“Seamless Monday + Outlook Integration with an Easy, Intuitive UI”
What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?

I like that it’s already integrated with my Monday boards and workflows. It understands exactly what I’m referring to in my prompts, and it also works well for tasks outside the platform, such as sending reminder or follow-up emails through the Outlook integration. The UI is extremely easy to use, even for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?

It doesn’t seem to have a central place where I can configure everything. I have one agent in one workspace and another agent in a different workspace, and as an admin I have to dig through the settings just to see which agents exist. Overall, there doesn’t really seem to be a central home for managing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is monday AI Work Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping users that aren't proficient in AI or automations create what they need without having to reach out to an internal source and get help. It allows them to work more independently and save time on manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Lucid Simplifies Technical Design and Team Collaboration”
What do you like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

I mainly use Lucid to document ride request processing and driver matching workflows before development starts. During design reviews, I update architecture diagrams based on team feedback so everyone works from the same design. AI-assisted diagram generation gives us a solid starting point, while comments and real-time collaboration make reviews much faster and reduce back-and-forth discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

As our architecture diagrams become larger, navigating different sections can take a little extra time. When several teammates review and update the same document, keeping every component organised sometimes requires manual adjustments. More intelligent auto-layout options and stronger filtering for large diagrams would make technical design reviews even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps us turn complex system designs into visual documentation that everyone can understand. We use it to map ride request processing, driver matching logic, and service interactions before development begins. Having a shared diagram reduces misunderstandings during design reviews, speeds up technical discussions, and makes it much easier to update architecture as requirements evolve. “Jira Keeps Design Work Organized—Rovo Saves Time and Boosts Visibility”
What do you like best about Jira?

What I like most about Jira is how easy it makes it to organize and track my work. As a UI/UX Designer, I can clearly follow design tasks, requirements, progress, and bug tickets in one place, which makes coordination with the development and QA teams much easier.

I especially like Rovo, as it has helped me save a lot of time when finding information, understanding tickets, and working through project-related tasks. Overall, Jira helps me stay organized and gives me better visibility into what the team is working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

What I dislike about Jira is that it can sometimes feel overly complex for simple tasks. There are many fields, statuses, filters, and configurations, and it can take extra time to find the exact information I need. Another issue is that when there are a lot of tickets and notifications, Jira can feel a bit overwhelming. I think a simpler way to highlight the most important updates, feedback, and blockers would make it easier to use day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jira is helping solve the problem of keeping work organized, visible, and easy to track across different teams. For me as a UI/UX Designer, it gives me one place to manage design tasks, bug tickets, requirements, feedback, and progress.

This benefits me because I can clearly see what is assigned to me, what is in progress, what is blocked, and what has been completed. It also makes collaboration with Product, Frontend, Backend, and QA much easier because everyone can refer to the same ticket, requirements, comments, and updates. “A Powerful Visual Collaboration Tool for Community Creators”
What do you like best about Miro?

I use Miro for brainstorming ideas, planning projects, creating visual workflows, and organizing information on collaborative boards. It helps me structure my thoughts, visualize ideas, and collaborate more effectively on projects. I like Miro most because it makes ideas easy to visualize and organize. The flexible canvas, templates, sticky notes, diagrams, and collaboration features make brainstorming and project planning much easier. I especially like being able to keep different ideas and workflows together on one board and quickly rearrange them as a project develops. These features make my work more organized and easier to manage. I can quickly capture ideas with sticky notes, turn them into diagrams or workflows, and use templates to get started faster. The collaborative features are especially useful when I need to share ideas or work with others because everyone can contribute and see the same information in one place. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. Creating an account, setting up a board, and organizing the workspace took very little time. The interface was intuitive, so I was able to start brainstorming and planning projects without much difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

One area that could be improved is the learning curve when using some of the more advanced features. With larger boards, it can sometimes take time to find and organize everything. I would also like to see more features available on the free plan and better performance when working with very large or complex boards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro helps me structure my thoughts, visualize ideas, and collaborate more effectively. It solves the difficulty of organizing ideas and planning projects by allowing me to visually organize and communicate them on collaborative boards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Asana Makes Project Management Simple, Transparent, and Easy to Track”
What do you like best about Asana?

