"Smart way to organize my schedule, scheduling meetings and my to-do list/tasks"
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

Reclaim.ai is particularly valuable for protecting focus time in crowded calendars. Its ability to automatically prioritize and reschedule tasks and routines based on my real availability makes time management much more intentional and easier, without requiring constant manual adjustments on my end.

It supports my time management efforts, shifting it from reactive to proactive. Instead of constantly negotiating calendar space, it helps me to create a system that enforces my priorities, creating some guardrails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can be a limitation depending on how deeply you want to integrate it into team workflows.

Another limitation is that missed tasks or deadlines don’t always surface with strong alerts. It’s possible to overlook a task without it creating enough friction or escalation, which means I still need to be vigilant and, in some cases, duplicate reminders to avoid things slipping through. "Effortlessly Syncs Calendars and Tasks"
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

I like the fact that Reclaim.ai works around my schedule, never touching the appointments that I already have, but creating buffers before and after them according to my specifications. I also like that it takes the tasks I enter and organizes them with the time left. There's also a feature similar to Calendly that adds stability for people to schedule time with me that closes the loop on organizing my time completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

The fact that reclaim always creates the tasks on the main calendar means that there's no way for me to look at my schedule without the reclaim changes. If I need to do something in the next two hours that was not on my schedule, reclaim would spend those entire 2 hours reshuffling my schedule and I will keep getting notified about it from my calendar. There needs to be a way to say "I stepped out", which will move tasks out of the way and stop refshuffling the calendar until I'm back. Some form of subtasks or a way to have a checklist in a task can be very useful. Tasks that take less than 15 min, which is more like a reminder to do something and check it off the list - that's just part of life, and we need that as well. "Effortless Scheduling with Intuitive Design"
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

The thing I like most about Reclaim.ai is its ease of use and intuitive design, which just makes everything smoother. The smart booking for habits and tasks is fantastic because it means I don't have to think or worry about my bandwidth for the day ahead. My day is planned out by past me, so future me can just chill and follow the list of tasks in my calendar. The smart booking feature is great for scheduling things like competitive research and tasks you usually never make time for. It's awesome for setting priorities on different tasks I want to do. The biggest game changer for us has been the external calendar integration, which makes it easy for clients to book with our studio without the back-and-forth. Just sending them a link allows them to figure it out in their calendar, which I really appreciate. Also, the initial setup for Reclaim.ai is really easy, and its design is simple. What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

It's a relatively new software service (as I understand), so the only thing I'm very eager to get working is API integration. That hasn't worked very well for us yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Task Management for the Mid-Career Employee"
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

The auto-rescheduling of events. My work environment necessitates frequent and disruptive reshuffling of my work tasks due to new meetings or higher priority asks. It was such a burden to start the day with a to-do list, only to have to reprioritize and reshuffle the list by 10:00 AM. I especially appreciate that uncompleted work is auto-populated on my calendar for the following day, according to my rules. My second favorite feature are Habits. These consistent, automated calendar appointments allow me to meet my goals and resolutions while also flexing as I need when life gives me lemons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

I find the reporting could be better, demonstrating how and where I need to make adjustments in my working style. However, the annual recap does a really nice job at this! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reclaim.ai: The Latest AI Calendar That Truly Works"
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

Reclaim.ai is one of the smartest productivity tools I’ve seen for professionals who treat time as a business asset. It doesn’t just show your calendar — it actively optimizes your schedule so your priorities run the day, instead of meetings and interruptions running you.

At its core, Reclaim.ai uses intelligent automation to protect focus time, balance tasks and meetings, and adapt in real time as your day changes. You define what matters — deep work, habits, recurring routines, deadlines — and the system auto-blocks and defends those time slots while still making sure meetings get scheduled at sensible times. What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

The inability to adjust the color schemes and the immediate need of a mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Planning and Smart Scheduling for My Real Estate Business"
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

I wasn't planning on getting another planning tool, but I found Reclaim.ai on Dropbox, and its features are perfect for my Real Estate Business. Its intelligent analytics work well to help me focus my time and manage my flexible lead-generation schedule. I'd definitely recommend it to other realtors and business owners. The scheduling/booking tool is an added bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

At this stage, I don't have any complaints about the product. I've been using it for just over a month and believe it's well worth the subscription cost. The great thing about technology is that I'm sure it will continue to evolve and only get stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Calendar Integration with Room for Growth"
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

I like how Reclaim.ai combines all my calendars into one place, something Google can't even do. It links everything right away, making it really convenient for my family, personal, and business schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

I don't like that there's no app or actual calendar that I can use on my Android phone. I'd like to have an app that has all my calendars in one space so I don't have to switch between each one. It would also be nice if it could integrate with chat apps, as I have daily tasks I like to copy over when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Task Management with Reclaim.ai"
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

