What do you like best about StackAdapt?

My account executive and platform specialist are very communicative both via email and phone. They help guide me on everything from strategy, targeting, and tactics to optimizations throughout the campaign. The Creative Studio has been easy to work with and understood exactly what we were looking for on the first attempt. For one of our campaigns, our usual DSP offered audience segments that weren't full aligned with who we wanted to target. Stack Adapt offered audience segments that were further aligned with those we wanted to reach on a detailed level, allowing us to hit our target better than we previously could. What do you like best about StackAdapt?

Great support team, insightful and helpful reporting and top performing platform for us when compared to other partners. Our Account Director and Customer Success Manager have been wonderful to work with, always quick to respond and offer anything that we need to either pitch a campaign or strategize for an upcoming campaign. They visited us in person recently so it was great to meet them face to face and it made us feel important to their team too. They also send us research and/or insights on the market. We only use the dashboard for native advertising at this time, which has been a benefit for us allowing us to pull data when needed. If I have any recommendations it would be to allow us to pull more granular data. It may do that now, however I just haven't come across that yet.

What do you like best about StackAdapt?

StackAdapt team is very responsive to my questions and requests and proactively do further research to provide suggestions on campaign settings such as demographics data and third party audience catalog. Also, the StackAdapt data team customizes audience data for us at a more granular level by combining multiple datasets with AND joint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

Not being able to copy campaigns across Campaign Groups and Advertisers. This feature is useful for launching many of the same campaigns at once. I wish I could at least copy over some basic settings or create a duplicate in a different Campaign Group and/or Advertise so I can work more efficiently.

Secondly, if the platform allows me to copy & paste the list of target zip codes as a bulk, not as a comma-separated list, I could save more time on converting the raw data of zip codes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
