## About Sweep
Sweep is the agentic layer for enterprise systems — where teams and metadata agents plan, change, and govern with speed and confidence. By connecting to platforms like Salesforce, Snowflake, ServiceNow, and more, Sweep continuously ingests and maps the metadata that defines how business systems actually work. It contextualizes dependencies, automation logic, and permissions into a shared system model that becomes a durable enterprise asset over time. With full context in place, teams can safely analyze impact, reduce risk, and act without guessing. Sweep enables governed AI at scale — helping enterprises modernize, integrate, and deploy agents without breaking what’s already built. Sweep is trusted by hundreds of enterprises, including Brex, Wix, LG Electronics, Sailpoint, and Coastal.

## Sweep Reviews
 ### 1. Sweep Team Feels Like a True Extension of Our Own

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cassandra H. | Senior Manager Sales Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

The Sweep team takes the time to understand your needs and becomes an extension of your team. If you have a small team or lack a Salesforce developer or Admin than this is the best way forward. We were able to cancel our contract with a 3rd party consultant and take control back of our data and workflows. It was simple to use and my enablement team took over the use of it daily.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

I wish I found them sooner as our data was disorganized and lacked workflows without Sweep.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweep allowed us to take control back of our entire Salesforce instance and all the data flowing into it. We made executive, sales rep and customer success level dashboards, updated all our territory assignments, and built workflows for pre and post sales.

 ### 2. AI Integration Streamlines and Troubleshoots Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ally C. | Revenue Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

I love Sweep for its seamless AI integration with Claude, which has transformed the way I troubleshoot issues and access information. The connection to our Salesforce metadata ensures that I receive fast, accurate answers, greatly enhancing my productivity. I'm particularly impressed with how Sweep significantly reduces the time previously spent on process documentation. By automating SOPs and similar tasks, what once required hours to complete manually is now handled efficiently, freeing up valuable time for more critical activities. I also appreciate the user-friendly setup of Sweep, which was incredibly easy, allowing me to integrate it into our workflow without any complications. This ease of use combined with powerful automation features really highlights Sweep’s value in streamlining complex processes.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

n/a

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sweep for lead routing, automations, and troubleshooting, saving hours with AI integrations that streamline process documentation and offer quick Salesforce metadata insights.

 ### 3. Sweep is a MUST HAVE for any Salesforce team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole L. | Director of Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

What I like best about using Sweep is how it brings everything from planning, building, documentation, and deployment into one seamless, intuitive workflow. I don’t have to bounce between tools or dig through old notes at all; the AI-powered process documentation is basically my best friend at this point. It captures everything we do automatically, and keeps our org transparent and easy to manage. Sweep was incredibly easy to implement as we were up and running in no time, with no heavy setup or learning curve. It fit right into our workflow, and now my team uses it every single day. Plus, you literally just hook it right up to your sandbox or production org making the integration with Salesforce effortless.

And also, their team is beyond phenomenal. They’re incredibly responsive, open to feedback, and clearly invested in helping ops teams succeed. Between the product and the people behind it, Sweep has become a core part of how we work smarter in Revenue Operations and across my GTM team. I literally will take it to any role I am in within Revenue Operations!

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

Honestly, I haven’t run into any major downsides with Sweep. It’s rare for a tool to deliver this much value out of the gate, but Sweep has. If anything, I’d say the biggest “challenge” is recalibrating how we work because once you get used to this level of automation and visibility, going back to manual processes or scattered tools just isn’t an option anymore.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweep helps us move faster without sacrificing visibility or quality. It saves time, reduces manual work, and makes it easier to collaborate and scale especially valuable for lean Salesforce teams. The support team is also phenomenal, which makes the experience even better. We have been able to consolidate a lot of our tech stack directly onto Sweep saving the business money which is nice to see as well. The Agentic layer they offer is also giving us insights into our Salesforce data that we previously did not have access to across the GTM org, and it is allowing us to become more agile and move more quickly than before.

