**What do you like best about Troopr Projects?**

This has made employee engagement and interaction easier and saves a lot of time which assists an employee to enhance their productivity by 20% better numbers and keep us engaged.

**What do you dislike about Troopr Projects?**

There's nothing much not to like about Troopr however there should be easy mechanism to report the bugs or live customer service or a kit to navigation the tool.

**What problems is Troopr Projects solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The JIRA project management tool is honestly frustrating process and integrating that with Troopr on slack is really helpful to keep a check on the activities and handover the work to a bot.
