I'm in a technical support role. There are a lot of instances where I need to type the same thing multiple times throughout the course of a day. From responses to customers, to internal forms and documentation. When I notice I continue to have to type something over and over, I can quickly create an entry in TextExpander with a couple of clicks in a matter of seconds. From that point on, I have an easy way to generate the text I need with a few simple keystrokes. TextExpander has at this point has probably saved me hundreds of hours and makes me much more efficient at my job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything I dislike about TextExpander. It's awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thanks, Josh, and wow, hundreds of hours saved is the kind of result we love to hear, especially from someone creating Snippets on the fly the moment they spot something they keep retyping. Since you’re handling customer responses and case notes all day, Fill-in Suggestions could make those quick Snippets even more useful by turning placeholder text, like a customer name or ticket detail, into Fill-ins in a few clicks. That way each reply stays fast while still feeling personal. Really glad TextExpander is helping you respond quicker and document with less effort.
