What do you like best about Allo?

• Ultra-simple and precise setup: I can adapt the answering machine to my tech freelance activity (prospects, appointments, qualification) as well as to my property management (tenants, emergencies, breakdowns).

• Different messages and scenarios depending on the type of caller: professional image and no loss of opportunity.

Allô combines crystal-clear call quality with a beautifully simple interface, so reps actually want to use it. The tight integrations with CRM tools - especially Attio - mean every call is automatically logged with the right context, saving hours of manual work. What do you like best about Allo?

I love using Allô to receive calls from my clients, which helps me enormously in my communication. I find the artificial intelligence particularly appreciable, as it has the ability to respond to my clients during my absences, ensuring continuity of service and greatly improving the management of my business. Moreover, the initial installation of Allô was very easy, which allowed me to start quickly without complications. What do you dislike about Allo?

What do you like best about Allo?

I greatly appreciate the integration of Allô with my Zoho CRM, which makes managing communications much smoother and more efficient. The value for money is excellent, making it an economical choice for my business. Additionally, the ease of use of Allô is remarkable, greatly simplifying daily tasks without requiring a long learning curve. The initial setup proved to be very simple, saving time and allowing us to start using the product almost immediately. What do you like best about Allo?

I love using Allô for my business because it allows me to separate work from personal life, which is essential for maintaining a healthy balance. I find Allô invaluable for making sure I never miss calls, no matter how busy I am throughout the day, thanks to its AI assistant. Its super helpful because it responds to calls even when I’m not available, and it generates small AI summaries so I don’t have to listening to the full conversation between the AI assistant and my clients. The competitive pricing of Allô really stands out to me, especially since the Business plan offers the ability to make international calls to most countries without incurring extra fees. Additionally, I truly appreciate Allô’s superior user interface (UI) and user experience (UX); it's intuitive and easy to use. On top of that, the initial setup was super easy, making the whole process smooth. I also value the integration capabilities of Allô, as I use webhooks to seamlessly pass data to my company's custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Also is good to know that their support team is highly responsive, quickly addressing any issues when they arise. My only problems are that the features are limited and one time I got an error that cause my line to stop receiving calls for a few days, causing me to lose some clients, when I contacted support, they fixed the problem but where unable to tell me details about the calls that were unable to reach my line Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Allo?

I really appreciate Allô for its ability to easily connect to our CRM, which is essential for our business. This integration greatly facilitates the management of customer interactions and ensures that nothing is lost during exchanges. In addition to that, the call summaries generated by artificial intelligence are incredibly valuable, as they allow me to transcribe my exchanges accurately and never miss important details. This feature is truly a major asset for me on a daily basis. The initial setup process of Allô proved to be simple and hassle-free, as our business needs were well-defined from the start. I greatly appreciate this simplicity which made the adoption of the solution smooth. Moreover, the fact that Allô can be used from any device while staying connected with our CRM significantly improves our flexibility and efficiency, which is a real plus for our team.
