What do you like best about GetGenerative.ai?

The ability to analyse and interrogate metadata to get quick answers to business questions is really valuable. For example, it helps me verify the impact of changing an API name by showing all the places I should check first before making the change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetGenerative.ai?

I’d like an easier way to see which environment I’m currently pointed at. It would also be nice if the support worker could run more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GetGenerative.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us solve a wide range of issues, from simple support tickets that are quick fixes to larger, more involved projects that require additional preparation and planning. For example, we used it to review our org’s access policies and permission sets to identify who has more access than they should. Also, the ability to generate html reports to send to external stakeholders is really useful. The tool takes minutes to produce a report that it would take me days to produce, plus it looks much nicer than i could make it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
