What do you like best about StackAdapt?

StackAdapt earns a 20 out of 10 for their customer service. The platform is so easy to use, and the 3rd party data is beyond compare. Love the e-newsletters that show new features, as well as suggestions/helpful hints and training modules/webinars. What do you like best about StackAdapt?

- Client service is amazing. Crystal & her team are responsive, professional and are always down for a brainstorm

- No minimum spend (huge advantage because we have a lot of clients that want to test programmatic before really investing in it)

- Results/audiences: So far I've had pretty strong CTRs and reasonable CPMs/CPCs compared with other display platforms, I especially saw good results when running native Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have solved some very tricky problems of catching very specific audiences that are hard to reach or hard to identify, and have been able to get our name in front of these audiences to remind them we are here for them. The benefits ultimately go far beyond the actual register for class call-to-action, to a longer-term heard-from-a-friend/ person-to-person brand ambassador benefit.
