# How do I set up click and scrollmaps?

We need to be able to track user engagement more than just the click heatmaps that they already offer. Is this an option?

Heatmaps are always-on in VWO Insights. It does not require any configuration. It runs continuously and setup is as simple as a toggle-on. Scrollmaps present scroll behaviour reports to understand how popular various page depths are.

There are other ways to track different types of engagement on VWO Insights. Engagement patterns can be revisited using Session Recordings that plays back all the interactions that a visitor has performed on the visit.

Form Analytics provides details around how visitors are interacting with forms to understand how the different fields can be optimised. This includes behaviour such as time taken to fill a field, refills, drop-offs, etc.

Any custom event on the website can be tracked with a custom conversion goals. Sessions of those visitors who triggered that custom event can be retrieved and replayed to understand associated behaviour in detail.

Rage clicks and Dead clicks are available as early access features.
