The flexible canvas, templates, sticky notes, diagrams, and collaboration features make brainstorming and project planning much easier. I especially like being able to keep different ideas and workflows together on one board and quickly rearrange them as a project develops. These features make my work more organized and easier to manage. I can quickly capture ideas with sticky notes, turn them into diagrams or workflows, and use templates to get started faster. The collaborative features are especially useful when I need to share ideas or work with others because everyone can contribute and see the same information in one place. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. Creating an account, setting up a board, and organizing the workspace took very little time. The interface was intuitive, so I was able to start brainstorming and planning projects without much difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ravetree is an Agile Work Management platform designed for project-driven teams that need to track projects, capacity, and time.
Also listed in Professional Services Automation, Project and Portfolio Management, Project Management
The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. We also needed the ability to invoice for each of these phases—sometimes as a percentage. Ravetree allows for all of this. Very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reach new heights of business productivity by automating repetitive, time-consuming tasks with Microsoft Power Automate.
Also listed in Process Mining, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Automation Platforms (BAPs)

What I like most is that it lets me automate repetitive tasks without having to write much code. There are plenty of ready-made connectors, so it’s straightforward to build workflows between Microsoft applications and other services. Automations like sending notifications, updating files, moving data, or triggering actions automatically can save a lot of manual effort.
I also appreciate how well it fits into the Microsoft ecosystem. Since I already use tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and other Microsoft services, creating workflows between them feels natural. The interface is easy to follow, and once you’ve built a couple of flows, putting together new ones becomes much faster.
Copilot is another helpful addition. It can generate flows from simple descriptions and suggest improvements, which comes in handy when I’m trying to automate something quickly or when I’m learning a new workflow. I still review everything before using it, but it definitely helps speed things up.
Overall, it’s a solid tool for cutting down on repetitive work and improving productivity without needing deep development experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Also listed in Project Management, Subscription Management

Agency Handy is one of the very few tools I’ve used that genuinely lives up to the “all-in-one” promise. Instead of stitching together 5–10 different tools (CRM, invoicing, proposals, project management, client comms, etc.), everything is finally in one clean, intuitive platform.
The biggest win for me is how connected everything feels:
• Client onboarding flows straight into projects
• Services → proposals → invoices → payments all link together seamlessly
• Tasks and deliverables are automatically created from what clients purchase
• The client portal gives a genuinely professional, branded experience
The service catalog + proposal system alone is a game-changer. It makes selling services feel structured and scalable instead of manual and messy.
On top of that:
• The UI is incredibly clean and easy to navigate
• Setup is fast (we were up and running properly within hours, not weeks)
• The client portal reduces email back-and-forth massively
• Recurring billing + payments just work (huge time saver)
• Team collaboration and task tracking are built-in and actually usable
And honestly — the support and development team deserves serious credit. They’re responsive, helpful, and clearly shipping updates consistently. You can tell this isn’t a stagnant tool — it’s evolving quickly based on real user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Airtable for its flexibility as a no-code, low-code platform. It's great for creating custom, client-specific processes with the right combination of guardrails and flexibility. This platform allows me to simplify and restructure processes easily, and it was a cost-effective alternative to Salesforce. I appreciate being able to integrate it with other platforms like e-signature solutions, making it versatile. The ability to customize ensures that clients don't feel locked into our service, as they can make simple changes themselves. I also enjoy how, as we get comfortable with Airtable, it becomes more powerful and addictive to integrate more business operations, consolidating tech sprawl into one platform. Additionally, if a new use case arises, it's usually possible to integrate with other platforms the client already uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quickbase has been helpful for managing our existing logs and organizing information across different service areas. Our DSS department uses it to track client data, which we previously managed in an Excel spreadsheet. It addressed the problem of multiple staff members trying to edit the same file at once, which used to cause issues. Overall, it’s been smooth to use, and we haven’t had any complaints with what we currently have in place. I also appreciate the flexibility to create test applications so I can explore potential uses for other departments. Pricing is fair and worth the functionality. We haven't had any issues with performance or integration of existing data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
