“Flexible Platform with Easy Navigation, Minor Pricing Concerns”
What do you like best about monday Work Management?

I find monday Work Management incredibly beneficial for coordinating my projects, particularly because it keeps all my information in one convenient location. The accessibility across devices like my phone and iPad enhances its convenience, allowing me to manage tasks from anywhere. I love the visually appealing design that is both simple and pleasing, making it comfortable to interact with. Its intuitive nature allows me to make decisions confidently even if I'm not fully acquainted with specific processes. The platform's flexibility is a standout feature, as it lets me customize boards and layouts to suit my needs and display data exactly how I want to see it. Additionally, the ease of use made the initial setup very straightforward and hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

I do feel that there are a lot of features I don't use, yet I'm still paying for the full service. I would love to be able to pay a lower fee for a single, basic user, knowing that there are a lot of features I don't need, and can opt into later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday Work Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

monday Work Management keeps all my information in one place, accessible anywhere on any computer, phone or iPad. It's easy to navigate and customize, with a simple, pleasing design that helps me display data how I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Lucidchart Elevates Technical Diagrams and Streamlines Creative Workflows”
What do you like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

Lucidchart’s specific libraries for ER (Entity Relationship) diagrams and UML shapes make my technical work look industry-standard. It allows me to visually prove to future employers, "I don't just know the theory of database design; here is the actual schema I built."

I can start in Lucidspark, dumping sticky notes for my film script or brainstorming features for the app. Once those messy ideas solidify, I can instantly switch to Lucidchart to map out the actual logic. I don't need to migrate data. It allows me to go from "Wouldn't it be cool if the app had community events?" to a concrete "User Flow Diagram" in the same ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

I wanted to build my portfolio using tools that are completely free of cost. Lucid is aggressive with its paywall. The 60-object limit on the free plan is frustratingly low; I hit it almost immediately when trying to map a detailed user flow for an App. It forces me to break work into tiny, disconnected documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I juggle complex, invisible logic (like AI RAG models and SQL schemas) alongside creative concepts (like my dystopian film storyboards). The main problem I face is translating these abstract ideas into something tangible that others can understand. It turns the backend logic of my App into clear flowcharts. I can see exactly where the user journey breaks before I write a single line of code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Effortless Collaboration and Intuitive Interface with Miro”
What do you like best about Miro?

Over the past period I’ve been using Miro extensively at Deployteq, both internally with colleagues and during brainstorm sessions with clients. What I appreciate most is how effortless it feels to get ideas out of people’s heads and onto a shared canvas. Even team members who aren’t naturally visual thinkers pick it up quickly — the interface is intuitive, the tools are simple, and everyone can participate without technical barriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

If I have to mention a downside, it’s that large, complex boards can get a bit slow, especially when many elements are added over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Miro, brainstorms and planning sessions often resulted in scattered notes, screenshots, and separate documents. It was easy for context to get lost.

Now, everything lives on a single canvas — ideas, user flows, wireframes, notes, links. Everyone sees the same thing at the same time, which creates instant alignment. No more “Can you send me that file?” or “Where did we put that post-it again?”.

Another issue we had before using Miro, preparing physical workshops used to take a lot of time: formatting slides, printing canvases, arranging activities. Miro allows us to have a framework for workshops that we can use, time and again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Unmatched Flexibility and Customization for Streamlined Workflows”
What do you like best about ClickUp?

One of its biggest strengths is its flexibility—everything from task views to dashboards can be customized to match our working style. This level of adaptability has helped us streamline coordination, reduce miscommunication, and ensure that important work doesn’t fall through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The interface can feel overwhelming for new users, with so many features competing for attention. The learning curve is noticeable, and onboarding requires time and guidance. Additionally, performance issues occasionally arise—certain views can be slow to load, and syncing across devices isn’t always seamless. More intuitive navigation and a lighter UI would make the experience smoother and more accessible for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform’s ability to integrate documents, comments, task dependencies, and reminders in one place has been especially useful for managing the layered, collaborative nature of ISDM projects. It solves the problem of scattered information and fragmented communication by bringing all workstreams together, making it easier to align internally and stay on top of timelines. “Effortless Onboarding and Flexible Task Management in Asana”
What do you like best about Asana?

