What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how it combines various work tools in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. I especially value the reliable video meetings—Zoom’s call quality and stability remain excellent, even with larger groups or less stable internet connections. It’s also very user-friendly; new users typically require little to no training, and joining a meeting or sharing a screen is simple and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few aspects of Zoom Workplace that I find frustrating. First, the increasing number of features—such as docs, whiteboard, tasks, and AI tools—makes the interface feel cluttered and more difficult to navigate compared to the classic version of Zoom. Additionally, the chat experience is inconsistent; Zoom Chat lacks the polish and intuitive design of dedicated messaging platforms like Slack or Teams, particularly when it comes to managing ongoing conversations.
