teams is how easily it becomes noisy and cluttered as more people use it. If there isn't strict governance, channels and notifications can quickly get out of hand, making it harder to stay focused and work efficiently. I've also noticed that performance can be unreliable, especially in larger organizations or during busy meetings. Additionally, when it comes to advanced configuration or troubleshooting, Teams often feels less transparent than some other specialized collaboration tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams addresses the challenge of fragmented communication and collaboration by unifying messaging, meetings, file sharing, and application workflows within one platform. This integration lessens the need for various disconnected tools and establishes a central source of truth for team interactions and documents. Consequently, it enhances coordination, accelerates decision-making, and supports more efficient collaboration across different teams, locations, and time zones, all while upholding consistent security and compliance. “Effortless Collaboration and Outstanding Video Quality”
What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how it combines various work tools in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. I especially value the reliable video meetings—Zoom’s call quality and stability remain excellent, even with larger groups or less stable internet connections. It’s also very user-friendly; new users typically require little to no training, and joining a meeting or sharing a screen is simple and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

There are a few aspects of Zoom Workplace that I find frustrating. First, the increasing number of features—such as docs, whiteboard, tasks, and AI tools—makes the interface feel cluttered and more difficult to navigate compared to the classic version of Zoom. Additionally, the chat experience is inconsistent; Zoom Chat lacks the polish and intuitive design of dedicated messaging platforms like Slack or Teams, particularly when it comes to managing ongoing conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace primarily addresses the issue of fragmented communication and collaboration, which leads to several notable benefits. One major problem it tackles is the use of too many disconnected tools, as meetings, chats, calls, and collaborative work are often spread across different applications. It also helps overcome the challenges of remote and hybrid work by providing teams with dependable ways to meet, share context, and collaborate regardless of their location. Additionally, it improves the efficiency of meetings, which can otherwise be difficult to follow, poorly documented, or hard to act upon.

For me, this means I can transition smoothly from chat to meeting to screen sharing without needing to switch between platforms. Meetings have become more productive due to features such as screen sharing, breakout rooms, live captions, and meeting summaries. Collaboration also feels more inclusive, as people can join from virtually anywhere, on almost any device, with very little setup required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Seamless Access and Intuitive Interface Across Devices”
What do you like best about Quo?

The user interface has been really helpful. I can login from my cellphone and my desk and get all the features I need. The option to use the API is also helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The only issue I have with Quo is the use of the AI Assistant in the https://support.quo.com/ page when I'm logged into a browser that is highly secured. The AI UI doesn't respond with any errors that its working or not working. The AI UI doesn't do anything when I type in a question or any text. Of course when I'm in an environment with a less secured browser the AI Assistant works fine. Other than that everything else in the dashboard to the services I have no issues with.

The Quo Dashboard could provide some additional MFA methods. Perhaps offering the use of Yubikey and or an Authentication app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Right now Quo is solving the issue of having a VOIP dashboard I can text and call from easily. I don't have to build a custom UI/UX for me to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Reliable, Secure Collaboration with Seamless Integration”
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

eetings, messaging, calling, and collaboration are tightly integrated, so you don’t have to jump between tools or manage multiple apps. The reliability is a big plus—meetings are stable, audio and video quality are consistent, and security feels solid, which really matters in enterprise environments. I also like the control it gives to hosts and admins, especially for large or important meetings, without making the experience difficult for end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The Webex Suite is that it can sometimes feel heavier than other collaboration tools. The interface isn’t always as intuitive, especially for new users, and some features are buried in menus that take time to get used to. It can also be resource-intensive, which occasionally affects performance on older systems. While it’s very strong on security and enterprise controls, that same complexity can make quick, informal collaboration feel less smooth compared to simpler platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webex Suite solves the problem of having fragmented communication tools by bringing meetings, calling, messaging, and collaboration into a single, secure platform. Instead of switching between different apps for chats, calls, and video meetings, everything is available in one place, which saves time and reduces confusion. “Seamless Communication with Powerful Call Management”
What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