I like Asana because it makes project and task management simple and transparent. It’s easy to organise work, assign ownership, track progress and deadlines, and keep communication connected to the relevant tasks. The interface is intuitive, and features like project views, timelines and task dependencies make it particularly useful for managing cross-functional projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

The main downside for me is that some features can take a bit of time to get used to, especially when setting up more complex projects. The number of options can sometimes make the interface feel a little busy, and I think the reporting and customisation could be more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana helps me keep track of tasks, priorities, and deadlines in one place instead of relying on multiple spreadsheets, emails, or messages. It gives me a clear overview of what needs to be done and helps ensure that important actions don't get missed. “All-in-One, Customizable Productivity Hub for Notes, Tasks, and Collaboration”
What do you like best about Notion?

What I like best about Notion is how it combines notes, task management, databases, and collaboration in one place. It is highly customizable, making it easy to organize personal projects, study materials, and work efficiently. The clean interface, powerful templates, and ability to access everything across devices make it a reliable productivity tool. It helps me keep all my information organized without needing multiple apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

One downside of Notion is that it can feel overwhelming for new users because of its many features and customization options. Some advanced functions have a learning curve, and performance may slow down when working with very large pages or databases. It also has limited offline functionality compared to some other note-taking apps, which can be inconvenient when internet access is unreliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion solves the problem of managing information across multiple apps by bringing notes, tasks, documents, databases, and project planning into a single workspace. “Intuitive, Excel-Like Smartsheet That Makes Tracking and Managing Data Easy”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

I appreciate that Smartsheet feels familiar because it is similar to Excel, which makes it relatively easy to learn and navigate. At the same time, many of its features feel more intuitive, particularly conditional formatting and the ability to connect and work across multiple sheets. These capabilities make it easier to organize information, track progress, and manage data more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

I wish Smartsheet allowed multiple tabs within a single document, similar to an Excel workbook, rather than requiring each sheet to be created separately within a workspace. Although this structure can feel less organized when working with several related sheets, the workspace navigation is straightforward enough that it has not created a significant issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smartsheet helps solve the challenge of tracking tasks, deadlines, and follow-up responsibilities across a team. My favorite feature is the ability to automate email notifications based on specific conditions, such as approaching or past-due dates. These reminders make it easier for staff to stay on top of time-sensitive responsibilities, reduce the likelihood of missed deadlines, and provide greater consistency and accountability across our workflows. This system worked so well for my original team that, when I took over management of a different program, I introduced Smartsheet there as well to help automate processes and prevent missed deadlines. actiTIME gives us a clear view of how time is spent across projects, initiatives, and teams. As a product marketing team, we’re often juggling launches, campaigns, research, enablement, and cross-functional work at the same time, so having structured project-based time tracking is extremely valuable. “A project management tool that drives measurable marketing results”
What do you like best about morningmate?

Morningmate has been a project management game-changer for handling brand campaigns. By centralizing all project management tasks, our team reduced campaign planning time by nearly 35%. Tracking KPIs in real-time allowed us to spot underperforming channels quickly and reallocate budget more effectively. Thanks to this, our most recent campaign achieved a 20% higher engagement rate compared to the previous quarter.

Having one workspace where designers, marketers, and external partners collaborate seamlessly made execution smoother and faster. The automation of repetitive updates also freed up more time for creative work, which directly contributed to stronger campaign results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about morningmate?

I just wish more marketers knew about this tool, since it’s still not as widely recognized as it deserves to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is morningmate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Morningmate, our marketing projects often suffered from scattered communication and missed deadlines across different tools. Morningmate centralized all project management tasks, which cut down planning time and reduced confusion between teams. Real-time KPI tracking helped us identify underperforming campaigns quickly and optimize budgets more effectively. Collaboration with external partners also became smoother, since everyone could work in the same workspace without constant email back-and-forth. “Great for Project Budgets”
What do you like best about Ravetree?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. We also needed the ability to invoice for each of these phases—sometimes as a percentage. Ravetree allows for all of this. Very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ravetree?

