What do you like best about Userpilot?

- Easy implementation via a solid integration with Segment

- It allows you to test ideas very quickly without having to spend eng resources on it

- Great Customer Support always happy to help and discuss about new use cases that we want to implement

- Very easy to onboard new users inside the tool and get them up to speed with the different features

- Responsive to feedbacks and suggestions

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

What do you like best about Userpilot?

I like the fact that Userpilot is relatively simple to set up to create a flow that allows messages to appear at the right time and to the right audience. This simplicity in setting up message flows makes the tool very effective for tailoring communications according to the specific needs of our product. What do you dislike about Userpilot?

The loading time is sometimes quite high when creating audience segments (possibly related to the synchronization of our numerous data). Furthermore, editing certain flows is sometimes made complicated by repetitive page reloads (but this might be due to the architecture of our application). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