 ### 4. Great Features & Time Saver!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

We rely on Sweep for lead routing, deduplication, automatic lead conversion, Slack notifications, and visualizing logic. Thanks to Sweep, we've reduced the time it takes to build and update our processes by around 70%.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

You are unable to create records or change Opportunity Stage names directly within Sweep.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweep’s field utilization tools have helped us maintain clean and reliable data by removing redundant fields and enabling the creation of accurate reports that our leadership team can trust. The automated workflows and alerts make it easy for our Customer Success team to monitor onboarding, thanks to real-time Slack notifications and automatic record creation. We now have complete transparency and control over our Salesforce instance, as Sweep’s AI-powered documentation and visualizations offer immediate clarity and eliminate any uncertainty about what’s inside.

 ### 5. Made Workflow Rule Retirement a Non-Issue

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benito M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Sweep made our our shift away from Workflow Rules & Process Builder quick and painless. We were able to start editing and adjusting processes right away, and modernize everything without the usual headaches and without having to be rocket scientists in SFDC admin!

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

Nothing! Ramp time is short and the Sweep team takes time to make sure we are getting the most out of the tool.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In addition to building automations, it gives us a clear way to visualize our entire Salesforce workflow. That makes it easy to see how resources are connected, spot potential issues before we break something, and make changes confidently. We can now adjust Salesforce on the fly (something we never could before) and we’ve eliminated the need to bring in costly outside consultants.

 ### 6. Sweep is a MUST HAVE for any team using salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Talia P. | Sales Operations and Enablement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

The team, their knowledge, their help and understanding, and the visual parts of their tool that make saleforce so much more doable for non coders. It is so intuitive to use and barely requires any initial training before implementation. Their Customer Support is unparalleled (thank you Benjamin!!) and I use sweep every day to immediately see results in SF

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

There are no downsides!!! You NEED Sweep

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any difficulties of using and understanding Salesforce

 ### 7. Great Partner Program and Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | Principal Consultant, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

We signed up with Sweep fairly early on and have really enjoyed working with the team. They have been great with our clients and their product features come in handy. Highly recommend to anyone looking to manage their Salesforce instance.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

There should be a function that allows existing orgs to easily transform existing automation into Sweeps engine.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping with system documentation and audits.

 ### 8. Sweep is the BEST product for Salesforce admins - Hands down!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristin F. | Sales Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Sweep makes Salesforce administration a dream -- and lets us FINALLY focus on what really matters for GTM revenue org vs. the "how" to implement Salesforce automations.

I am so impressed and happy there are people out there who made the UI of Salesforce finally something I am EXCITED to use and can't wait to tell other RevOps leaders to consider.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

It's a little buggy here and there but the best part is their team responds right away and can release fixes in hours or days, not quarters. This team is hungry and it's admirable as a customer!

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to manually re-assign territories to Sales and SDR reps which changes frequently. All related records had to be manually updated too and in MINUTES, we built the logic into Sweep to do automatically.

This was the reason we bought Sweep, but now we are benefitting from all the other amazing features it has like the Visual Canvas, Verify URL automation, Slack Alerts, Documentation and Routing.

 ### 9. We love Sweep.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam M. | Sales Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

We use Sweep for our lead routing, deduping, auto-lead converting, slack alerts, and more. At my previous company, I used to have to build these functions out in flows and automations, which would day many hours, or even days, and was cumbersome to update every time the business logic would change. We have been using their product for some time now and they are constantly releasing new features and their support team is attentive to our needs. While I don't think Sweep can replace a Salesforce Admin or project manager, it allows us to free up our time to focus on Data Hygiene, Analysis and improving the UI for our teams. The other main benefit of Sweep is that it makes visualizing logic easy in a condensed and understandable way, even for non-Salesforce admins.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

So far so good and I don't have any dislikes.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Sweep is a game-changer for our Sales Ops team. It significantly reduces the time spent on tedious automation tasks like lead routing and territory management.
2. The intuitive interface also makes it easy to visualize and manage complex workflows. - Management and non-Salesforce Admins can understand it and use it.