There's nothing I dislike, but it would be nice if they had a full general ledger accounting system to handle accounts payable, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sree K.

“Easy, Code-Light Automation That Fits Perfectly in the Microsoft Ecosystem”
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

What I like most is that it lets me automate repetitive tasks without having to write much code. There are plenty of ready-made connectors, so it’s straightforward to build workflows between Microsoft applications and other services. Automations like sending notifications, updating files, moving data, or triggering actions automatically can save a lot of manual effort.

I also appreciate how well it fits into the Microsoft ecosystem. Since I already use tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and other Microsoft services, creating workflows between them feels natural. The interface is easy to follow, and once you’ve built a couple of flows, putting together new ones becomes much faster.

Copilot is another helpful addition. It can generate flows from simple descriptions and suggest improvements, which comes in handy when I’m trying to automate something quickly or when I’m learning a new workflow. I still review everything before using it, but it definitely helps speed things up.

Overall, it’s a solid tool for cutting down on repetitive work and improving productivity without needing deep development experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

I don’t have any major issues with it, but there is a bit of a learning curve as workflows get more complex. Simple automations are easy to build; however, once you start adding multiple conditions, approvals, or integrations, it takes some time to understand how everything fits together.

When a flow fails, troubleshooting can also mean digging through the run history to pinpoint exactly where the problem occurred. It’s not especially difficult, but clearer error messages would make debugging faster and more straightforward.

Other than that, it’s been a reliable tool and has worked well for the automation scenarios I’ve explored so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps cut down on repetitive manual work by automating tasks that would otherwise have to be done again and again. Rather than manually moving information between applications, sending routine notifications, or updating files, workflows can take care of those activities automatically.

From my perspective, it also creates opportunities to automate team processes such as approvals, reporting, and other day-to-day activities using tools that are already part of the Microsoft ecosystem. This saves time, reduces the chance of manual mistakes, and lets people focus on more valuable work instead of routine tasks.

The biggest benefit is that once a workflow is set up, it keeps running consistently without needing constant attention. That improves productivity and makes everyday work noticeably more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The templates and easy-to-use tools make it simple to explain ideas visually, even when working with people who are not familiar with collaboration tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conceptboard?

What problems is Conceptboard solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Agency Handy Delivers on the All-in-One Promise—Clean UI, Seamless Workflows”
What do you like best about Agency Handy?

Agency Handy is one of the very few tools I’ve used that genuinely lives up to the “all-in-one” promise. Instead of stitching together 5–10 different tools (CRM, invoicing, proposals, project management, client comms, etc.), everything is finally in one clean, intuitive platform.

The biggest win for me is how connected everything feels:

• Client onboarding flows straight into projects

• Services → proposals → invoices → payments all link together seamlessly

• Tasks and deliverables are automatically created from what clients purchase

• The client portal gives a genuinely professional, branded experience

The service catalog + proposal system alone is a game-changer. It makes selling services feel structured and scalable instead of manual and messy.

On top of that:

• The UI is incredibly clean and easy to navigate

• Setup is fast (we were up and running properly within hours, not weeks)

• The client portal reduces email back-and-forth massively

• Recurring billing + payments just work (huge time saver)

• Team collaboration and task tracking are built-in and actually usable

And honestly — the support and development team deserves serious credit. They’re responsive, helpful, and clearly shipping updates consistently. You can tell this isn’t a stagnant tool — it’s evolving quickly based on real user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agency Handy?

If I had to pick something, it would be that there are still areas where deeper customization (especially around branding, layouts, or UI tweaks) could go further.

That said — and this is important — this is actually one of the reasons I’m bullish on the product.

Unlike most tools where limitations feel “baked in,” Agency Handy is clearly being actively developed, and many of the things you might initially want are either already being improved or on the roadmap.