I appreciate how easy it is to start working in Asana even with minimal setup, and this simplicity realy helps teams get moving fast. The interface offers several ways to view tasks which makes it flexible for different workstyles. I also find it extremely helpful that Asana integrates smoothly with other apps which reduces a lot of manual effort throughout the week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

One thing I notice is that some advanced features can feel a bit hidden which slows me down at times. The amount of notifications can become overwhelming if they are not managed well, and that's a smal irritation that builds up over time. I also think that some integrations take a little longer to configure than I would expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana helps me keep track of multiple projects without losing sight of deadlines, which is a huge relief in busy periods. It also centralizes communication so I dont have to chase updates across different channels. “Notion Supercharged My Lead Generation Workflow and Bidding Efficiency”
What do you like best about Notion?

I love the ability to streamline workflows in Notion. I attended the Make with Notion conference this year in San Francisco and the demos opened my eyes to everything Notion is actually capable of. The AI features have drastically improved my business operations and given me back so much time to build custom software for my clients. Workload management has become a breeze with the tools I have built using Notion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

Not much comes to mind, but the one limiting feature I would say is the ability to reference data between databases is complicated. I understand how to utilize relations and rollups, but there's a part of me that wishes Notion had some kind of spreadsheet functionality (cell references, etc) AS AN OPTION for building some specific tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion has streamlined and automated my lead generation process for my consulting business. I have built a workflow where I can analyze job listings that are automatically ingested into Notion database, Notion AI assistant will analyze the description and give the job a grade based on my custom instructions, then assign a "Apply", "Maybe", or "Skip" status. This saves me so much time and allows me to spend less time reading through listings and more time crafting bids. I also use the AI writing assistant to generate the templates of proposals for me to specific jobs, which also saves me tons of time. Overall it has been a great experience and become a process that my business can't live without. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Smartsheet: A Modern PMO That Streamlines Complex Projects Effortlessly”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

Smartsheet gives me an operational command centre that actually scales with the way I work. The platform takes complex projects and translates them into clean, trackable workflows without any of the friction you’d expect from legacy tools. The interface is intuitive enough that onboarding is a non-event, yet powerful enough to handle multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.

The biggest upside is how quickly I can stand up structured project frameworks, automate repetitive tasks, and maintain real-time visibility across deliverables. It removes noise, reduces admin, and helps me drive initiatives forward with pace and accountability. In short, it feels like a modern PMO in a box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

The only consistent pain point is that some of the more advanced features sit behind a learning curve that slows down adoption for team members who aren't as tech-comfortable. When scaling cross-department projects, I occasionally have to simplify workflows just to keep everyone aligned. A more seamless integration layer for external tools would also unlock even more end-to-end automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet streamlines project execution by centralising tasks, timelines, and communication into one accountable ecosystem. It eliminates version-control headaches, manual reporting cycles, and scattered task management across emails and chats.

The benefit is operational clarity. I can forecast workload, manage dependencies, and track progress with zero ambiguity. It reduces bottlenecks, accelerates delivery, and gives leadership the transparency they need without me building ad-hoc reports. It lets me run projects with a level of discipline and velocity that traditional spreadsheets or generic task tools simply can’t match. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Seamless Jira Integration Makes Tracking Effortless”
What do you like best about Jira?

