NPS is available but that is about all we I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Userpilot? Reporting to it NPS is only set up for this week, last week, this month, last month, this quarter, last quarter, all time. So if you want to see how you are trending as of late in the start of the month to middle of the month... Good luck. Or 90 Days... Forget it. I had to build my own report to do this... Oh and the dates on the scores are not dates it only read this week, last week, 1 week ago, 1 month ago, etc... The best part is that they have other reports in the system that are dated and rolling 30,60, and 90 Day style. Haha that's right they have the pocket for other stuff but not for NPS, another will not add it. Haha Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
