What I appreciate most is that Slack notifies you in real time whenever a new task is assigned to you or when someone comments on your task. This means you don't have to constantly check your email or Jira to keep track of updates. As a result, Slack really helps boost productivity.

I also found the setup surprisingly straightforward — it doesn’t take long to get everything connected and working the way you want. On top of that, their customer support has been helpful whenever I had questions, which made the whole experience smoother.
