It's not just for user onboarding, but we also use it for our own product announcements. It helps our engineering team to understand if there are any bugs or just session replays. That saves a lot of back and forth and makes bugs much easier to reproduce. Having onboarding, announcements, and session replays in one tool means product, CS, and engineering all work from the same view of what users are doing.

I really like Userpilot's ease of use, which makes it simple for us to work with the product. The feature tracking is also something I value a lot, as it allows us to see in detail what is working or not, providing great insights into the popularity of features. Another big plus is the initial setup, which was very easy. Additionally, the support from Userpilot is very good, which really helps when dealing with any issues.

We just had our first onboarding experience last week, and so far the setup has been quick and easy. I did have some trouble figuring out where the product data was after our vendor completed the Userpilot install in our app, but once I realized I wasn’t in the staging area, the data appeared. I do wish each navigation icon included a brief description or a short tutorial on how to set things up.
