What I like most about VWO Testing is how easy it is to use. One thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the visual editor can act a little quirky, especially if I’m working on a page with a more complex layout—it doesn’t always match exactly how things look on the live site. I’ve also noticed that reports can take a bit longer to load when there’s a lot of data. Nothing major, but it can slow things down when I want the tasks to move quicker than usual. The platform has so many features and makes the creation and tracking process simple. Depending on what you enable - there are lots of resources to learn more about the user experience, and catch issues that you may not find during development and UAT paths. So far, their funnel system is the thing I like least - as it is an implicitly assigned funnel. The user has to hit all of the steps in the order you create for the funnel - and any action out of that order drops the user out of it. If I had one recommendation to pass to VWO for improvements, it would be to create a more flexible path tracking process, with a start and a finish - that would allow flexibility in steps between.
