Quick and easy way to do repetitive wording tasks without having to retype the content. The new date picker has made this even more useful. I find this easier to use than macros in Salesforce but use this almost exclusively with updates being made in Salesforce or emails. Time saver which provides a valuable, easy to use solution.

I love that we can create our own snips, but my company can also create snips that everyone can use. I also love that we can now request the company to create a new snip for common situations.

It's simple to use and very user friendly. It also makes repetitive typing so much more efficient.
