For quickly inserting text like date/time of now or a template you use for certain emails or docs. Here is an example I type ".ncr" and this is what will be output:
"COMMUNICATIONS
RELATED RESOURCES
REQUIREMENTS
ACTIONS
CREATED COMPONENTS
MODIFIED COMPONENTS
DELIVERY"

Saves a ton of time on repetitive text tasks
