“Easy Integrations, Custom Workflows, and Responsive Support”
What do you like best about monday Work Management?

Integrations are great and easy with other softwares. Support is also great, prompt to respond and helpful to accomplish the goal. you can customize your work flow to fit what you need, rather than the typical "out of the box" type of work flow mgmt software. never experience any significant lags or performance errors. occasionally there's an update that might pause automations for a half hour or so, but it picks up when the update is done. Pricing is a bit higher than the competition, but monday.com team seems eager to make that price worth the difference. My absolute favorite feature is the ability to set up work flows across multiple departments in our company and those work flows can pull/push information to/from each other to improve communication and efficiency across our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday Work Management?

file storage is no good. in fact, it's garbage. Monday.com's ability to integrate with other apps effectively is their saving grace. The OneDrive integration specifically is our work around for the file storage issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Simple, Fast Diagramming That Makes Real-Time Collaboration Easy”
What do you like best about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

What I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how simple and user-friendly it is. I can create diagrams quickly without getting confused, and the drag-and-drop tools keep the whole process fast and straightforward. It’s also excellent for teamwork, since multiple people can work on the same diagram in real time, making collaboration smooth, efficient, and easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite?

What I dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that it can sometimes feel a bit slow, especially when I’m working on larger or more complex diagrams. I also find it limiting that some useful features are locked behind the paid version. And at times, when I’m managing multiple elements on the canvas at once, things can get a little confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

It basically helps me explain ideas clearly without confusing other people. Instead of only talking or writing, I can show things visually, which makes it much easier for everyone to understand. It also reduces the usual back-and-forth confusion, because we can all look at the same diagram and update it together. For me, it saves time and makes teamwork feel a lot clearer and smoother overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Brings Structure and Clear Visibility to Team Coordination”
What do you like best about Jira?

I like that it brings structure to what could otherwise feel chaotic. It gives clear visibility into what’s being worked on, who’s responsible, and where things stand without needing constant follow-ups. It’s also really helpful to have everything documented in one place, especially when issues need context or collaboration across teams. Overall, it just makes coordination smoother and more reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

It can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially with how many fields, options, and configurations there are. For simpler tasks, it sometimes feels like more effort than it should be to create or update a ticket. The interface can also take some getting used to, and small actions aren’t always as intuitive as you’d expect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps bridge the gap between teams by keeping issues centralized and trackable, so nothing falls through the cracks. Integrations with other tools we use make it easy to connect workflows, and the system’s performance lets us stay on top of tickets without delays. This combination improves communication, speeds up resolution, and keeps everyone aligned Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“ClickUp Makes Task Tracking Simple and Organized”
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I’ve been using ClickUp and found it really helpful. It has a lot of useful features, and it’s easy to keep track of assigned tasks. I like that everything like tasks, updates, and chat is available in one place, so there’s no need to switch between tools. It makes managing work much simpler and more organized. Overall, it’s easy to use and works well for day-to-day task tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes the app feels a bit slow or laggy, especially when I have a lot of tasks. And because there are so many features, it can be overwhelming at first—it takes a little time to get used to everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier, it was difficult to keep track of assigned work, updates, and team discussions all in one place.

With ClickUp, everything is centralized—tasks, comments, and chat—so it’s much easier to stay organized and avoid missing anything important. It gives better visibility into ongoing work and helps me track progress more efficiently from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OP
“Miro Templates Make It Easy to Get Started and Keep Everything in One Place”
What do you like best about Miro?

Honestly, i think the template aspect has been the most valuable part of using Miro. The last time i worked an extended shift, i wasn’t going to start building every single layout for our board from scratch. Being able to pick a layout and then just begin was something i didn’t realize i needed until i had it. Everything we’re working on exists in one place - including links, images, videos, comments from other people and you can either share the entire board with someone or a specific section. As it turns out being able to direct multiple people to different areas of the same board is huge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

I love the number of options available as much as i hate the fact that there are so many options. At some point the flexibility of Miro becomes a problem because you spend too much time trying to decide how to arrange your setup versus simply arranging your setup. And (this may be a minor complaint) the boards can become visually cluttered quickly if more than a few users are inputting content at the same time; i’m not aware of any method to clear the board of content in less than individual item-by-item movement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

So the main thing for me is that not everybody wants to speak in front of others in a group setting, and Miro provides a space for those individuals to offer input/contribute without having to “perform.” shy individuals will make posts; individuals that tend to ramble will make posts; and everyone’s thoughts/ideas are displayed simultaneously rather than only hearing what the loudest voice in the room is saying. It also replaces the whiteboard that would get erased anyhow… why throw away the information you’ve already created when you could maintain access to it later? “Best Tool for Keeping Ownership Perfectly Organized.”
What do you like best about Asana?