I have been using Jira for over a year now, and I appreciate how it links stories or bugs to the pull requests or commits we create in Bitbucket. This integration makes tracking work much more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

There isn’t much to dislike about Jira, but I think it would be helpful if there were a confirmation step before assigning a ticket to someone. Sometimes, I accidentally assign tickets before I’ve added a proper description, which can cause confusion. Additionally, I believe that making JQL queries available for dashboard public APIs would be very beneficial for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jira is very useful in our organization. It helps us track which work has been completed in each fix version or sprint, as well as who is responsible for specific tasks, the amount of work done, and the time taken. We can also see how many tickets each person has resolved, review the set of features delivered in a release, and monitor the team's progress every sprint. Jira makes it easy to properly track Epics, see which stories belong to which Epic, and identify who is involved. Additionally, linking Figma, Bitbucket, and other apps within Jira is very helpful for keeping track of pull requests and commits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Power Automate as a problem solver”
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I appreciate most about Power Automate is its new design and improved connectivity. The updated user interface makes it much easier to add blocks for connections and use them in a more intuitive way. I also value the Flow Checker, which alerts users to errors—this is an extremely helpful feature. In addition, the Flow Run viewer provides clear insights that make troubleshooting and monitoring much easier. The implementation of flows and their seamless integration with Power Apps have been especially beneficial, as I use Power Automate frequently alongside Power Apps. Finally, the customer support and the Microsoft community are both exceptionally helpful and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I believe the AI implementation in Power Automate is very helpful. If a user encounters an error, it would be even more beneficial if the system could suggest appropriate AI tools or automatically recommend the required components. Integrating Power Apps with Copilot would make the experience even more seamless and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to integrate with Power Apps, and some features that are not available directly in Power Apps can be easily developed in Power Automate, allowing me to achieve the required results efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“My Airtable Experience: Likes, Challenges, and Benefits”
What do you like best about Airtable?

What I like best about Airtable is how it combines the familiarity of spreadsheets with the power of a full database. It lets me organize complex information in a way that’s still very intuitive. I also really appreciate the flexibility, and being able to customize fields, create different views, and set up automations makes it easy to adapt the system to whatever workflow I’m managing. The collaboration features are also a big plus because everyone can see updates in real time without creating confusion. Overall, it saves time, keeps everything organized, and makes my processes run a lot smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

One thing I dislike about Airtable is that as your base grows, it can sometimes slow down or get a bit cluttered. Managing large amounts of data or multiple linked tables can require extra organization. Also, some features, like advanced automation limits and interface options, are restricted unless you’re on a premium plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airtable solves the problem of having information scattered across different spreadsheets, emails, and systems. It gives me one centralized place to organize everything in a structured and visually clear way. Instead of juggling multiple tools or manually updating spreadsheets, I can track projects, tasks, and data in real time and share it with the team instantly. The ability to link records, automate steps, and create different views saves a lot of time and reduces errors. Wrike centralizes client work, approvals, and task ownership so our 5-person team isn’t chasing threads across email and chat. Dashboards and workload views give me a real-time picture of project health, and automations remove repetitive follow-ups so we move faster without growing headcount. “The tool significantly simplifies team coordination”
What do you like best about Worksection?

Project management, deadline tracking, file collaboration, time reports, client transparency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worksection?

The mobile app has limited functionality, and the interface can feel overwhelming for new team members. Overall, however, Worksection greatly simplifies team coordination and makes processes transparent for clients, which is crucial for an independent design agency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Worksection solving and how is that benefiting you?

Worksection has become a key tool for managing our design studio. I can simultaneously oversee multiple projects, assign tasks to designers, and track deadlines for mockups, brand books, and UX concepts. Automatic reminders and notifications are especially useful — they help prevent missed deadlines.

We coordinate files with clients directly within the system: mockups, logos, and presentations can be attached to tasks, commented on, and versioned — saving dozens of hours of email communication. Time-tracking reports help analyze how much effort is spent on each task, allowing us to plan budgets and distribute workloads more accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am project co ordinator and before using backlog it was very hard to manage tasks and track progress of each team member and give updates to my senior. I take update on messages or calls and still there was lot of confusion. Sometimes we missed deadlines and sometimes small tasks was forgot. Bht when we started using backlog problems started solving automatically because everything is simple I just create tasks assign team set deadlines and just keep checking the dashboard that tasks are done or not and now I dont have to give updates regularly to my senior because they can also check everything on projects that what is completed or what is still pending. During meetings i just open backlog and get all updates in of projects and explain everything to my senior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