 ### 10. How Benjamin and Sweep helped Codametrix structure their Salesforce org

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandria S. | Senior Manager, Sales Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Over the last couple months I've had the pleasure of working with Benjamin from Sweep, and I cannot speak highly enough of the support he provided. Benjamin played a crucial role in helping us structure the overall architecture of our Salesforce environment. His deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of Salesforce allowed us to streamline our processes and ensure we were set up for long-term success.

What really stood out, though, was how Benjamin went above and beyond to teach me how to build complex automations within Sweep. His step-by-step guidance made what initially seemed like a daunting task feel manageable. He was patient, clear in his explanations, and always made sure I understood the logic behind each automation before moving on to the next step.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

We have nothing to complain about over here!

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweep is solving the problem of an inefficient and unsustainable Salesforce setup by helping us restructure our environment for scalability. Initially, our Salesforce system wasn’t designed to handle growth or adapt to evolving business needs, which led to bottlenecks and manual processes. With Sweep’s expertise, we’ve been able to optimize our architecture, automate complex workflows, and streamline operations, all of which have saved us time and resources while positioning us for future growth. This scalability is allowing us to scale our processes seamlessly as our business expands.

 ### 11. Life savers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex K. | Director of Revenue Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Sweep delivered value just a few days from my initial integration. This was critical as we launched our GTM motion with yours truly, the accidental admin, requiring custom business logic and a reliable feed of updates about movements in our pipeline.

As we've iterated multiple times, Sweep has enabled me to save heaps of energy and time to stay focused on other RevOps . For example, I was able to run lead routing, deploy a custom object, two brand new sales processes, and complex Slack notification workflows in a total of probably 10 hours of work.

To boot, the team is just a wonderful set of people. They set the benchmark for customer success and willingness to solve problems as well as ideate on those random product improvement thoughts.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

Can't say I dislike anything although I'd love to have a bit more field management capabilities so that I can avoid doing any admin in Salesforce.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweep helps me cover so many core bases for my team across critical points in our GTM motion. Shortlist of my favorites that go beyond what you'll commonly see.
- Lead routing
- Timestamping
- Real-time notifications
- so much more...

 ### 12. A MUST FOR EVERYONE

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tal O. | Customer Service, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

practicly everyone can use it without being an expert on Salesforce.
realy user friendly, its easy to make changes and then deploy, without having to afraid you cant role back :)
our support is awsome and realy quick.
realy something that you HAVE TO HAVE.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

i dont think i've encountered anything to dislike about Sweep..

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweep actually changed our life! as a small hi tech company we had to build all of our CRM and project management from scratch, and Sweep really showed us how easy it can be, and how we can grow with them and be our best version. im sure we have a lot more growing to do with that great product.

 ### 13. solo admin's best friend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca Y. | Senior Salesforce Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Seriously -- when I saw the documentation/AI portion of this demo, I knew I had to have it. As a solo admin and someone who needs to troubleshoot pretty frequently, being able to ask this tool what is going on under the hood and getting a detailed description of how my automations are working is a game changer.

This is also an incredible way to consolidate your tech stack -- we use it for our roll-ups, de-duping and our change management documentations. I supplement flow with this and use the automations piece in conjunction with assignments for some more complicated group assignments as well.

Customer support team is out of this world friendly and extremely knowledgable of this tool as well, so my questions are always answered quickly

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

One of the only things I would love to see is the interaction with AI to be a little more robust. Right now, when you click into the AI chat, it hasn't quite been able to figure out how to answer my questions while analyzing a larger portion of the org.

What I mean is, if I am clicked into the Account object, I am restricted to just whats on the account object. I have to back out and pick a new object to ask questions about. I'd like to be able to zoom into one part of the org, and when it returns an answer that says, "Actually try checking here on X object", I'd like to be able to ask it to look and bring that info in to me rather than having to click around to ask the question again.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The solo admin situation -- its saving me a ton of time trying to troubleshoot the org and put into place new things.