I like Reclaim.ai for its easy integration with Google tasks and another product I use for getting things done. It's clear and helps me see what I need to do each day. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

When I schedule a task, I'm not always able to do it at the time that it's planned. So, better rescheduling. Also, if I want a task that are daily such as, reviewing Gmail in the morning and reviewing Gmail in the afternoon. There is no easy way to semi force that, to be done at specific time. "Reclaim.ai Knocks it Outta the Park!"
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

The first thing that brought me to Reclaim was the price and I had done a search on alternatives to Motion. I liked Motion but there were a few things that didn't work for me and Reclaim's price caught my attention. And, they had a trial version. So... I gave it a try.

Wow, was I impressed! I love the ease of use... it was very easy to get started and things just made sense. I also love that it connects to Outlook and the tasks show up on my Outlook calendar and my Outlook stuff shows up on my Reclaim.ai planner! So cool!

I love that it's easy to move things around, reschedule and make changes. It also easy to add a task quickly that you already did but didn't have on your planner. "Habits" is a great feature as well. I haven't used the "Focus" time feature much yet but I like that it's an option. Probably will use it in the future. The "Scheduling Links" is a really nice feature as well.

I also like that Reclaim.ai isn't trying to be everything to everybody. I really hope they stay in their lane because what they are doing with this app is awesome. It might not be for everyone but it is exactly the app I had been looking for!

I use Reclaim.ai every day for my part-time work as an I.T. Manager for my church, my almost full-time work as the CEO of my nonprofit and all my personal tasks. Works great for all of them. (and they have a nonprofit discount!)

Try it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

One of the only things I would love to see is, maybe, color coding for tasks. I would like to distinguish between work, personal and my nonprofit. Small thing tho.

Also, a companion app would be nice although it works really well even just using it on my iPhone from a browser so not a complaint but rather just a wish for a dedicated app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lots of potential, still missing features but getting there"
What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

Unlike most people (possibly), I started using Reclaim.ai for it’s meeting links feature (think Calendly) and was pleased to learn that they had smart scheduling (think Clockwise), and integration with external calendars (Outlook, Gmail).

I love the interface, aesthetics, and the idea of recurring tasks, habits, and focus time that are dynamically rescheduled by AI. I also found the multiple priority levels concept for the purpose of automated rescheduling to be immediately intuitive.

I have not tried yet the multi-calendar syncing, but it is great to know it is an option without recurring to an additional paid service outside of Reclaim.

As I write this review, the product is in early stages, so I am excited to see where they go next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

These are more missing features than dislikes:

1. Lack of support for iCloud Calendar. One of the founders recently expressed he shares this pain point with me, but there seems to be no concrete plan for this feature right now. I imagine it is a matter of handling the majority of business cases first. I know that Apple can also be obtuse when it comes to third party integrations sometimes, so I understand.

There is a workaround, but it is not ideal: enable public links on the iCloud calendars you want to sync to Reclaim, subscribe your Outlook or Google Calendar to these iCloud calendars (this creates a new calendar for each link), then go to Reclaim’s settings and select the calendars to sync (they appear as a checklist under the Outlook or Gmail calendar). If you have Outlook or Gmail synced to iCloud, the new subscription will cause your iCloud events to be synced back to iCloud, causing duplicates. To solve this, just hide either the iCloud calendars or the subscription calendars in Outlook/Gmail. Oh and this setup may lead to a significant delay in your iCloud events showing up in Reclaim (minutes to hours). I know, quite the trip, but it works.

2. I’d love to have the ability to elegantly show tasks and events I want to focus on during a Focus Time. For now, the only options are: choose either one or the other; or play with settings to NOT reschedule your focus times and tasks when they clash, which causes the events to show separately, next to each other. None is elegant or pleasing.

3. Scheduling links and schedules (“Hours” in the settings): you can only select the existing core schedules (personal, work, meeting times). When setting up your scheduling link, you cannot select any custom hours you create. Seems like a non-issue until you want your work meeting times to be different from your scheduling link meeting times. For instance, imagine a recruiter who wants to allow company meetings during working hours, but wants to constrain candidate meetings to the morning only. As it currently stands, the recruiter would not be able to restrict the hours in this way for the links they share with candidates. If you go the other way around, you can set the custom hours to apply to a certain links, but these show as preferred times (green dot on a time) rather than available times, which the candidate may not understand or respect.

4. I think there is lack of clarity and granularity in choosing what events people logged into Reclaim will see when comparing with their calendar. They say you can do this in the calendar sync settings, but this is for sync between external calendars (Outlook, Gmail), not with Reclaim calendar. A feature to show and change event/calendar visibility as shown within Reclaim is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