Asana is good for keeping tasks, timelines, and owner information well-structured and organized in a single place. The board, list, and timeline views are good for managing different types of work based on the team’s needs. This helps in tracking and keeping everyone aware of what needs to be done and by whom, which is helpful in avoiding confusion during task execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Asana?

The reporting feature is not so strong for basic plans and needs to be upgraded to a high-tier plan for better reporting capabilities. The automation capabilities are not very strong compared to other tools. The tool also gets messy if not well-organized due to a high number of tasks and lack of proper tagging and organization of workspaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asana helps in avoiding the tracking of multiple tasks and work information in emails, chats, and spreadsheets by keeping all information in a single place and a single workflow. “Customer Support No Longer Exists and No Longer Small-Business Friendly”
What do you like best about Smartsheet?

Nothing anymore. They used to appreciate small businesses and curtail their services to companies of any size, but that is no longer the case. They do not care about a company that pays for fewer than 15 paid members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

Their SEVERE lack of customer service, and blatantly ignoring support that a customer needs because the problem has become too difficult or because it's no longer worth their time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

They were TRYING to help my company move from an annual paid business membership to a monthly paid membership. Doing this would have resulted in more money for them in the long run. But once they figured out that EVENTUALLY (6+ months), we were going to move away from SmartSheets altogether, they stopped helping and just ignored all emails asking for help. This process should have been extremely simple. We've had virtual meetings, exchanged emails for 3.5 MONTHS, and have had the issue (supposedly) 'upgraded' to a higher-up individual on 3 separate occasions -- and yet, still no resolution. Apparently, if you want any meaningful help with your account (technical or administrative) while already being an established Smartsheets customer, you have to pay MORE for any level of 'technical support'. “Effortless Automation, Perfect Integration”
What do you like best about Microsoft Power Automate?

I really enjoy using Microsoft Power Automate because it's extremely simple to use. The setup process was extremely easy, taking just a couple of minutes to get the workflow up and running. What stands out to me is the seamless connection from Microsoft Teams to Azure, which I find very simple and easy to use. I also like using it with Azure, Teams, and Outlook, as these integrations work perfectly for my needs as a software quality engineer. The tool's ability to automate workflows and reduce human errors is also something I find very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Power Automate?

Sometimes, the debugging feels a little bit hard for me. But, it's a little bit nerve-wracking. And once you get comfortable with the tool, it's fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Power Automate solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Microsoft Power Automate to automate workflows between Azure and Teams, allowing information to move automatically between systems without manual intervention. This reduces repetitive tasks and minimizes human errors while ensuring updates and notifications are delivered consistently and on time. It helps streamline communication and keeps processes running more reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Flexible, Scalable, and Actually Useful for Real Work”
What do you like best about Airtable?

It sits in that sweet spot between a database and an app builder, so you can model real operational workflows, not just track data. We’ve used it to power things like partner onboarding, network applications, and API-driven processes, and it holds up well if you structure it properly.

The ability to layer automations, interfaces, and integrations on top of the same data model is huge. It lets you connect ops, product, and GTM without forcing everything into one rigid system or needing engineering for every change.

From a day-to-day UI and UX standpoint, it’s pretty intuitive once you understand how it’s structured. People can get up and running quickly, but there is a learning curve when you start building more complex workflows. It can also feel a bit fragmented across bases and interfaces if things aren’t well organized.

On onboarding and support, there’s a lot of helpful documentation and a strong community. You can usually find what you need, but getting to best practices takes some experience, especially if you’re thinking about it as a system and not just a spreadsheet.

From a pricing and ROI standpoint, it’s been worth it for us. We’ve been able to replace multiple tools and reduce manual work, which adds up quickly. Costs can increase as you scale, so you need some guardrails, but if you use it intentionally, the value is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Airtable?

Like with any platform, performance really comes down to how you build. Airtable works well out of the box, but as your data grows and you add more automations, you start to benefit from being more thoughtful about structure and design.

Overall, it’s incredibly powerful, but getting the most out of it comes down to being intentional upfront. With a bit of structure, it stays scalable and avoids turning into a collection of disconnected solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Airtable solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airtable helps solve the problem of work being spread across too many tools and not actually connected.

It gives us a way to centralize workflows that would normally live in spreadsheets, email threads, and different systems, and turn them into something structured and trackable.

The biggest benefit is speed and visibility. We can build and adjust processes quickly, keep everything in one place, and give teams a clear view of what’s going on without a lot of manual coordination. It also helps standardize how work gets done, which cuts down on confusion and rework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Morningmate has been a project management game-changer for handling brand campaigns. By centralizing all project management tasks, our team reduced campaign planning time by nearly 35%. Tracking KPIs in real-time allowed us to spot underperforming channels quickly and reallocate budget more effectively. Thanks to this, our most recent campaign achieved a 20% higher engagement rate compared to the previous quarter.

Having one workspace where designers, marketers, and external partners collaborate seamlessly made execution smoother and faster. The automation of repetitive updates also freed up more time for creative work, which directly contributed to stronger campaign results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about morningmate?