 ### 14. great product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

We are just getting really getting into using everything with sweep but so far it has been able to replace several products that we had. It is fairly user intuitive and as someone that does not have a development background this has been huge. They are very responsive to questions and requests. They added a feature to their product specifically for our company that will save us hours upon hours upon hours implementing a new project.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

I may have missed this, and with the constant improvements they are making this might be hard but having a good knowledge base that defines the different parts of each thing the tool can do would be really cool. So far, they have been super responsive when we have questions but it'd be cool to not always have to be a bother!

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest priority for us in using sweep has been dealing with duplicate records. So far it's been great. I have used it some for documentation and hope to start using it to replace out roll-up fields. I'm sure in the future we will be using the documentation for sharing info with teams that do not us salesforce but use salesforce data.

 ### 15. Sweep is FANTASTIC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ally D. | Associate Director of Client Partnerships, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Our team's experience with Sweep has been transformative. Prior to onboarding Sweep, we had invested in Salesforce for an entire year without maximizing its potential. Ben from the Sweep team has been a crucial catalyst in our success, providing exceptional support throughout our implementation process.

Ben has been instrumental in tailoring our Salesforce configuration to precisely match our business needs. His approach is both collaborative and strategic – he thoughtfully challenges our assumptions and encourages us to think more deeply about our platform's backend architecture. His expertise goes beyond simple configuration; he has conducted comprehensive team training sessions and demonstrated remarkable patience as we continuously refine our processes.

What truly sets Ben apart is his responsiveness and efficiency. Whether we're updating accounts, uploading lists, or refreshing reports, he consistently provides prompt and high-quality support. His commitment to our success has been evident in every interaction, helping us unlock the full value of our Salesforce investment.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

Wish that we had Ben in house! He is a a firm believer of the "teach a man to fish method" and rather than do our work for us he is always encouraging us to learn how to do it ourselves as well.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweep helps us with:

1. Salesforce configuration

2. Data Entry and Clean up

3. Data Reporting

4. Technical support and trainings

 ### 16. Simplifies Salesforce and Accelerates Process Changes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandre B. | Head of Revenue Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

The automation capabilities significantly reduce implementation time for process changes, enabling quicker adaptation to business needs.

With an intuitive interface and pre-built templates, Salesforce management becomes straightforward. We now deploy changes in hours instead of weeks, improving our time-to-market and allowing faster responses to opportunities and challenges.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

The current limits of the tool - where Salesforce customization is still needed (advanced flows).

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweep is our main tool when defining and automating our key processes for Account, Contact, Opportunity and Lead Management.
The customization options have allowed us to tailor it to our unique needs, saving countless hours of manual work and reducing errors.

 ### 17. Amazing Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parbat L. | Senior Solutions Designer & Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

I like how it replaces a lot of our tools. It's simple, yet efficient. The team and the support we get is world class. The best part is the agility, there's always something new and exciting updates .

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

There's nothing to dislike. Our experience has been great so far.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've replaced out lead routing as well as matching rulese for which we had a different tool. We also extensively use the documentation as well as the copilot feature. It is amazingly handy

 ### 18. A great tool for the toolbox of small Salesforce / Ops teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nadav G. | Enterprise Sales, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

It has the functionality we all wish Salesforce had out of the box, with great ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

It's not possible to order Sweep automations and Flow automations, which could lead to some challenges. The error logging also leaves a lot to be desired.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for routing leads to salespeople, and for some roll-ups and validations. It's great to be able to just go in and create these things with little effort, those that have tried to create "roll ups" using Salesforce Flows know what a pain that can be, in Sweep it's just as easy as creating conventional roll-ups. Lead assignment is also a breeze.

