## Chaser Reviews
  ### 1. Simple tool, very effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Chaser?**

All I want to do is fire and forget. Our team has a huge number of actions and notes following client meetings which require follow-up, but aren't substantial enough to be fed into task management.

Being able to set a quick chaser, any time, and know it will be followed up with a light-touch consistently within the timeframes set makes a huge difference.

No-one can forget anything, and they have the freedom to schedule the work as they see fit.

**What do you dislike about Chaser?**

It can be challenging to navigate through to-dos, though ideally you shouldn't have to once they're assigned.

**What problems is Chaser solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing for agile reminder allocation across a broad team, without micro-managing or relying on human-error.

  ### 2. Chaser massively improved my ability to delegate to my team members

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robbie G. | Product, Head of Anti-Harassment & Bullying, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Chaser?**

Everyone knows that good leaders are supposed to 'delegate'. But, in the fast paced environment of a startup, this can sometimes be hard. With Chaser, I found that I was no longer running into situations where 'it would have just been faster to do it myself' because I could delegate tasks to my team right within Slack and right within the relevant conversations.

**What do you dislike about Chaser?**

I would love for Chaser to introduce the ability to te images to todos.

**What problems is Chaser solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chaser is helping me to become a more efficient leader by making it easier to delegate in realtime.

  ### 3. Started working immediately, now use in every Slack group I'm in

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Chaser?**

I work in various workspaces where I need support from others so I love that i can add to any Slack group and immediately start holding team members accountable

**What do you dislike about Chaser?**

I think it's in the future plans but would be great to also have some email integration

**What problems is Chaser solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not forgetting simple task, our big projects are logged in Trello but Chaser is great for the items that might slip through the cracks
