"Effortless A/B Testing with Reliable Insights, but Mobile Testing Limits"
What do you like best about VWO Testing?

I find VWO Testing to be an excellent A/B testing platform that is easy to use and reliable. Setting up A/B tests is straightforward, and the insights provided are clear, which makes it a great tool for anyone serious about conversion optimization. I appreciate the trackability of visitors through VWO Testing, which helps in determining when to launch a page live based on visitor increase. Additionally, the support team is commendable for their good service, and the powerful features offered by VWO Testing enhance my overall user experience. The initial setup process was pretty easy, which facilitates faster implementation and engagement with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

I would like Mobile testing in the free plan. We are not able to make updates on mobile and desktop separately in a free plan while setting split URL testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup, Insightful Testing"
What do you like best about VWO Testing?

I appreciate VWO Testing for its ease of use and straightforward setup process, making it simple to test web pages and landing pages effectively. The ability to set up split URLs and add goals with ease enhances its functionality, particularly in running A/B tests that provide valuable insights into user interactions with different pages. This feature is instrumental in bridging the gap between understanding user needs and behaviors. Furthermore, VWO's seamless integration with our CMS has been a significant advantage, facilitating a smooth implementation process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

I find that when trying to add more goals in VWO Testing, the application tends to become slow. Other than this issue, I haven't encountered any major problems with the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"VWO A/B Test From a Data Analyst Perspective"
What do you like best about VWO Testing?

What I like about VWO A/B testing:

(1) Intuitive UI for test setup:

You can quickly launch an A/B test without heavy developer involvement, which is great for teams with limited dev resources.

(2) Built-in behavioural insights:

Metric reports help bridge the gap between qualitative and quantitative data, making it easier to explain results to non-technical stakeholders.

(3) Segmentation options:

You can target tests based on traffic sources, device types, or user behaviour, which is useful for tailoring experiments to specific audiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

(1) In some cases, the testing script can slightly delay page rendering.

(2) Can’t adjust statistical settings once the campaign is paused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful tool with amazing training & support"
What do you like best about VWO Testing?

VWO makes testing your site so fast and easy. The interface is super straightforward, so launching a new experiment takes hardly any time. I love how you can make quick edits, pop up advanced options, or even dive into the HTML if you want total control. With CoPilot in the mix, setup is even smoother—and it saves you time.

What sets VWO apart is their outstanding customer support. They meet with us monthly to answer questions, share ideas, and plan new tests—always going the extra mile to help us hit our goals. Paired with their powerful technology, this partnership makes VWO a top choice for any organization looking to level up their experimentation program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

Nothing. The integration of CoPilot is such a time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"VWO Platform Review"
What do you like best about VWO Testing?

What I like most about VWO Testing is how easy it is to use. Setting up and managing A/B tests feels straightforward, and the visual editor is a big plus—it lets me make changes without touching any code, which saves a ton of time. I also really value the detailed reports and segmentation tools; they make it much easier to see how different audience groups are responding to each experiment. Also, not to miss out, the proactive training and support from Siddhant and his team have been amazing. They’re quick to help, super approachable, and always make sure I have what I need to get the most out of VWO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

One thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the visual editor can act a little quirky, especially if I’m working on a page with a more complex layout—it doesn’t always match exactly how things look on the live site. I’ve also noticed that reports can take a bit longer to load when there’s a lot of data. Nothing major, but it can slow things down when I want the tasks to move quicker than usual. "A well-featured and extremely capable platform, with an excellent support team."
What do you like best about VWO Testing?

The platform has so many features and makes the creation and tracking process simple. Depending on what you enable - there are lots of resources to learn more about the user experience, and catch issues that you may not find during development and UAT paths. The integration was extremely simple, and we had it up and running within a sprint. The customer support and ongoing coordination of efforts throughout our contract have been great. We're leveraging the platform daily and expanding the testing as fast as we can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

So far, their funnel system is the thing I like least - as it is an implicitly assigned funnel. The user has to hit all of the steps in the order you create for the funnel - and any action out of that order drops the user out of it. If I had one recommendation to pass to VWO for improvements, it would be to create a more flexible path tracking process, with a start and a finish - that would allow flexibility in steps between. "Optimizing with Confidence: My Experience Using VWO for A/B Testing"
What do you like best about VWO Testing?

VWO makes A/B testing incredibly accessible with its clean, visual editor and intuitive workflow. I like how quickly I can set up experiments without deep coding, while still having the flexibility to make advanced changes when needed. The built-in heatmaps, visitor recordings, and segmentation tools make it easy to understand not just what is winning, but why. Real-time reporting and statistical significance tracking help me make confident, data-driven decisions faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

While VWO is powerful, large-scale experiments can sometimes feel a bit slow to reach statistical significance, especially on lower-traffic sites. The pricing can also be steep for smaller businesses, particularly if you want access to advanced targeting or enterprise features. The visual editor, though user-friendly, occasionally struggles with complex or highly dynamic page layouts, which may require developer intervention. Additionally, the reporting UI could benefit from faster filtering and more customizable dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes A/B Testing Easy for Our Team"
What do you like best about VWO Testing?

I really appreciate how simple it is to get a test up and running. The visual editor is a huge plus—I’m not super technical, so being able to make changes without coding saves a lot of time. I also like getting quick feedback on how a test is performing, which helps us move fast and focus on what’s actually working. Furthermore, the customer support team and guides have been helpful whenever I’m stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

Sometimes, bigger experiments take a while to load, and the reporting interface can feel a bit overwhelming if all I want is a quick summary. Advanced targeting usually needs some extra steps that aren’t always obvious. It gets the job done, but it would be nice if reporting and segmentation were a bit more straightforward. "Once you learn the ropes, VWO is a powerful one-stop tool for small and medium business web testing"
What do you like best about VWO Testing?

Our website experiences significant seasonal fluctuations in visitors, and our monthly traffic is too low for tools like Optimizely or A/B Tasty to be effective. It's also not very viable to use smaller a la carte tools for each portion of our needs, like split testing, session recordings, surveys, and heatmaps. VWO fits our niche quite well, as it provides all the features we need in one place, consolidating our data and keeping it all working together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

Learning always begets more questions. And in the case of VWO, asking new questions also tends to require upgrading a package or adding a new module to access the controls needed to answer your evolving questions about user behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good AB Testing and Website Insight Platform"
What do you like best about VWO Testing?

The support team and the customer success management team are very responsive and always work hard to answer any questions I raise. It also seems like they are constantly improving the platform to make it easier for users to navigate and understand the insights that can be learned from the testing done through the platform. There are a lot of different features available and more that can be added later on if desired, for an extra price. The ease of setting up tests can vary depending on the complexity of the test. A simple test can be set up quite easily. The integration with GA4 and Google Tag Manager is something that is very helpful to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

There are a ton of features within this platform, which can be good, unless you want one very specific feature that is entrenched in a larger package with a bunch of features you likely won't use. As you dig into further complexity with the platform, you start to realize that features that would be useful are behind a paywall. On another note, sometimes with my website the structure of the html/css does not play well with the VWO visual editor. I have not tried other AB Testing softwares, so I'm not sure if this exclusive to VWO, but it can be frustrating when I would like to make a quick test without the help of a developer and I can't. Luckily, a lot of time VWO support will offer to help if the question is big enough or at a level that could result in an overall platform improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