 ### 19. Amazing visualized Salesforce configuration tool backed up with solid Customer Success team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xiang W. | Senior Infrastructure Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Quality of Sales - Listen to the customer, address any concerns, efficient
Time Saving - it takes only 1/3 of time of manual configuration for Salesforce funnel
Cost Saving - it is only 1/5 of the cost of quote received from Salesforce silver implementation partner
Easy to use - 10 times better than Salesforce manual configuration, no complicated navigations to go through
Training - included, easy to follow
Delivery / Implementation Support - 10/10, the best of best
Flexiable - Able to offer helps on other deliverable at very reasonable cost
Project delivery - much easy to promote configuratio changes from Sandbox to Production

One thing as customer, keep in mind, Sweep team is solution focused, not delivery focused so you still need to cover others like more integration and customization yourself.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

Not identified, however it takes time to learn sweep. But Salesforce takes much longer to learn and way more complex.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It dramatically reduced the time to implement Salesforce configuration. Easy to learn, it is visual and intuitive. In another hand, learning native Salesforce back end is terribly bad and time consuming.

Cost saving, it only costs 1/3 of Salesforce Silver Partner has quoted us for the same package.

Configuration history allows going back to saved config. It meets the requirement for Change Management and so easy to roll back a change.

Adapt to the change. Even under the extreme circumstances the configuration of Salesforce can be redesigned and implemented, then push to Salesforce within 1 week if Sales Team is under the new direction that is what we care for a dynamic sales team.

 ### 20. A game-changer for Salesforce customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guy S. | CIO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I highly recommend Sweep.io to anyone seeking to enhance their Salesforce experience.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

Nothing to dislike. There are still features found on the roadmap that would be very helpful if were live by now

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes Salesforce customization easy

 ### 21. Highly Recommend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natasha H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Sweep has been incredible for improving our workflow within Salesforce & streamlining our sales process. We've evolved so much this year and thanks to Sweep we've been able to keep our internal SF process in lock step with our growth. The Sweep team is incredibly smart & very responsive when we had questions, always asking questions with proactive forward thinking to ensure we're building something sustainable. Highly recommend Sweep to a growing organization!

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

A small downside to Sweep is that they're a startup as well, so on occassion we'll need something they don't have at the moment. HOWEVER, given they are SO SO SMART, they have been able to build everything we need, so that has been amazing!

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining our sales process, automating fields for our reps to minimize manual data entry. Moving from a lead to a contact and then an opp has been immensely improved.

 ### 22. The best vendor team I've worked with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Sweep just makes things easy. From our experience in the sales cycle, our onboarding, and ongoing support, everything has been an absolute breeze. Danny & Ben always have time to answer my questions, no matter how silly they may be, and always have speedy resolutions. The product is incredibly simple to use and I'm able to do the work of a team of 3 as a team of 1, which has saved me so much admin work time, that I'm actually able to do my job as a revops leader rather than just an admin.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

I wish I had it sooner! All jokes aside though, with the addition of audit logs I feel fantastic about the product and have no critical feedback otherwise at this time.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweep is solving my 3 biggest issues:

1) Time back in the day to work on strategic projects rather than minute admin work
2) Helping me unravel the spaghetti bowl of SFDC automations that I otherwise would have to dig deep into the backend to uncover
3) Almost acts as a SFDC admin, which helps me do the work of 2 or 3 team members when I am a one person team

 ### 23. Game changer for RevOps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mollie B. | Independent Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

The standout feature of Sweep is its Swiss Army Knife versatility for RevOps. From simplifying lead routing, automating tasks, Slack notifications, it covers all bases. The ability to manage the RevOps tech stack in one UI is a big win for our team's productivity and collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

There's a slight learning curve for some team members, but this is with any new platform and the value after ramped offsets the learning curve.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweep is our solution to RevOps challenges. It simplifies lead routing, automates tasks seamlessly, and provides real-time updates through Slack. It’s much more intuitive and faster to make changes to our Salesforce configuration, making our team more agile and responsive to GTM needs, and ultimately leading to greater success in hitting our revenue goals.

 ### 24. Highly Recommend!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sivan C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Easy to use and implement in our Salesforce process, we use it all the time.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

Nothing, I love the product, plus the team is very helpful and professional, and the product is easy to use :)

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweep seamlessly integrated into our Salesforce team and took on the role of an additional Salesforce admin or developer. This made it easier for us to create, update, and automate our sales funnels. What sets Sweep apart is their highly responsive and professional team, who guided us through every step of the process. In no time, we were fully operational with all the relevant funnels and processes.