I use Zoom Phone mainly for daily business communication such as calls with clients and team calls, and it's great for managing calls from a single platform with Zoom meetings, making communication more organized. I appreciate features like call routing, voicemail, call logs, and call quality analytics, which are helpful for tracking and follow-ups. It's perfect for remote and hybrid work as it allows taking calls from desktop and mobile without needing a physical phone. What I like most is the seamless integration with the Zoom ecosystem, which makes switching between calls and meetings smooth and keeps communication in one platform. The reliable call quality and flexibility of using it on both desktop and mobile support remote work effectively. The integration saves time and avoids confusion by allowing a call to switch into a meeting instantly. The consistent call quality ensures clear communication with clients and team members. I find call logs and history very useful for tracking past conversations and planning follow-ups, improving productivity. Overall, these features make communication more streamlined and reduce the effort needed to manage multiple tools, adding real value to my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

While Zoom Phone works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup and configuration can feel a bit complex, especially for new users or smaller teams without dedicated IT support. Sometimes advanced call routing or admin settings take time to understand. I’ve also noticed that call quality can occasionally depend heavily on internet stability, so in low-bandwidth situations there may be minor delays or drops. Additionally, the pricing can feel slightly higher compared to basic VoIP solutions, especially if you only need simple calling features. That said, these issues are manageable, and the overall experience is still very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Zoom Phone to manage business calls across devices and locations. It centralizes call history and voicemails, improving response time and accountability. It's great for remote work, with consistent call quality and easy integration with Zoom Meetings, organizing my communication effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Superhuman Mail Supercharged My Productivity and De-cluttered my Inbox.”
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Superhuman mail has been a serious game-changer for my productivity;

- I now routinely get to the bottom of my inbox rather then being swamped by mail because of the segregated inbox function where priority emails are always pushed to the top.

- I find great efficiencies with the AI search function where it can scan my inbox to answer contextual questions about an email I sent weeks or months ago.

- I really also love the clean look of their UI, far less cluttered and serene than my standard inbox view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

My only criticism is that at times I do find it hard to locate emails that may be seen as 'SPAM' and are auto-filtered by the tool away from my inbox... emails like those pesky one-time codes to access other online portals etc. BUt seriously, that's it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Superhuman Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Superhuman mail is helping to provide order to my inbox... My inbox is no longer just a capture of emails in chronological order of arrival, Superhuman helps to filter them by priority in the split inbox view (I never miss a signature request for instance... they are always bubbled to the top and filed separately as 'Signatures'). There is also a ton of context hidden in my inbox, and the Superhuman AI makes it super easy to dig through the noise to surface that context when needed (for instance, I often ask AI things like: "I sent an email about a month ago to Nancy and I provided her with a quote for an add-on package, can you remind me what price I quoted, were there any one-time discounts offered?". Love Sperhuman Mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Meeting?

It's a standalone system, is not part of any ecosystem of Microsoft or Google. In this age of using an ecosystem that offers all the digital service under one license - having separate license and login may add some discomfort Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can’t say enough great things about Carly and Karoline from the Crexendo migration team — they have been phenomenal throughout this entire migration process! From start to finish, their professionalism, patience, and dedication have made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and completely manageable. Every single time I’ve reached out — whether by email or with a quick question — they’ve responded immediately with such a helpful, positive attitude. They’ve answered every question I had (and there were quite a few), always taking the time to ensure I fully understood each step. Even more impressive, they resolved every single issue I encountered — quickly, efficiently, and with zero hassle on my end.

It’s rare to find support that is this responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Carly and Karoline went above and beyond at every stage, and I’m so grateful for their support. It accomplishes what I need without unnecessary complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeleCMI?

At times, the user interface comes across as somewhat basic, and I find that some of the more advanced features could benefit from clearer documentation. Additionally, the support response time tends to slow down during peak hours. “Fair pricing and a seamless experience for solopreneurs”
What do you like best about Allo?

I switched to Allo because the prices are realistic for a solopreneur and it works really well. I've been using it every day for 2 weeks. The implementation is super simple. You can use it either as a web app from a browser or from the Windows application. In both cases, the usage is ultra simple. The AI call summaries are almost instantaneous and the platform's design makes it super easy to use. Moreover, the growing number of integrations with different CRMs on the market makes it an essential tool. Special mention to Allo's customer service, Adrien and Léo, who are super responsive and do everything they can to satisfy customers. It's a big positive point and it's what some of their competitors lack! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Allo?