Morningmate centralized all project management tasks, which cut down planning time and reduced confusion between teams. What do you like best about Ravetree?

The project budgeting features in Ravetree are the best I've ever seen. We were in spreadsheets prior to using Ravetree and looked at other tools before moving to Ravetree. They were the only one that had the budgeting features we needed. Specifically, we needed to set budgets for each project phase and then have those roll up to the project. What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?

I find Jotform Workflows incredibly useful for streamlining communication between Slack and Gmail. The integration is a huge time-saver, allowing me to automatically trigger notifications in Slack and send structured emails through Gmail without manual effort. I love that I can eliminate manual follow-ups, which vastly reduces errors and saves me time. The drag-and-drop workflow builder is intuitive and lets me set up workflows without spending time on complicated setups. Once configured, the automation is reliable and consistently delivers notifications and responses. Jotform Workflows has significantly reduced my repetitive manual tasks, giving me more time to focus on important work. I appreciate the flexibility to customize workflows for different scenarios, like notifying a Slack channel or sending structured email updates. Plus, it seamlessly integrates with the tools I use daily, making it feel like a natural extension of my workflow. The initial setup was smooth and easy, with the interface guiding me step-by-step, connecting Slack and Gmail workflows effortlessly. The automatic logging of form submissions into Google Sheets has made tracking and analyzing data much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?

Integration depth: While Slack and Gmail connections are solid, some advanced features (like formatting Slack messages with richer layouts or handling Gmail threading intelligently) feel limited. Learning curve for complex flows: Simple automations are easy, but when workflows involve multiple conditional branches, the interface can get a bit overwhelming. A more guided setup or visual cues would help. Notification management: Slack alerts are great, but without fine‑tuned controls, they can become noisy. More granular options for filtering or batching notifications would reduce clutter. Error handling transparency: If a workflow fails (say, due to a Gmail API hiccup), the error messages aren’t always clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Jotform Workflows to streamline communication between Slack and Gmail, saving time and reducing errors. It’s really good for process flows. I use it when I need to explain how something works step by step. The diagrams look neat without putting in too much effort. Alignment and connectors are easy, so things don’t look messy.

Also, sharing with others is simple. Just send a link and people can view or edit. For quick collaboration, it works well.

For straightforward diagrams, it does exactly what you need without distractions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whimsical?

It feels a bit limited once work gets bigger. For small diagrams it’s perfect, but for larger planning or brainstorming sessions, the canvas feels restrictive.

It’s more of a diagram tool than a full collaboration space. When discussions go beyond flows into planning, tracking, or workshops, we had to use other tools.

Template options are also fewer compared to some other platforms, so sometimes we had to build layouts from scratch.

Basically great for simple visuals, but not ideal for large cross-team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whimsical solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps turn discussions into visuals quickly. When we talk about processes or system flows, people often understand differently. Drawing it out in Whimsical clears things up fast.

I use it during planning talks to map steps and decisions. It helps the team see the full picture instead of just hearing it.

It’s also helpful for sharing knowledge. A diagram is easier for someone new to understand than reading long notes.

So the main benefit is clarity and saving time on explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Streamlined Project Management and Team Collaboration with Wrike”
What do you like best about Wrike?

One of the newer things I really appreciate about Wrike is how much more intuitive and polished the interface feels. Navigation is smoother, dashboards are more customizable, and it’s much easier to tailor views to what different team members actually need to see. The improved dashboards and reporting capabilities have made it simple to track KPIs and project health in real time without having to export data elsewhere.

I’ve also been impressed with the continued enhancements to automation and workflow management. Setting up rules to automatically assign tasks, update statuses, or trigger notifications has significantly reduced manual work for our team. It helps standardize processes and keeps projects moving without constant oversight.

Additionally, the collaboration features keep getting better. The ability to comment directly within tasks, tag teammates, and share files in context really cuts down on long email threads and keeps communication centralized. Overall, the recent updates have made Wrike feel more streamlined, smarter, and more aligned with how modern teams work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I’d say the onboarding experience can feel a bit overwhelming at first. The platform is extremely powerful, but that also means there’s a learning curve especially when you start working with complex automations, custom fields, and advanced workflows. It takes time (and sometimes trial and error) to fully understand how everything connects.

Another area for improvement is the mobile app. It works well for basic task management and quick updates, but it doesn’t yet offer the full depth of features available on the desktop version. For teams that rely heavily on mobile access, having more parity between desktop and mobile would make a big difference.

That said, once you get past the initial setup phase, Wrike becomes a very robust and flexible project management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wrike has helped our team centralize project planning, timelines, and communication. Before Wrike, tracking tasks and deadlines across departments was chaotic. Now, we can assign clear responsibilities, monitor progress, and deliver projects on time with fewer miscommunications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