 ### 25. I won't manage Salesforce without it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rex B. | Director, Sales & Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

It's the simplest way to understand a salesforce instance.
It's the fastest, most effective way to implement changes.
It's the best collaboration tool for controlling the admin privileges while still knowing what others want to change.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

Every time I've given them a gap in the product, they've solved for it so quickly that I have nothing to complain about. Great team, incredible product.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's nearly impossible to understand how a Salesforce instance is set up without significant time uncovering and documenting all the workflows and triggers. Sweep makes it so easy that we don't have to touch a thing. We see a visual representation and immediately can start identifying room for improvement.

 ### 26. Great experience so far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Our team inherited an environment highly reliant on an external consulting team and a high volume of obsolete and undocumented flows. We were able to quickly integrate sweep into our system and stand up new funnels in a short time for a fraction of the cost of rebuilding through our traditional route. The team has been very responsive and helpful in solving our data flow issues.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

There are some unknown errors that have come up when it bumps into existing rules in our environment, but the sweep team has been helpful in troubleshooting and solving for these issues.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cleaning up data flows and visibility into existing system

 ### 27. Flexible and Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

How efficient it makes me at my job and the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

It was different than using the backend of Salesforce, but I caught on pretty quickly.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a RevOps team of one, migrating my company from Hubspot to Salesforce came with an extremely long “to-do” list. Sweep enabled me to accomplish those tasks way faster than I expected. The platform was flexible, allowing me to build all sorts of things including validations, automations and assignment logic. Projects that I would normally tell my team should take me weeks truly only took me a couple of days.

 ### 28. Makes Salesforce simple, quick, and affordable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alen A. | Founder & CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Making the changes I need is always straightforward

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

Sometimes hard to understand where Sweep does not support. Their customer success team always replies quickly to help in these cases.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customizing Salesforce. In the past, our team has tried a few different approaches (in-house, consulting firms etc.) to manage our Salesforce instance with varying results. The one common theme was that it was costly and slow. Now we use Sweep which makes changing our Salesforce simple and quick. We’ve never had a better handle on our instance, and all for a reasonable price.

 ### 29. Build Faster, Test Less

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

UI enhancements for my reps make them happy and make me look great :)

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

So far, my experience has been only positive.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While I am comfortable building in the Salesforce UI, Sweep has enabled me to move and ship features much, much faster. Their dependency-free architecture gives me confidence in the output so I can run fewer tests before deploying to production.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

So far so good, we've been super happy with the service

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweep makes customizing Salesforce accessible and always provides scalable solutions. This is my first time customizing a Salesforce org, so it has been a life-saver in helping me do that without spending hours in Trailhead.

 ### 31. Sweep Streamlines your funnel building and automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric P. | Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

Sweep provides the tools to operate a lean salesforce team. Building, automating and making changes to funnel and funnel automation has never been easier. The days of building out complex SFDC validation rules, timestamp automation and auto-move automation are behind us. What used to take hours of work now takes minutes.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

As with any new software, there are some bugs along the way. The upside here is the team fixes them very quickly when they are surfaced and you dont have to wait for a dev cycle for them.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re heavily invested into Salesforce. I wanted to find a tool that assisted with some of our really complicated RevOps work, like creating fields from custom objects, and automating a lot of our current work. Sweep has made this really easy.

Sweep enables us to run our Salesforce efficiently while keeping costs down.

**What do you like best about Sweep?**

I can manage our Salesforce instance as a business user without relying on a technical expert. I was impressed with how easy Sweep made everything.

**What do you dislike about Sweep?**

Everything I've used so far I like it, there isn't anything I dislike so far.

**What problems is Sweep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were starting from scratch with Salesforce. We used Sweep to implement our business processes. Once I learned how it worked, it took minutes to set up lead and sales processes, automations, and BI tracking.
