The customer support is always friendly and availiable the team goes out of its way to try and assist. The ease of integration was fantastic, we offten struggle onboarding new vendors. Ease of use and implementation of testing are not as simple as one would like, i often get a response of sorry no we cant use the tool in that way, even though the requests are not complicated. Heat maps, A/B testing, personalisation - VWO allows us to test out new ideas without the tech overhead of requiring a large dev effort before we know if the feature will be succesful. It has live page edit feature that can be used to make changes to live pages without the need of developers. The dashboard and report is easy to understand, and the customer support was helpful as well when we had some questions and challenges especially when setting up the testing. For the first use, our A/B testing case was not a straight forward feature to set it up so it was a little bit of a struggle to set up the test. However, we've lacked focus on the "after-development" phase. Now, with the VWO testing tool, we can monitor features as they go live, ensuring there are no declines in performance (and hopefully even improvements).
