This cuts down on the tools needed to answer deeper questions. There is no need to coordinate cookies or parameters between tools to watch users in a test segment. I also appreciate the UI of the platform. Overall, I find it easier to use and navigate than other platforms. I think the new metrics setup is a big improvement over VWO a year ago. It allows you to get specific about the page you want to track events on. **What do you dislike about VWO Testing?** I've had some technical errors (incomplete chart data) with the reporting and also trouble passing events into GA (our tags were set up correctly). The amount of insights one can get is extremely helpful. The team, especially the support team responds extremely fast. My only suggestion is to make the documentation more detailed. As for most SAAS products, users refer to the documentation a lot, for the smallest of use cases. Although there is a lot of reading material for VWO, it can be much more detailed than it is currently. **What do you dislike about VWO Testing?** Considering there are a lot of nuances to using VWO, it would help if the documentation is much more detailed as it gets difficult to contact the support team so often. **What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us take more data-backed calls for the smallest of changes that we have different opinions on. For eg. changing the colour of our CTA, we had an assumption and used to test pre and post for such changes, but now we can simply do this through A/B testing.
