**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dustin T. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Aonmeetings?**

My team handles technical support requests when prospects have trouble joining the scheduled pitch with our sales team. Aonmeetings works well for external users, and the browser-based join option is a lifesaver. It lets prospects jump into a call using Chrome or Edge without needing to install unfamiliar software.

**What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?**

The browser-based join link occasionally behaves unpredictably, depending on the prospect’s strict browser security settings. Sometimes, instead of opening the web viewer, it forces the desktop app, which can confuse non-technical clients.

**What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The browser-based link sometimes behaves incorrectly depending on strict browser security settings. Instead of opening the web viewer, it occasionally forces a desktop application download prompt.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor L. | Field Operations Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Aonmeetings?**

We use AONMeetings to connect our office staff with teams working out in the field. The browser-based access makes it simple for people to join from different devices, without running into setup hassles. Screen sharing is especially helpful for walking through plans and updates visually, rather than relying on long email threads. Audio quality has been consistently clear, even when the connection is weaker.

**What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?**

The video quality can dip a bit when someone joins from a very poor network. It’s still usable overall, but in those situations it isn’t always perfect.

**What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps bridge the communication gap between field and office teams. Updates come through faster and with less confusion, which has reduced rework and kept everyone more aligned.

**Official Response from Dwight Reed:**

It allows us to host professional investor meetings without relying on expensive webinar tools. The recordings also ensure stakeholders can revisit updates later, which has made it much easier to keep everyone aligned. The strong video quality and minimal lag make live demos feel natural and smooth. I can share my screen, annotate features as I go, and answer questions without getting interrupted. Being able to record sessions is also helpful for new prospects who can’t attend live, since they can watch later and still get the full context.

**What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?**

The virtual background options are pretty limited. They do work, but I’d really like to see more variety, especially for customer-facing calls.

**What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Aonmeetings?**

We run weekly performance and planning reviews using AONMeetings. The screen sharing and annotation tools make it easier to walk through data clearly and give more precise feedback in the moment. I also find the AI-generated summaries helpful for capturing key points and keeping track of follow-ups after each meeting.

**What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?**

The AI summaries occasionally miss important context when a conversation jumps between topics. Because of that, I still go back and review the notes manually to make sure everything is accurate.

**What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep our reviews structured and well documented. Team members leave meetings with clear next steps and a shared understanding of what needs to happen. That added clarity has improved execution across teams and made follow-through more consistent.

Features like polls and chat also make it easier to keep remote participants engaged throughout the session.

Managing engagement between in-person and remote groups takes some practice. The tools are available, but instructors still need to plan ahead to keep both groups involved and the session running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?**

The interface could use a bit more polish in a few areas, as some parts still feel slightly rough around the edges.

**Official Response from Dwight Reed:**

Everything is easy to use such as live polling, breakout rooms, and even assigning moderator controls to multiple attendees helps streamline our sessions.
AONMeetings was easy for our staff to implement since all you need is a browser. We were up and running within a day.
We use AONMeetings almost on a weekly basis for board meetings, trainings, professional development with teachers, and meet with parents and have integrated it into our SIS.
Customer support is great!

Even vendors outside our company can join easily without needing to ask for help. The audio quality has also been surprisingly clear, even during longer calls.

New hosts may benefit from a brief walkthrough or quick orientation before running their first meeting.

 ### 23. Scheduling no longer feels like a full-time job!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam C. | Compliance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Aonmeetings?**

The best thing about Aonmeetings is how effortless it makes setting up meetings. I can book recurring sessions, sync with multiple calendars, and send reminders without switching tools. The built-in meeting templates save me so much time when setting up client calls or team reviews. The dashboard is neat, and everything stays organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?**

It can get a bit slow when many participants are invited from different time zones — syncing calendars takes a few seconds. Also, I’d love a built-in “follow-up tasks” feature after meetings instead of exporting notes manually.

**What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Aonmeetings, scheduling was chaos — constant back-and-forth emails and missed updates. Now everything’s centralized, and meeting invites go out perfectly aligned with everyone’s availability. Our goal is to streamline the process and save you time, so we're glad to hear that recurring sessions, calendar syncing, and meeting templates have been helpful. The HD video and screen sharing features operate smoothly, even when I switch between different tabs or tools during a call. The whiteboard is also quite useful whenever I need to explain something on the spot.

**What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?**

Occasionally, when my internet connection drops, the browser refreshes unexpectedly. Because of this, I usually keep a backup tab open just in case.

**What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 26. Making Online Classes Easy and Engaging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel P. | Digital Learning Coordinator & Educator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Aonmeetings?**

The best thing is that my students can join the class with just one click. There is no need for them to download any software, so the parents are also happy. The whiteboard and screen sharing are very good for explaining the lessons, it is feeling just like a real classroom.

**What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?**

When we first started online classes, it was very difficult. Students were having trouble joining, the connection was dropping, and it was hard to keep them focused. Now, the classes are running very smoothly. I can see all my students, they can ask their doubts using the 'raise hand' feature, and I am recording the class so they can revise later. It is helping my students learn better.

**Official Response from Dwight Reed:**

> It's great to hear that Aonmeetings has helped improve your online classes and make them more engaging for your students. We're committed to providing a reliable and user-friendly platform for educators like you.

 ### 32. I like my meetings now !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin I. | E-commerce Manager, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Aonmeetings?**

As an event coordinator, I juggle way too many schedules, and Aonmeetings keeps me sane. I love how easy it is to set up sessions, send invites, and sync everything with Google Calendar. The interface feels light and clean, so I can get in, organize, and move on without ten pop-ups in my face. The built-in reminders also mean fewer “Oops, I forgot!” messages from speakers and guests.
