What I like best is that Chaser lives entirely inside Slack, before Chaser, tasks got lost in Slack threads or sat in a separate tool nobody remembered to open. Now I can turn a request into a task right where the conversation is happening, assign it to someone, and set a due date. My personal dashboard shows what’s assigned to me, what’s overdue, and what I’m waiting on from others, all without leaving Slack. The automated follow-ups are a huge time-saver. I no longer have to manually chase teammates or remember who owes me what, because Chaser does the nudging for me. Setup was also painless: we added it to Slack and everyone could start using it immediately, with no new accounts or learning curve

I use Chaser to organize my team's tasks and priorities. I can assign tasks quickly and simply without leaving Slack. I love being able to log time against specific billable tasks in Slack; when someone marks a task complete, they can log their time, which makes time recording quick and easy and keeps everything centralized. I like that there are different ways to use it, including Kanban boards, summaries in the Slack app, channel updates, reminders to chase people who haven't done things, and checklists for sequences of tasks. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and I'm really happy with it right now.

I like that Chaser keeps me honest and shows me what’s happening, what needs to be done, and what tasks are coming in. The reminders and automatic follow-ups help me keep track of tasks. I like that it works within Slack, where my team already works, so I can assign a task by writing a message, and it automatically populates without making us leave our daily workflow. The web-based side gives me a more overarching view, and my developers prefer it to Slack itself. It works for different people and their workflows. Setup was super simple: the team was hands-on, created a channel where we could ask questions, and the onboarding videos were clear and concise. I could share them with the team, and everyone got onboarded quickly because they already knew Slack inside and out.
