The video conferencing tool has been the best. I have used it many times for my official work as well as personal uses with family. The clarity is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The amount of data that is being spent is quite high. This can be felt especially when using the mobile phone app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I LOVE how quick they respond to questions. The convenience of reaching out to support staff through text is a godsend. Quick solutions to my questions allow me more time to focus on other elements of the business. I cannot express how grateful I am to OpenPhone for providing a viable service that is easy to access through my existing phone. I can easily tell the difference between my personal calls and business calls. Multiple clients have expressed how much they appreciate the convenience of being able to reach out to me with questions, etc., which is made possible by OpenPhone's excellent service. Need to test this a bit more, but service has been spotty outside of Waterloo region (could also be something with my internet connection). There have been a few interruptions within the region as well, but this usually coincided with local internet outages and this has only happened twice in 5 months. In starting a business I believed that I'd have to buy a new phone, set up a separate line, and that navigating this would've been a headache. OpenPhone has a simple enrollment, intuitive user interface, responsive support staff, and at an extremely affordable rate. An added bonus (that I didn't even think would be an option!) is that their app. allows me to use my existing phone. They came through in the clutch with that one. The Gmail is compatible with all google apps which makes it the product of choice. It has great storage capacity, so one can store a large amount of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly don't have any thing that I dislike about Gmail. I have three different accounts that I use for personal and or business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Gmail is the easiest most simple email application on the market. Its compatibility with diverse applications makes it top of the line in the category. It gives you the ability to communicate effectively, while still having enough space to store important files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Gmail allows us to diversify communication across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it is the perfect tool for teams that have to deal with common clients, but that at the same time need to assign some specific messages to different teammates. It offers a very simple system of email assignments that makes the process quite fast. Also, the are a lot of shortcuts, which allows to work more efficiently, and the system of tags works very well too. Finally, it has a feature that lets you see, as a sender, if the client/candidate opened and saw the message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I should allow the company that uses Front to collect more data about how Front is being used: number of received or sent emails, by whom, under which categories, weekly reports... So an improved metrics system. Also, it should fix the problem of automatically leaving as open an email when you click on it, as it can cause the accidental loss of important info Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It helps you a lot if your main need is dealing with great amounts of clients or providers, as it helps you managing high volumes of messages. It also improves the coordination between teams and teammates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think that Whereby values simplicity, it's quick, easy and to the point. All you have to do, if you are the host, is create an account, generate a link and you are ready to start talking in the video conference. The attendees have an even easier way to join, they just have to click the link you have given them, no accounts, no downloads, truly minimalistic. The links you have created can also be given on the phone as the links are very simple to say and share, they are a bunch of jumbled numbers. The meeting holds up to 50 people which more than enough for my 30 student class. Chat is also available to the students who can't afford a microphone. It is feature-packed but remains very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The screen sharing feature is a huge problem as it is almost never reliable. The screen that is being shown can cut out, lag, or have it's audio jumbled/removed. My students have complained a lot about this and how it is affecting their learning as most of the information is seen through that feature. I have tried resetting, reloading and restarting to no avail. However, I did managed to fix it by messaging support but it took them 2 weeks to respond which is not a good sign of good customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Whereby is a very useful video conferencing tool that can be used by anyone due to its ease of use. Apart from screen sharing, Whereby is perfect in every criteria of a video conferencing application. Not needing to download it, puts your students and yourself in a better standpoint in computer security. It's ease of use makes it easier for students and yourself to navigate and fully grasp the features of this amazing technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A benefit that both my students and myself see as a great one is the recording feature. I am able to record sessions of video conferencing with ease which is something I don't see many platforms having. Students can go back to recordings and check out some of the information that they may have forgotten and/or necessary for the assignment/exam. I also go back to see what I have taught and what I have yet to cover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UberConference needs just an email contact information, it's straightforward, and the sound quality is quite good; even for the new attendees, it's easy to share the screen. Apart from the software that has a modern, easy user interface, I'm most delighted that Uber Conference has given me a way to
make a conference with all of my clients without the trouble of asking users to download browser add-ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The drawback is that its mobile application lacks adaptive features compared to its web application. Also, the pricing plans are higher than other solutions with similar functions in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To sum up, this app is very well designed, and it is, of course, an efficient piece of software designed specifically for audio conferencing and screen sharing. Since, there is no option to have video, which results in an effective high definition, crystal clear voice, and excellent image quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A very nice product created by Nextiva. It has simplified the way that I work from home after the start of this new pandemic. My company used to use different software (Skype) which was a terrible choice but since we have switched to Nextiva everything got better. Many of my colleagues have shared the same option about this product that works pretty well. I wish that we knew about this software before and I hope that my company still continue paying for this service. This product will meet all your needs and go above and beyond what you are expecting. Very nice user interface and support team. I supper recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I pretty much have enjoyed my experience with this product. there is not much I have to say that I dislike. I think that there are always ways to improve the speed and quality of the product but most important I can see that the company is always pushing updates to improve the technology. I think this is a great product to go with if you are tired of all the other expensive products. This product will meet all your needs and go above and beyond what you are expecting. Very nice user interface and support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been doing some IT Support using Nextiva Team Collaboration and Video. It's been great and I'm glad that my company has bought this software. Actually, this software has been very helpful to me because I can help people to solve technical issues via phone or screen share. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the ease and convenience of the product. As a reseller, it makes it easy to have plug and play setup. Having customers based thousands of miles away from me, it is nice to know that the setup can be remote. GoToConnect onboarding teams are great. They make the onboarding process simple and easy.