Having tested Aircall and Ringover, Allo truly ranks at the top of the list! While Aircall works really well but is super expensive, Ringover is just as expensive as Aircall but has terrible customer service and a platform that frankly leaves much to be desired, it's really a mess! In fact, in both cases, if you are a solo user, like me, these two platforms completely shut the door on you and do not allow you to use them. It's been 2 months now since Ringover promised me a quote to be able to purchase a new virtual number starting with 07. I'm still waiting... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Seamless Collaboration and Productivity with Microsoft 365”
What do you like best about Microsoft 365?

What I appreciate most about Microsoft 365 is the effortless, real-time integration it offers across all my devices, turning a suite of apps into a cohesive, unified workspace. Whether I’m composing a document in Word, overseeing a complex project in Teams, or analyzing data in Excel, the real-time co-authoring feature with colleagues—alongside the generous 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage—ensures I never have to worry about version control or being confined to a single location. With the introduction of Copilot AI in 2025, this experience has been enhanced even further. Copilot serves as an "on-demand assistant," capable of summarizing meetings, drafting emails, and automating repetitive tasks, which lets me dedicate more time to creative work instead of administrative duties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?

What I find most frustrating about Microsoft 365 is the persistent sense of "subscription fatigue," combined with a suite that seems to grow more bloated and intrusive over time. Since it operates under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, you never actually "own" the software, and the endless cycle of required updates can be a mixed blessing. These updates often relocate familiar buttons, alter default fonts—such as the recent switch to Aptos—or automatically install applications you have no use for. In 2025, the forceful integration of Copilot AI and OneDrive has become especially bothersome, as the software regularly pushes you toward using cloud storage or AI features, even when you would rather work locally or keep things straightforward. This increasing bloat can cause noticeable slowdowns, with even powerful PCs experiencing lag or stuttering in programs like Outlook or Excel, making the suite feel more like a cumbersome web portal than a responsive desktop application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft 365 has resolved my ongoing issues with digital clutter and disjointed workflows by bringing all my essential tools together in a unified environment. Now, my files, meetings, and communications are seamlessly integrated and finally "talk" to each other. This setup benefits me by serving as a single source of truth; I no longer waste time searching for the most recent version of a document or juggling multiple subscriptions. With 1 TB of OneDrive storage, everything stays synced and accessible, whether I’m working from my laptop at home or using my phone while out and about. Looking ahead to 2025, what truly stands out is how much mental energy I save—Copilot AI takes care of drafting emails and summarizing meetings I’ve missed, while enterprise-grade security ensures my personal data remains protected. This allows me to concentrate on achieving real results instead of spending time managing my software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Brings Remote Teams Together with Fun, Human Interactions”
What do you like best about Gather?

What I like best about Gather is how naturally it brings back the feeling of being “present” with your team, even when everyone’s remote. The spatial setup makes interactions feel more human—you can casually walk up to someone, start a quick conversation, or join a group without scheduling a meeting. It’s great for spontaneous chats, team bonding, and creating an office-like vibe that most video tools miss. On top of that, it’s easy to use, customizable, and actually fun, which makes people want to show up and stay connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gather?

One thing I dislike about Gather is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users who aren’t used to the spatial layout. It takes some time to understand how movement, audio zones, and interactions work. Performance can also dip on slower machines or weaker internet connections, which can interrupt the experience. While it’s great for casual collaboration, it’s not always the best fit for very structured or large meetings, where traditional video conferencing tools can feel more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gather solving and how is that benefiting you?

One thing that could be better is performance when lots of people are in the same space — it sometimes gets a bit laggy or glitchy. I’ve also noticed that the mobile experience isn’t as smooth as on a laptop, which can be frustrating when joining on the go. A few more integrations with tools we use daily would make it even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Communication and Management at an Affordable Price”
What do you like best about Dialaxy?

Main reason to love dialaxy has been its ability to solve real communication problem without having to deal with unnecessary process and documentation. To set up a virtual phone number is pretty easy with its limited yet powerful features provided.

What i love about dialaxy is it's really simple to manage your whole system from a single dashboard. Every features such as call routing , ivr , recording and even call quality is decent to use for daily basis. And all of this i get it in affordable price and i am not even saying anything about customer support. i myself work as technical support but cant match that sort of patience. Simply amazing! What do you dislike about Dialaxy?

Although the platform covers its major parts, its mobile responsiveness has to be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?

As per myself dialaxy has helped me eliminate my traditional phone lines and the fact that i had to be dependable upon social media for communication. As a result i no longer have to waste my maximum time on call rather than to actually work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
