What I like least about Swapcard is the occasional technical instability, especially during high-traffic or live moments. I like Swapcard for its simplicity. It's a very simple-to-use app, which makes navigation easy. I think Swapcard can also add a feature to take pictures and save tag pictures to the notes. I think that's one functionality which is not that. So for example, if I'm scanning, I can make a text note, but I can't take a picture with to add as a note. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before using these features, I had to manually search through individual attendee profiles and social media platforms like LinkedIn to find out who was joining, what they do, and whether they were potential prospects. I would prefer if we can get more customization options. For example, as an exhibitor attending an event, I want my top leads to be highlighted in a separate place and potential ones in another.
