What do you like best about GetGenerative.ai?

What I like most about GetGenerative.ai is the amount of time it saves me in my day-to-day work as a Salesforce Administrator. When I run into an issue in Salesforce, I can use GetGenerative to analyse the problem, help identify the likely cause, and suggest potential solutions instead of spending a long time troubleshooting manually.

It’s also really useful for everyday Salesforce tasks such as working with flows, formulas, SOQL queries, configurations and general problem solving. Having an AI tool that understands the Salesforce ecosystem makes it much easier to work through unfamiliar or complex issues quickly.

What do you dislike about GetGenerative.ai?

The main downside has been some occasional teething issues. At times, the information can be slightly stale or the AI can make assumptions or hallucinate details, so I still need to validate the recommendations before making changes in Salesforce.

There are also times when it takes a bit of back and forth to give the AI enough context to fully understand a more complex Salesforce issue. GetGenerative.ai is helping reduce the time spent troubleshooting and completing Salesforce admin tasks. Our Salesforce environment is quite complex and has been built and developed by many different people over time, so naturally there are areas of the system that each of us may not be completely familiar with.

GetGenerative helps bridge that knowledge gap. When an issue occurs in an unfamiliar area, I can use it to analyse errors, flows, automations and configurations, understand how things are connected, and identify potential causes and solutions much faster than investigating everything manually.

It also helps with everyday tasks like SOQL queries, formulas and understanding unfamiliar Salesforce functionality. The biggest benefit is efficiency, it helps us navigate a complex Salesforce environment, troubleshoot issues faster and spend more time implementing solutions rather than researching them.