So rather than being a frustration, it feels more like:

👉 “This is already great — and it’s only getting better.” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agency Handy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Agency Handy, our workflow was fragmented across multiple tools:

• CRM in one place

• Proposals somewhere else

• Invoicing and payments separate

• Tasks and delivery tracked manually or in another system

• Client communication scattered across email

It was inefficient, messy, and things slipped through the cracks.

Agency Handy has completely centralised our operations:

• Everything now lives in one system

• Client journeys are structured from start → delivery → payment

• Internal workflows are clearer and easier to manage

• Clients have a single place to log in, view progress, and interact

The impact has been huge:

• Less admin time

• Faster onboarding

• More professional client experience

• Fewer mistakes or missed steps

• Better scalability as we grow

It’s effectively become our agency operating system, not just another tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Flexibility Meets Cost-Effective Customization”
What do you like best about Airtable?

I love Airtable for its flexibility as a no-code, low-code platform. It's great for creating custom, client-specific processes with the right combination of guardrails and flexibility. This platform allows me to simplify and restructure processes easily, and it was a cost-effective alternative to Salesforce. I appreciate being able to integrate it with other platforms like e-signature solutions, making it versatile. The ability to customize ensures that clients don't feel locked into our service, as they can make simple changes themselves. I also enjoy how, as we get comfortable with Airtable, it becomes more powerful and addictive to integrate more business operations, consolidating tech sprawl into one platform. Additionally, if a new use case arises, it's usually possible to integrate with other platforms the client already uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

Probably the biggest complication, though it's getting better, is in record count limits and how well Airtable serves "line item" processes. It's possible, it's just maybe not the best space for it often, as it can require extra fields and less intuitive arrangements. It would be nice if Airtable built a native "archive" function for archiving records in a table so that they weren't deleted but transcribed to a different space for reporting purposes later. The setup of Airtable took a bit of time, and since it's a custom solution, we needed to rethink how the process worked to integrate it better into other processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airtable lets me create custom solutions with flexibility and guardrails, offering clients a no-code platform they can self-edit. It saves costs by replacing systems like Salesforce and integrates with existing tools, enhancing our process efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is easy to understand, so I can focus on explaining ideas instead of learning the tool. Sharing a board with others is also straightforward, which makes discussions much smoother. What do you dislike about Whimsical?

It works really well for small and medium-sized projects, but larger boards can become difficult to manage. I would also like to see more customization options for templates and design elements, especially when creating detailed workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whimsical solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Whimsical to turn rough ideas into visual diagrams before moving to design or development. Instead of long explanations, I can map workflows, user journeys, or page structures that everyone understands quickly. It reduces confusion during discussions, speeds up planning, and makes it easier to collect feedback before the final work begins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Original Information
“Great Overall Functionality and Potential AI Capability”
What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase has been helpful for managing our existing logs and organizing information across different service areas. Our DSS department uses it to track client data, which we previously managed in an Excel spreadsheet. It addressed the problem of multiple staff members trying to edit the same file at once, which used to cause issues. Overall, it’s been smooth to use, and we haven’t had any complaints with what we currently have in place. I also appreciate the flexibility to create test applications so I can explore potential uses for other departments. Pricing is fair and worth the functionality. We haven't had any issues with performance or integration of existing data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

Before Quickbase, we relied heavily on Excel for tracking client information, and it wasn’t working well. Staff ran into issues with multiple people editing the same file, which led to errors and inefficiencies. Quickbase eliminated those problems by providing a centralized platform where everyone can access and update information without conflicts. It’s also helped us explore ways to streamline processes, like maintenance tracking and capturing signatures, though those are still in the early stages. Overall, Quickbase has made managing data easier and more reliable for the department that uses it. We would like to see more features related to signature capturing that is integrated into QuickBase and not a third party attachment. AI features are being introduced constantly so that has been a great addition to existing functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows us to spin up applications for clients very quickly without a lot of staff downtime. This allows us to formulate and integrate simple solutions to rudimentary problems while also ensuring onboarding is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
