These are values based on requests ... For example: the client needs to quickly integrate their Gmail to fall into a task list of a CRM to access incoming and outgoing from within it ... then the zaps would be each unit of action the client would take from within the CRM to send the Gmail out from there ... each email is a request ... so the price is, in a way, a factor of analysis of how many requests you will need ... which can be a free plan or the most expensive one.

Zapier offers several pricing tiers based on usage requirements. The higher the usage needed, the higher the cost. They also offer a discount to pay annually vs monthly.
