Over the last five years, Workato has given me so much. It has helped me grow as a professional and work across different industries around the world. I really like how developer-friendly it is, as well as all the connections and options it offers to automate and optimize tasks. Overall, it provides a wide range of solutions.

Although it is more expensive than other similar platforms, the price is justified by its user-friendly interface and the new features that Workato is constantly adding. Workato’s weak point is that it can be difficult to offer it to clients with small or medium-sized projects. The cost, especially for clients in Latin America, Asia, or India, is too high for most of them.

I also don’t like that the AI assistant for creating recipes is very basic. It seems designed for people with little or no automation experience, and its scope is quite limited.