I love that customers have options. Physical phones, soft phones, or even apps on a cell phone all work to keep you connected to your customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I understand that prices have to change based on market demand, no one likes it when prices increase - even if it is a very small amount, no one like to see it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am working with a number of different companies in different verticals - primarily healthcare and education.
In healthcare, we have been able to use this system to conduct telehealth appointments. In education, we have been able to use the system to facilitate distance learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
3CX is an open standards communications solution that replaces proprietary PBX's. Built for business connectivity and collaboration it integrates video conferencing, live chat
We migrated from another PBX that was discontinued, and 3CX beat all of the competition hands down when we were evaluating options. It's easy to manage, and is compatible with a wide array of phone makes and models. Configuration is so intuitive that we were able to download the trial, install it on VMware, and were able to place and receive calls in less than an hour. It's extremely stable, we haven't had a single issue resulting with a reboot of the PBX. We have a single instance of 3CX hosting communications for 4 office locations. A feature rich mobile app is available and it functions beautifully. Online documentation is great. Audio quality is great. We do not have issues with dropped calls. At the end of the day, I would implement 3CX if I had to do it again and I would recommend it to my peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
3CX doesn't offer all inclusive support contracts, and support is not included in their subscription based model. Instead you have to pay per incident, and they have a strict rule of only handling one issue per ticket. This can get costly especially during implementation. Don't ask for your ticket to be escalated, or you'll be scolded. We are very well versed on VoIP, and the only issues we've had to contact support about were the result of the way 3CX is designed. For instance, they will not play the standard ringback tone when a call is transferred. Instead they play hold music. Feature request? You must be a gold certified partner to submit a feature request. What about organizations that are large enough to implement and support a communications solution internally? All Polycom phone models are considered legacy by 3CX and as a result limited functionality is available. Their conference bridge requires a call to be scheduled producing a unique conference code. We needed the ability to assign static conference codes to individuals within our company so we can't use the conference feature. Anything more than a basic incoming call flow requires a Windows application which is still considered beta. On the previous system we had, we could use if/then/else logic to route calls directly within the management interface. Closing the office early? You have to pop open the call flow designer, open a project, make your edits, compile the project, and import it into the phone system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As mentioned above, 3CX is an awesome product. It's easy enough to manage that my help desk staff can add and remove extensions as people come and go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The speed of assistance, and ease with which their technicians assist. I've worked & spoken with the owners of the company. They have been extremely helpful throughout the demo pross and are very knowledgeable about their product. I've also spoken with several technicians, everyone I have spoken with, has resolved the issue very quickly and efficiently. The integration with Connectwise Manage improves the workflow of answering phones and creating tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The inability to manage my own phone queues, I understand the queues are managed by loops for ease of use. With everything I have tested so far this has been my only complaint, therefore to me it is not a deal breaker. The system works exactly as advertised, and for that I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been testing the phone system, using the app on an Android, on my PC using the full application and the ConnectWise Plugin. Everything has worked as advertised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are solving the issue of replacing an outdated phone system, and the benefits are a more modern, sleek application that works with our business. One of the selling points was the ability to use the app from a cell phone. This is especially important to my technicians who rotate on call after business hours. Whenever they contact a client after hours, the end user no longer has the technician's cell phone number, which is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It makes it easy to do required trainings and meetings with our home health field staff who cannot make it to the office. Also provides a very reliable platform for staff from multiple areas of the state to meet and collaborate on issues and solutions. I like that I can answer my office phones if needed while using Lifesize, previously we only had conference call access via phone. We are a small office with only two staff for the phones. I also like that you can turn the camera off if needed as I have some HR duties and deal with patient PHI, so if I am multitasking while participating in a meeting I can ensure all confidential documents I am handling remain off camera. I have experienced connection issues in the past, but these have resolved as of late. I have the lifesize icon saved on my desktop, it is automatically installed for our company on every laptop, and it likes to open every time you login to your laptop unless you change the settings. Not a hurge deal, but would be better if it didn't automatically do this as it can confuse our new field staff (nurses) into to thinking they have a meeting to attend just because it opened. It would be better if you had to go into settings and ask it to open automatically if you wanted that option rather than the other way around. But that really is a minor thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has solved the issue of travel time for our field staff who work in distant counties, save us on mileage, and ensured that our staff can see our patients and still be able to participate in required meetings and trainings. Having one simple code to attend for anyone who has an account, and ability for all participants to dial in to one consistent number based on who is hosting the meeting is WONDERFUL! We are also able to use LIfesize for large groups and it connects very well with our big screens in our conference room , which is a huge plus for required trainings. I have not yet had the opportunity to share my screens through Lifesize but it seems to work well for everyone at our company who has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very useful and can be used from all around the world. I can even download it from my cellphone and use it from there. You can even access it from the web browser. It has multiple options for the user to be able to interact how they prefer best. If your company uses it as well, you can store all of the contacts needed in one same place. This makes it very easy to contact clients and partners that need assistance at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest I don't have any negative feedback. Dialpad Talk works how it's supposed to, you do need access to the internet but nowadays we all have access so that's not much of a problem. Overall you really take the most out of it and receive the best experience possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No recommendations, once the user gets a hands on the product it becomes easy to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can have a quick access to all of my contacts in a single application. I have the access to call and be called at any time using this app. The main benefit is the accessibility of it all. Dialpad does not only serve for business use but it also helps you stay communicated with your whole team. This creates a great benefit because of the quick response time you get from the same coworkers who use the same app. One of the other benefits I've noticed is that you get voicemails sent to your email, making it very easy for a user to return the call and get the context needed from the caller.
